I do not recommend this dealership. Unacceptable business practices. Salesman who sold me a car gave me the runaround on an issue and still has yet to help. Any time I call a different person says the same thing. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
I bought my teenage son his first truck from here. We got a Awesome Deal! The truck was Exactly what he wanted and the price couldnt beat anywhere else. The Sales Staff was Friendly, Professional and Easy to Deal with. Overall it was a Great Experience. Me and my family will continue to buy our vehicles from here in the future.
My salesman was Lee Long and, he talked the vehicle up. I wired him the money. Once I got the vehicle is was nothing like he had said, very poor quality and horrible customer care. Do not listen to the good reviews about this company, they are all fake.
I paid cash for a Jeep Wrangler 5-12-2020 and as of 10/19/2020 I still have not received a title. My phone calls will not be returned and this is not good business. I contacted the state and was told no paperwork has been sent in to them. So I would advise anyone wanting service after the sale to go elsewhere. i would give 0 stars but that is not an option.
I talk to them over phone were professional I intend to go there soon to test drive
Buyer beware!! Bought a vehicle from this dealership, no more than got it home and the check engine light came on. Went into limp mode 2 days later, no response from the dealership when I try to reach out. The vehicle is a $50,000 paper weight at this rate
I love this place and people! I love my Nissan Pathfinder!! They go over and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of!!
Bought a 2019 Charger here in March, 2020. I received a letter from the State of Mississippi yesterday saying that the paperwork had never been sent from Southeastern to change the title to my name. I have a lein on this car, so this is a BIG PROBLEM!!! Will revise my review if they take care of this...
Bought a car and still haven’t gotten my title .... 3 weeks of them giving me the run around
Great people really good deals on high-end cars and trucks
Super unprofessional and will never do business here again
Great place to buy a used car or truck. They always have a nice inventory of cars and trucks. Most of them are either late models or custom vehicles. They are very honest too.I bought a truck from them that had a wheel vibration. They outsource the repair to a local shop who misdiagnosed the wheel as being out of balance (something that they couldnt fix because of the size of the tire). It turned out through further diagnosis that the wheel was actually bent. They readily paid for the new wheel which cost $1100 because it was custom made. No argument or hesitation on their part. This speaks volumes about their integrity. They have a customer for life now! 😊
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

Hi.. So I have bought four trucks from SEAB in the last 4 years or so. The first was f250 lariat, was a nice truck however I needed to get into a ½ ton truck for many reasons. I traded the 250 in on an F150 Lariat with all the options.... The thing is, I did this 100% site unseen. The truck was delivered to me on the coast, where I did the all the paperwork took possession of the truck and was happy with it. This F150 Lariat was a great truck, so I started to think all of there cars would be somewhat up to this standard before they are sold... such as making sure fluids are changed, letting the buyer know if the vehicle had been in an accident, etc., basically if the vehicle needed service they would repair it before going to the front line to be sold. That was a mistake. Anyway, I changed jobs and needed to trade the f150 for a diesel. Paul put me in a 13 King Ranch f250-good looking truck! He even did a couple things to help accommodate me before the sale. Made me feel like he really cared and would do anything in his power to help if he could. So, I drove this f250 for 1 month, put almost 5k miles on it and hated every second of driving it. It drove much worse than the previous f250 I bought from them. The worst part was when you hit even the smallest bump it literally sounded like it was going to fall apart. The doors wouldnt shut correctly, they needed to be slammed to close correctly. I dont know if the frame had been bent or not, but the truck drove and rode absolutely terrible. So I called Paul and he said of course we can get you out of it. We found a 15 Denali that I really liked. Put all the deal together and then a shock! Now first let me preface this with saying I completely understand I put 5000 miles on this truck in one month, however with a good wash it will look just like it did when I drove off there lot with it. So the big shock was how much they were charging me to trade back in a vehicle that I drove for one month. Anyway, I understand they are in a business to make money so agreed to the new terms of the loan. We did all the paperwork on the new Denali, and before leaving I mentioned to Paul that the fuel filter replacement light was on and they need to take care of it prior to me leaving with this truck. Paul told me that didnt make any money off of me, and I would have to take care of it myself. I completely disagreed with his decision, but at that point didnt have much of a choice. Also, prior to leaving the dealer, I could smell a faint mold smell, but blew it off to probably nothing. A week later the check engine comes on, I contact Paul once again and he said basically you are on your on. So, for the fuel filter replacement light that was on at the dealership well prior to when they sold it to me, I would have to pay to have this fixed. The other issue-the mold smell.... I had to have the headliner pulled down, to properly diagnose...The sunroof drain was clogged and or leaking. I had to pay $500 to remedy these two problems within a week of buying a $50k+ truck. I was pretty upset. The one thing they did do for me was take the new tires I bought off of the f250 and have them mounted to the Denali. I thought this was a win win especially for them, as the denali had a brand new set of cougaria M/T tires, I just drive to much for such an aggressive tire and wanted to go with my tires which are much smoother, quieter, and will last longer = BFG KO2s.In closing, I guess I just thought given the fact that Ive purchased 4 trucks from them in a relatively short amount of time, they would easily ask there mechanic to spend an hour and fix the problems with the Denali, just as they should have been repaired before the truck was put on the line ready to sell. This wasnt a terrible experience, however I certainly expected more and had planned on buying the next several vehicles I own come through SEAB.
Naaaw boo I was at church dont lie on me like I was at no car lot that time of night ......
