My sons and grandson love the fact that they can get what they want r they will get it for them if possible

They are always keeping the store fresh and clean cause they change the layout a lot also the merchandise is always changing and very friendly staff

This is how brick and mortar stores should operate. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by Matthew who immediately expressed his concern in making sure I got what I needed when I needed it. The store is very neat and organized and the staff knows what they are doing. Good job, guys. You have set the bar high for your competitors.

This store has been good and a pleasure to visit, until I had an encounter with a very unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate person named Ryan who works there. I don’t know if it was a bad day for him or what but you don’t treat customers the way he treated me.

People are friendly helpful and setup my sons Nintendo switch.

My experience here was absolutely fantastic. Dylan, India and Tom were the BEST! They helped me with my problem in a nice, friendly manner even though it was an odd circumstance. I called and went in worried there would be an issue and it was for nothing. They were polite, the store was spotless and I really enjoyed my visit. They have gained my business forever and made a difficult ordeal a breeze. Thank you guys so much, yall rock!

Arrived to finish my purchase of the new red dead game and pick it up. Stood in line for probably twenty minutes to find out that because I had preordered the game in another gamestop that I couldnt use those accredited funds. That they couldnt touch that money and i would have to purchase it at full price.This isnt really a quip at this store but at the corporation in general.

Staff is very helpful and knows their stuff. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and taken care of.

My husband and kids absolutely love this place as the gaming industry has become quite popular! Games, accessories, used products at lower prices, backpacks, toys, etc.

Associates didnt take all the older PSX games I have, which they do after checking on the Gamestop app. If going to a Gamestop in Hattiesburg, do not visit this one. Any of the others one will do just fine and will take anything that the Gamestop apps says that will sale

Went here to get something they had saved for me all to be told they didnt actually have it when I got there not a big selection of games either

Very nice, clean and stocked store with very nice and well trained game advisors. This is not the Game Stop employees fault, but the building has roof leak issues and exterior lighted signage issues that should be addressed by the person that owns the building or by Game Stop corporate.
