Nicole, the service advisor was fantastic. She was able to get me in when nowhere else could. She kept me well updated even though they are perpetually slammed. I really appreciated it. Scooter was great as well. He kindly adjusted my sway setup, noticing it was originally installed incorrectly at a different dealership. Great experience with all the staff!

He answered all of our questions and helped us so much as first time camper owners. Justin and Tyler have been great too. I can me into store to get a new rim for my camper as I had a blow out on a tire which ruined my rim. Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I would need.I was so impressed as they now don’t even sell Forest River campers which is what I have. I also had other questions which he answered and helped me solve what I needed to do to correct several other problems.I would say he went above and beyond what I expected.

I would like to express our appreciation to Trent Holliman, Sales Department at Great American Hattiesburg… he worked with us on line and on the phone, texting until late in the evening trying to assist us in finding the trailer we needed. We have been searching for months on a particular trailer, and this morning we received a text from Great American in Grand Bay, advising us the trailer we have been looking for will be in their store in December. This is perfect, because we are under contract selling our home and we should close before November 30th. Trent called right after I received the call from Grand Bay. I had to tell him about the call I had just received. I felt so bad, because he tried so hard to find us the right camper. He just put my mind at ease right away, and was so happy we found the camper we wanted… he truly made me feel at ease.. he treated me as a friend instead of just a customer to sell to. I don’t know about anyone else, but I find that refreshing in this day and age. Thank you Trent, and Great American, you have a valuable commodity in this employee. I’m only giving them one star because zero isn’t available. I purchased a camper from this place two years ago with extended warranty. Let me tell you- there’s ZERO service after the sale. I bought a Grand Design camper and started having issues within 2 years. My floor became soft and the pink adhesive started showing through the floor. I called and asked what could be done. Greg, the service manager, told me I had no warranty on it. I brought my camper in and they told me I missed my warranty by 3 months AFTER I called and spoke with them before it expired. After I scheduled to bring the camper in, it took them SIX weeks to do NOTHING other than tell me it’d be a $6,500 insurance claim. They said warranty covered the hose I would’ve never seen that was leaking but not the floor. I decided to pick my camper up because I was told MULTIPLE conflicting stories about my camper. I was ultimately told to call Grand Design by Nicole because they may be able to handle it better. Terrible business. No service after a sale. I’ve pictures where I got the camper back with the trim from my wall on the couch, my bathroom WRECKED, and my floor cut up. I would never recommend spending another dollar here. Berryland matches their prices in Louisiana. It’s worth the drive.

I will say, I’ve dealt with a lot of businesses in my life. Dealing with Country Creek rates at the top. Sales department, parts department, and Nicole in the service department are the BEST I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re considering a RV purchase, I HIGHLY recommend you go to Country Creek before going anywhere else. I promise it will be “one stop” shopping!!

Came in to the store just after they had closed. Was looking for a part and wasn’t exactly sure what I needed as I am new to the camper world. An employee, Chris Henson, who was still in the parking recognized that I was looking for something. He asked what I needed and after explaining my situation he then instead of turning me away saying they were closed and to come back when they opened he went to go see if he could locate a part that would help me. When he could not locate a part that would help he then proceeded to go to the site my camper was located (not far from the business) so that he could se in person what the situation that was going on. He gave me his contact information and stated that when he got to work the next day he would begin looking for something that could work. Excellent customer service and he definitely went above and beyond what his job responsibilities were. He could’ve easily said come back tomorrow or this weekend when we open back up but he did not. Haven’t located the part yet but regardless I will come back for any future needs with my camper based on this experience alone. Thanks!

I am traveling across country from Florida to Arizona. Bought a new camper in FL. I was having issues with what I thought was gas lines. I stopped in to ask for assistance. Next thing I knew there was a couple different gentlemen and a lady from the service dept helping me out. WHAT AN AMAZING, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL TEAM!! I only needed a fuse for my truck. Nicole helped us this visit and was amazing! We had to do an insurance claim so she answered any questions we had and if she didnt know she got them! We always get one of the service packages when we bring it in and they wash our camper for us. Well from the very first time we ever had our camper serviced they told us to let them know the day before we come pick it up so that it will be nice and clean! And we have never had a problem before this visit. I let Nicole know on Thursday that we will be there Friday afternoon to pick it up, she said she would see that it was done. When they brought our camper from the back it clearly was not cleaned. Nicole took pictures and promised us a free wash on our next visit to make up for it!

Waiting on our rv to be fixed, service crew is rude and apparently wont do their job. Called us and said we had fleas so bad it covered their legs. Both my husband and i were mortified, & we’ve never had fleas before. We drove two hours to go deep clean spent close to $80 (that we don’t have) on flea treatment and bombs. Got there and not a damn flea on me. I hate bugs, i keep our 5th wheel clean. this was embarrassing, and a waste of money and fuel. Find a different place to get warranty work done.

Picked up our Greywolf camper yesterday. worked with Garrett and Chris from beginning to end. Enjoyed the experience immensely. Both of these individuals are highly knowledgeable of the different products sold at this establishment. All the paperwork from ordering to finalizing went very smoothly. We believe it would be hard to beat the walk-thru and hands-on familiarization we received from Garrett. The service department did an outstanding job getting the camper ready for us to receive. Also the man, (cant remember his name), in the parts department helped us to select and purchase numerous items that will be needed when we can finally take a trip.The gift certificate was a great advantage also. We will refer anyone that asks about purchasing, servicing, parts and friendly service to visit Country Creek RV and Marine. Both my husband and I are extremely satisfied with this highly professional business establishment.

July of 2019 we purchased a “used” 2019 Grey Wolf 29TE along with the 5yr extended warranty. The entire purchasing process was a mess. We were told one thing by the sales person just to be told something different by the other employees. We were first told that we could get a 5 yr extended warranty & then later told by a trainee doing our paperwork that we could only do 3 years of an extended warranty. Eventually they decided to honor the 5yr that we were originally told because we were about to back out of the sale. It was complete confusion from the start. In hindsight, we should have walked away & taken our business elsewhere. By the end of August we had to return it to this dealer because the awning was leaking, drawer in our outdoor kitchen broke, & the toilet was also broken. After a lot of back & forth between the dealer & my husband & being told that NONE of this was covered by our warranty, they finally agreed that they would order the parts for the drawer & the toilet but wanted us to pay for all the parts up front & them send a claim to the warranty company after the fact. They “fixed” the awning leak & said they would let us know when the parts came in to fix the other issue. We went to pick up our unit to find that the dealer didn’t want to release the unit without us paying $50. Here it is January 2020 and we have yet to receive any contact from Country Creek RV regarding the parts or repairs. Our awning was still leaking the very next trip we took - when we have called to ask, we get the run around.We have just returned from a 5 day camping trip, in which we have discovered that the awning STILL leaks, the compressor for the A/C isnt kicking on so the unit is just blowing warm air, and we also have a gas leak somewhere, the window on the back side of the camper (near the slide) is leaking.... Ill be sure to update this review with anything that Country Creek claims this extended (apparently useless) warranty will not cover. Thank goodness we didn’t leave our unit at the dealer as they wanted or we would have been without our unit for 5 months out of the 6 months we’ve had it. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

I dont know where to begin with this review. The actual business puts Camping World to shame. We needed assistance on the interstate and located Country Creek and WOW.... Scooter came to our RV, changed the hub (lug nuts, etc) right there on the side of the road and did it with knowledge, kindness, compassion and at a very fair price. This is what you call true customer service and southern hospitality. From the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed and they tended to us right away. I currently own a Grand Design travel trailer. I was excited to be near a dealer that sold them, as I am looking to upgrade. Went in and asked a few questions. I was informed that they order their Grand Designs travel trailer with LESS than the standard equipment. If I wanted it with the standard package it would have to be a custom order with $5,000 down, and a wait time of approximately 4 months. Thats good business!!Edit: They had the exact camper I wanted. When I asked the salesman about the camper, he gave me incorrect information, and couldnt be bothered to even check what he was saying. He told me, right to my face, that this dealership doesnt order these RVs with the arctic package, saying we dont have to worry about that this far south. The Arctic package is mandatory (hence my previous statement of them ordering with ledd than standard equipment)

We bought a 26 foot Grey Wolf in March from Country Creek. Excellent sales staff. Very nice service staff until a problem happens. Our new camper has been waiting in their lot for repairs more than it’s been with us. The slide leaked in 4 places. I was accused of leaving water faucets on in it. Really???? Well after they checked it and discovered the leaks, they kept it over a month, called us to pick it up, and had not even replaced any of the wet walls. We had them sign a paper promising us they would call when the replacement boards came in so we would not be without our camper! They called 1st of December. We took it back again! After canceling our Christmas camping trip, because of no camper, we called January 3rd and was told they were behind and would get to it soon!!!! I do not recommend Country Creeks service department at all!!!!! We are paying for a faulty camper we can’t even use!.

First of all, let me say that the staff at Country Creek is second to none! I dont say that without total sincerity either. From the receptionist whom are always very helpful, to the sales, service and parts departments, thank you! I traded an R/V, and bought an Excel 22 boat, Suzuki engine, and an aluminum trailer from Tyler in sales and could not be happier with the purchase. I was taken around and introduced to all of the different departments (parts & service) and was greeted by Terrence in service (my brother from another mother), Mr Tim in parts, Greg the service Manager, and also Mr Snuffy the owner. These folks stand by their customers, and behind the products they sell. As with any new purchase like this, it was understandable to have to make some adjustments here and there, and the service and parts departments have been there to do just that. I have a travel trailer warranty that requires me to use a service shop for repairs. (Unfortunately I cant even do minor repairs myself and submit for reimbursement) The service representatives and parts guy are pretty terrible here. 2 out of the 3 repairs I had made here broke immediately the first time I used them. During the second time in I was told the part that needed replacing came only as part of a kit and could not be purchased separately. I came to the parts counter and found three examples in their own catalog of the part needed that they could purchase directly from their supplier and showed it to them. They were just not putting in any effort at all. Also, beware that if you do have warranty work done here they will add on shop fees that the warranty will likely not cover for consumables like towels, caulk, and tape that any other dealer would waive for warranty work. If you have the ability I suggest avoiding this business.Edit: they agreed to waive the unnecessary shop fees after I had to complain about them. Maybe they read their Google reviews? Upgraded to 2 stars from 1 star after this.

Recently I needed the end of my RV electrical cord replaced. The customer service I received in the service department at Country Creek RV was incredible. Tim, Dan and Eric patiently helped me make the switch to remove the damaged end and replace it with the new end. I will definitely be returning to Country Creek for my RV needs in the future!

I recently purchased a 2019 Wolf Pup 16BHS-D from Country Creek RV. Salesman Nick, hooked up the camper to my vehicle. I left from there and drove approx 15 miles. The camper came off my hitch because Nick didnt hook it up onto the ball it was sitting on top of the ball. I damaged the roof with a rip about 10. I took it back and asked them to patch it and they said they cant it has to be replaced and I needed to file a claim with my insurance. I asked them to get me an estimate. After seeing how much to replace the roof, I decided Id patch the roof. Country Creek told me that its $250 if they do an estimate and I dont let them fix it. I had Nick check with the manager and the owner and he said that they cant help me with the estimate cost. The refrigerator wasnt working, had a flashing check light that wouldnt stop. I asked them to check that out and they told me nothing is wrong with it and I owe them $65. It is my opinion Country Creek RV & Marine has absolutely zero concern for you once you purchase from them. I will never buy from Country Creek again.

I NEVER felt pressured to do anything. I am such a research/shop around guy, and the truth is, I go the best deal at Country Creek. Drove further to do business with these guys, I called Camper World because my motorhome had a leak and I needed a small part of my floor fixed. After talking to the service writer he explained that it would be way over $1000 and it would take a long time to get it back. He was able to make this assessment over the phone without seeing it.. lol. I knew I was about to get my britches leg rolled up.. I called Country Creek, they were straight forward and transparent. I drove 80 extra miles and dropped off my motorhome. They young lady took pics of the damage and gave me a few options to help keep cost down.. I really appreciated that by the way!!!

This place is not worth even one star. Once they have your money they don’t care if they help you or not. I bought a brand new fifth wheel from them and there were some small problems with it, I took it back to them and they fixed 1 of the 4 things. I called the manufacturer of the trailer and he called down there and they never would return his calls. They will lie to you and not think twice about it. When the reviews start getting bad the owner will even get his friends to go write good reviews to get everything back up. There is one doctor who wrote 3 different reviews under three different names. If they would put as much work into actually helping their customers instead of whatever they do they might actually be worth going to talk to. They wouldn’t even try to do the work right to my fifth wheel. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

My wife and I ordered a new 2018 Villano fifth wheel from these folks. We have owned other travel trailers and/or fifth wheels in the past and this buying experience was one of the best we’ve had. Tyler Lucas was or sales person and he is extremely good to deal with - one of those rare people that actually return a phone call. The folks in the service area, especially Terrance, seem very capable. My only negative experience was when Tyler was off one day and I tried to get a call back from the sales manager Bradley - good luck. Over all I would highly recommend shopping with these folks.

I am hoping I can save Someone the headache of what I have been through. The day I put used my camper my dad also purchased a boat. So we spent a lot of money with this company. I purchase a grey wolf picked it up went camping once and the whole camper was leaking. After a long on going process grey wolf did take the camper back and they replaced it. That was after a lot of phone calls and haggling. Now fast forward before I pick up the brand new camper I ask that they pressure test then new one Would be picking up. They stated they did and there were no leaks. Now here I am one year later having to once again leave a bad review bc the camper that they pressure tested is now leaking in the bunk house terribly and also on the slide out. I have only camped in it maybe 5 times last summer. I will be calling to see if this is under warranty and if it is not I will let my credit go and let it go back! I will not continue to pay for a camper that I can not use. I would not recommend a grey wolf to anyone!!! Do not waste your money or will will have nothing but problems. Here it is about to be May and camping season and once again I will be paying on a camper that I can not use!!! If I had it to do over I would have never purchased from here or this brand. I have had nothing but problems with leaks with the first one and also the second camper!!!

We brought our RV in for extensive repairs due to a defect with Keystone in August 2017. Greg was very helpful in helping us deal with Keystone to get this problem resolved. My husband and I wanted to do business with Country Creek Campers. He contacted someone twice about doing a trade with this company. The second time he contacted this company, he explained how no one ever contacted him back. They expressed their apologies about not contacting him back and got all of our information. Then they never contacted us back for the second time! A business wanting to conduct themselves professionally should have responded even if it is to say that you don’t want to do business or can’t offer them anything. We were disappointed in the professionalism of this company.

Miles Bodie has helped me purchase my first camper in 2016 and now purchase another one now. He has been very helpful with catering to what I want in a camper and we have found the perfect one! Bradley was great with dealing with the paperwork and purchase process! The service manager Terrance couldn’t be any nicer with dealing with issues and problems and working me in to get my camper back on the road quick with friendly service! Terence went beyond what was expected of him. He knew what needed to be done to get my camper fixed. Not a lot of service department workers know or try to help you. He did. I recommend you ask for him if you need service on your camper.

This is an excellent dealership with a top-notch service department! I took my RV in for routine maintenance and a few repairs. During the maintenance process, some other issues were identified. The service department worked with my extended warranty provider to get things covered and there was minimal out-of-pocket cost to me. They did a wonderful job from start to finish. When I arrived to pick it up, it was so clean I didn’t think it was mine!Terrance, in the service department, is always helpful keeps me up to speed on the progress concerning my RV. I’ve worked with him since I bought my first unit from them nearly 5 years ago. He’s one of the main reasons I’ll always buy from Country Creek and will always go back to them for any service needs.

My wife and I just custom ordered a Mobile Suite 39DBRS3 and could not be happier with the over all service from Country Creek. The sales manager David showed us the models and then walked us through the custom order process start to finish. David maintained in contact with us for status updates and when the unit arrived we were given a complete checkout as well as delivery to our site. I could not ask for a better group of dedicated sales staff as well as being super friendly. I have no question that I will be back again for next RV.

Don’t waste your time. I came in to the business twice. First time was great. A salesman, Nick (never caught his last name), was helpful and I later came back to purchase. He was out and I needed help. I had a question about the camper and I watched the 20 year old “manager” scroll through Instagram while someone tried to get his attention. I came there with the intention of buying. But after that and feeling like I was an inconvenience in his conversation I gladly left. I gave 2 stars for the sweet lady at the front and salesman...but I would never trust buying a camper from management like that. Please stop making your customers feel like a bother.
