Great service. Staff works hard to keep customers informed of what is going on with there vehicles. Seating is provided both inside and outside. They have went above to see to customers comfort and offer things to occupy them while waiting.
I went in to see Kenneth Owens and he provided me with the best service hands down. Came to my work to pick up my trade in and even left the vehicle I was buying to test out! Answered any type of questions I had. The whole staff is super friendly and very welcoming as well. Financing was super easy and quick. If you’re looking for vehicle go check Kenneth out. It’s obvious why they’re the best car dealer in Hattiesburg.
Customer service is great and the quality of the work done is well worth the time and effort to get (way) out there.Things I would improve:1) Give an estimated time when my vehicle will be ready for pick-up.2) Give an estimate of costs before the work is done.3) Include more prices for services on the website.4) Offer incentives for repeat customers.I am NOT complaining, I am just giving feedback.

Took my Toyota 4-Runner in for a recall about front air bags. Made an appointment the week before the visit on Friday, June 26, 2020.Making appointment was very easy and person booking appointment was very friendly and professional.On day of visit arrived 15 min before appointment and was promptly met by Jake. Jake was very professional and quickly got my truck back into service area for repairs. Mechanic was there waiting for the vehicle and quickly got to work. Jake was very helpful and showed me the waiting area and offered beverage. It was very comforting that Jake was on top of everything. It was obvious that Jake takes his job serious and understands the importance of customer service.With in an hour and half my truck was ready. Jake quickly let me know it was ready and had the truck ready to drive away.Big shoutout to Jake for a job well done and to Hattiesburg Toyota for having this type of customer service!!!JOB WELL DONE!!

I’ve bought Eight vehicles from Hattiesburg Toyota. Yesterday I bought a 2020 Camry from sales associate Andres Marino. He is on fine fellow. Very patient, helpful, and sincere. My wife and daughter in law love him. We also like working with sales Manager Jake Bolton. The service department is excellent as well. We’ve never had a bad experience at Hattiesburg Toyota!
The service department of Toyota of Hattiesburg is extremely helpful and nice. I had an appointment for an oil change and a dash to be replaced (recall). We were there from 8:15a-12p. That’s an EXTREMELY long wait. We left and got to the other side of town to find out the radio did not work. During the replacement of the dash, they must have unhooked the radio antenna. We headed back and we’re there for another hour. Staff is GREAT, but that’s an extremely long wait when you have an appointment.
The service from beginning to end was great. They had coffee ready and a very comfortable waiting area. Thanks for taking such good care of my vehicle and me.

I like Toyota to do my service work, because I know it is done the Toyota way, I also like for them to do it because they have a record of what has been done to the vehicle. The waiting time was a little long this time, but I didn’t have an appointment. The service people was nice. I guess the only problem I had, which is not a biggie, is I which they would vacuum the vehicle out when finished. My wife has a Nissan Pathfinder and at the Nissan place they do vacuum her car each time she carries it in for service maintenance. Thanks

I love the Toyota Highlander. This was our second. The salesman, Reed, was knowledgeable and professional and a nice guy. Enjoyed working with him. My only complaint was about some incentives they offered that I didn’t mention during the purchase and neither did they. I feel like if their is anything extra That can be done when you’re making such an expensive purchase, they ought to do it. I do also realize that it was a failure on my part not to bring up anything I wanted added to the car at the time of sale but a break on cost I’ll now pay to have bump guard strips added to the sides of the vehicle would have been nice.

I had an appointment for what I thought would be a quick oil/filter and tire rotation at Hattiesburg Toyota service department. I still was realistic that this would still take about 45 to an hour, boy was I wrong try 2 hours later. This length of wait time is really unacceptable. Please work on this customer service issue.

The last 2 visits I have made to have my service done had extremely long wait times. Tire balance and rotation took over 2 hours. Yesterday I was there for 3 hours 45 minutes. I did not show up without an appointment. Both times I had appointments. Seems like those who chose to drive in got out sooner than those who made appointments. Yesterday is more than likely the last time I will use Toyota of Hattiesburg to have my maintenance done.
I arrived to get my Toyota Camery serviced for its 15,000 mile maintenance check at 11:45 a.m. and they didnt finish until 3:30p.m. It included a point check and rotation of the tires. I did not have an appointment and they were very busy so I can understand the delay. When I got in my car to leave, I noticed grease on my console and inside door. On the way home my maintenance indicator came on and when I called they said we could watch a video on how to reset it which was fine. Everyone was very nice, but a couple of these errors could have easily been avoided. At noon I asked if the shuttle could drop me at the shopping mall, which was 3 miles away, and they said it would not be leaving again until 1:30. I chose not to go because they originally said my car would be ready at 2:15.
