I went into have my oil changed yesterday and as always they were so nice and efficient. I was early for my appointment but they went ahead and took my car in. My wait time was shorter than they estimated even. They rotated my tires and checked my car over they checked my battery and found it wasn’t good and went ahead and ordered anew one at no cost to me since my car was still under warranty. They are a great dealership!

New to the area and needed to get a service done to my truck. I showed up early in the morning with no appointment and this team took care of me. Great service. Extremely professional, timely and thorough. Even without and appointment my service was complete prior to lunch and with my experience elsewhere, this is pretty exceptional. I text Patricia Tuesday afternoon (February 23, 2021), about getting an oil change set up and she said someone would be by Wednesday morning. Porter was here by 8:50 am to pick my vehicle up and returned my vehicle back to me at 11:30 am. Thank you Pine Belt Chevy for always taking care of me. We bought our brand new Traverse back in 2020 from Chase and we havent regretted it one bit. Everyone treats you like family and makes you feel as if you are the only customer they have!!

Friendly staff and on time service. Went in for an oil change as scheduled and greatly appreciate the multi point inspection that informed me of other things such as brakes that will need to be changed soon. We will be going back to them when we need more services done to our vehicles.
