This place has been the best in town for as long as I can remember. Fresh and warm theyre the best. They ALWAYS taste homemade and not commercialized like so many others. Youll never be disappointed here.

How about teaching them some food safety? Filling a box with donuts with the same glove that you just used to collect my cash and count out my change is a big no no.EDIT: I did email them like they asked and received no response. Kind of what I figured would happen.

Great donut shop! Stopped in with the kids and we were not disappointed. The donuts were really good & they have a large selection of flavors. They also have decent sausage or ham Kolaches. Customer service was great too! We will definitely be back!

Donuts and other items made fresh daily. Always fresh. Most employees always friendly. Rarely go into the building. Its faster to walk in. But I am handicapped so use the drive through. Only issue I have with them is the parking lot and drive through area desperately need to be repaved and lines redone. And the concreted area that is raised up out front should be removed would give them 2 more parking spaces out front. And i am sure most people do not know that there is more parking spaces on the side street. But once again, repair and reline so obvious. But I have never had a problem with there food. Go there over all others because they have cake donuts. Which i prefer. And most donut shops do not make anymore. So they loose my business right there. Besides Shipley Do-Nuts are most delicious. And dont cost an arm and a leg. So what they dont have a flashing sign that says they are hot. Dont have to be hot when they are already good.

AMAZING! These are the BEST donuts ever. Any time of the day with a cup of coffee. They have them ready from 5am to 5pm Monday - Saturday and Sunday is 5am - 1230pm. Not only ready but any kind that you want. Be sure to look for the Fresh sign cause when its on they are fresh!!!!

I love this place so much. I always get the blueberry cake doughnut and it is delicious.

Every time I go in I have to ask for hot donuts and wait for them. Why can they get a warmer? It’s not expensive for a unit. Today my grandmother went in and she said that they told her the donuts were hot. They lied to her and they were cold when I revived them. Take in mind I only live 2 blocks away so it is not possible they got cold on the car drive home

Donuts were great and lots to choose from. Dont know health rules in this area but men making donuts had beards that were not covered. I did spot a roach bug on floor before I left.

These donuts were absolutely delicious! I had the white-iced with sprinkles and it was so good. They definitely did not skimp on the icing or sprinkles which are my favorite part! The glazed donut holes were like biting into a cloud, so light and airy. We also had the kolaches which were good as well!

This place is second to none. You will never taste a better donut. You can see the whole process involved in the preparation. The staff is very kind and welcoming, too. So many memories with this place and I will continue to give them my support and take my kids.

Yall what can I say about Shipleys it is THE BEST donuts in town, in the state even the world. Well I havent been around the world eatin donuts but I guarantee you if I had??? I would still say SHIPLEYS IS #1

Overall they were good, but they would be even better if all of the donuts were served hot. I also ordered a cinnamon roll and expected it to be at least warm, but it was cold.

Stopped in this morning after USM 5k. Bought donuts, twists, fritter, bear claw. All wonderful. Fresh, soft, delicious. Fast friendly service. But dont bear claws have nuts on them/in them??

I love Shipleys donuts more than any other brand. They are always so fresh, and hot when I pick them up no matter what time it is. And if you do let them get cold they reheat better than the other brands.

Usually good but everything tasted like old grease. Since theyve been tasty before, Im sure Ill be back.

I have went to Shipley’s several times while visiting the Hattiesburg area on business, and each week there after paying for my order I will hand this elderly white woman my card and while I reach for it back she always place my card & my receipt on the counter & I politely asked her to hand it back to me. I’m not sure of the exact reason rather it’s a racially motivated intent or just plain rude & ignorant. Moving forward” I will not be returning where I’m not respected or accepted.

Everyone talks about how great Shipleys is. I have only ever had original glazed which is no doubt amazing. However I went there this morning and ordered a mix of things, most were cold and cake donuts were stale tasting. $7 for 6 donuts... I was expecting a little better than what I received. Will rethink coming here in the future.

My wife and kids love this place. I grew up out of town and was brainwashed by Shipley’s as a child but as adult I’m hooked. There is nothing nicer than a hot cinnamon twist.

This is the place to stop for donuts on this side of town. They are made fresh and my opinions are the only place that compete with Krispy Kreme. They have coffee and they have milk as well. They also have Coke products and so on. The employees here are the kindest and happiest people on the face of the planet and they work so hard to make their customers happy. If youve never been here, I hope you will give it a shot. You can go through the drive-thru or you can park and go inside. They have more than just donuts to try; they also have eclairs, turnovers, and other tasty sweets. Come to a clean and extremely friendly environment that offers fine donuts and wonderful hot coffee. I would suggest this place to any and all who are looking for something like this.
