Good and reliable place to get a vehicle.

My mom bought a car from here & less than a month it was bak in hop bc whoever changed the oil forgot to put new oil bak in. They didnt are bout her car really she had to get her insurance to get a record truck to cim get her car. They did fix her car in 3 days but it didnt feel as though they cared that they sold her a car that was messed up!?? Its like they got her $$ & thats all they wer worried bout!! This is my personal opinion from bn on the outside lookn in. They mite be completely diff but they didt make me feel as though they wer concerned at all!!! The car is really nice & running pretty god so far. Thxx to all who helped my mom through all this & fixed her car!!!

I purchased a 2018 Nissan Altima from them in February 2021. Car broke down 3 days after having it. They took it back to replace the transmission which took another 2 weeks to be fixed. I got the car back again and decided to take a family trip 3+ hours away car broke down on the interstate. Company had no remorse and basically told me to figure my way home and the were sorry that was all they could do. They went and got it from FL brought it back took another 3.5 weeks to put another transmission as they say in. I went back to get the vehicle and it begin to have the same issue 10 days later. Now they have had it back for over 4 weeks now and haven’t heard from anyone. Oh and to mentioned they were paid in advance on monthly payments. All I’ve been receiving is I’m sorry there is nothing we can do at the moment”. Please be careful and don’t become another person they take advantage of.

They are very rude people and wont give you any prices without an application and credit check which should have nothing to do with the total amount paid for a vehicle...

They will put you in anything for a little of nothing just so they can get comps for the sale.

SOLD ME A CAR THAT STOPPED WHILE DRIVING AND ANOTHER CAR ALMOST HIT My daughters SIDE OF THE CAR. I had the car only 2 weeks after it stopped running. They would not trade it or refund my money even though the car was in the shop from week 2 of purchase until month 2. The salesman sent nude photos to my phone after purchase, very unprofessional. Take your money were its respected and appreciated. The warranty is a joke.

Bought a Nissan Altima from these guys. Car broke down before I made first payment. They replaced alternator and never checked the transmission that we told them was going bad. Two weeks later, before second payment could be made, the transmission went out.(go figure). They now have had the car for two weeks and probably want a payment.Absolutely do not use these guys.

We bought a car on Tuesday May1st. It broke down on Wednesday May 3rd We took it back to the dealership they gave us all sorts of lies and excuses. We took it upon ourselves to have the car checked out by the Hyundai dealership. We were told the car has problems the motor is gunked up and may go out in 3 months to a year costing $6000 The manager brought out a fake car fax prior to our purchase we looked over it not knowing it was one they made up. Come to find out from the Hyundai dealership that car had been to their shop before in January with the same problem. We now have an attorney hes handle this for us. So please be aware when you get a car from My Way Auto. Some of their cars have been under water They dont want to refund your money nor give you another car we tried all and Thats why we hired an attorney. They told 10 different lies while we were there. The Hyundai dealership said they would not purchase this car. And Im not about to let them crooks get away with $2800. Hattiesburg ms

Scam artists pours liquid glass in their engine to cover up engine trouble then takes your children hard earned money...Look under the hood for white residue.Attention: Jeff & Jose Sold Me A Lemon MONDAY Morning at 11am the car broke soon as I left the lot, he told me it needed a new radiator,I replace dat yesterday car still over heats, my mechanic told me “liquid glass” was put in the engine so they sold me a BAD car with engine problems I was unaware of...I’m Warning u guys they are selling bad cars, I have two small kids dat I have let down so yes I’m mad but can’t get no JUSTICE ....Please do Not I REPEAT do NOT Go There & Pay Your Hard Earned Money because u will be Betrayed & Scammed,, I traveled Way From New Orleans so yes I’m unhappy ...Dey refused to give me my money back or even give me a New car
