Equinox Coffee is a very comfortable place to drink coffee and eat bakery items. There are tables and comfy chairs to enjoy hanging out with friends. The lattes were delicious and served quickly.

Added details in Nov. 2021One of the things I have come to appreciate about Equinox is how early they open and how consistently theyre open. I like having routines and being able to plan, and they afford me that ability!Their coffee is also delicious, and they dont skimp you on the espresso like some major chains.

Great coffee, relaxed atmosphere, comfortable space. A perfect space to enjoy hot, iced or frozen coffee. The barista efficiently takes your order and makes a perfect tasting coffee. Soft background music adds to tranquil setting while you work, study or day dream.

Visiting town to bring our daughter to Southern Miss. We tried out a few coffee shops in town and I am rating this as my favorite. Super friendly! Nice coffee house atmosphere, great decor and live plants. Would definitely come again! Got the chai latte.

Stopped here to get coffee on my way from New Orleans to Alabama. Its a very cute place with a lot of seasonal/special drinks that all sounded good. Its a welcoming atmosphere with nice, attentive staff. If I was local I think this would be one of my regular spots!

A disappontment. Im in town for a couple days and I always support local. I ordered an iced coffee but I watched as it was rung up as a latte, something I didnt order. I quickly clarified that I didnt order a latte. After an awkward moment she admitted that they did have iced coffee. I ordered it with oat milk and a simple syrup, something Ive never been charged for since most places make simple syrup in house using hot water and sugar. I was charged $.75 for each of these items and paid $5 for an iced coffee that I could have paid much less for at Starbucks and not been charged for a splash of oat milk and simple syrup. I do like supporting local but I dont like feeling ripped off by local. Thank you, but NO thank you.

Very good coffee ! Fun atmosphere in there with a laid back cozy vibe. Well worth stopping if you love a good cup o joe ! The caramel latte and the caramel frappe was on point ! Nice and strong, just right 👍🏻

On the outside you wouldnt know its a coffee shop. Inside it is my kind of place where Id like to settle into a leather arm chair and read for hours, taking coffee refills until buzzed. Americano was great. Music was tasteful and mellow. Baked goods selection was small but I was happy with the sweet pumpkin bread. It was a one man operation when we came, run by the young owner. Wishing him bountiful success.

Giving 5 stars because I love small businesses and owner/operators. But please fix the wifi! I understand it may be because of covid and trying to limit peoples stay but if thats the case please put a time limit in the shop. It could negatively impact experience and ratings. Best wishes!

Great locally roasted Grin coffee and other choice beverages. Friendly folks. The food truck outside with the crepes is also quality. Reasonable prices. Quick service.

Equinox is the best. Locally owned by good folks who are super involved in the community. Great coffee. Super friendly staff. Wi-fi. Outdoor seating. Good hours. Also, the popsicles are bomb. Sometimes this cute dog is there. And they have beer, so thats all the things. Coffee, beer, friendly dogs, and wifi are all the things. Once there was a scone that looked like a puppy (see attached photo of puppy scone). Im there pretty much every day. Come say hi.

This is our new go-to place. I love the funky vibe and doing business with a local restaurant. They are always nice and their coffee is delicious. Much better quality than chain coffee shops.

First day open and the atmosphere is great. Family friendly and good service. Got a lychee bubble tea, its delicious! As a father, I also appreciate there is a baby changing station in the mens restroom. Not many places have this. Shows how much they considered being a good place for parents to come to.

Quiet, clean, guy at register was friendly. Made the drinks in a quick manner. Im not normally down there, but if do, Id go back.

I know one of the owners and followed their trials and tribulations trying to get this place up and running.Let me say that it was worth the wait.They did an amazing job renovating an old office building on Hardy Street. The interior is calm with lots of great woodwork and pretty much invites you to stay and relax.On both visits the staff have been friendly and helpful. The coffee has been excellent and fairly priced and I enjoyed my visit.Get on down there and check it out. A great addition to the Hattiesburg coffee scene.

Equinox is my go-to coffee shop for work and meetings. Its typically quiet but has a nice atmosphere. Also the owners are very nice and the coffee selection is good. My new favorite, however, are the ice pops which are SO GOOD.

Quite simply, Hattiesburg’s best coffee shop. The baristas are always friendly and the coffee is great! Ask for your coffee in a mug instead of a to-go cup, and you’ll get a discount.

Found this coffee shop while visiting Hattiesburg. My mocha latte was not only delicious but also beautiful:) I order it to go but was tempted to stay in their cozy environment. Will be back!

Great brand new coffee spot for a quick pick me up or to a nice relaxing place to work or chat for a while. The coffee was top notch and the bubble tea was surprisingly delicious (lychee). Great staff as well, they know their stuff. The aesthetics are great with plenty of parking in the front or back. You can get pastries and such, but not anything larger. Also they are gonna have fancy icepops in the future.

Honestly, this place is just what Hattiesburg needed, and just what I needed. As a book author, its great to find a place I can focus on my work. The atmosphere is cozy, the coffee is great (try the Red Eye), and the staff here are kind and friendly.If you are looking for a place close to USM to knock out some homework, put done a great cup of joe, or just a cool place to relax and hangout, Equinox Coffee fits the bill.

Got a lychee bubble tea, it was a nice consistency not as thick as a smoothie. The lychee flavor was exactly what you would expect if youve had lychee flavors before. Forgot to take a picture though 🤦‍♀️ and they were generous woth the tapioca balls I didnt finish them.
