Such an awesome experience! My first time buying prescription glasses and Diana helped me find the perfect pair! Instead of feeling vain over my new look....Im super excited!

Always very helpful, there hasn’t been a time that they haven’t been able to resolve a question or issue; I’m quite picky with my frames, the way the look and how they fit and I often stop in to have them adjusted and they are always extremely accommodating in making the adjustments! Recently I bought 3 pairs of frames/lenses and I ended up not quite liking 2 of them and they were very happy to exchange for different ones and to help me find ones that worked better for me! Very pleased with Diana, she’s so nice and always understanding!!

I have always taken my daughter here to get her glasses. Last week I saw a man at another local business causing a complete scene and being ridiculously rude to the clerk simply because the business chooses not to take credit cards. He was wearing his Pearl Vision uniform with a tag that said “manager”. He definitely ruined the reputation of Pearl Vision in my eyes and probably the many others in the room as well. I wouldn’t want to run into him there, lost a longtime customer.

I needed contacts and I only had 5 minutes free and pearl vision came through with a trial pair to hold me over and got my contacts ordered. Thats 5 star customer service. Thanks Pearl Vision!

I stopped in on a Friday afternoon looking to purchase two new pair of glasses. My current pair broke and I was stuck wearing my safety glasses. The place I usually purchase glasses from takes two weeks to get them made. Pearl had one pair ready in 25 minutes. Ken and Michelle were both very helpful and I had a truly great experience. I found two frames that are the most comfortable pairs of glasses I have ever owned and at a very reasonable price! My wife plans to go there next. Thank you and keep up the great work.

I went to Pearle for my exam and tp get glasses and I had a great experience at Hastings Pearle Vision. Diana was a great help educating me on the different products. I was nervous to go into a no line bifocals but she made me feel comfortable. All the representatives at Hastings were very helpful and welcoming.

I was in the other day and was addressed and helped by an optician, I believe her name was Diane. I told her we wanted to browse on our own. She was helpful but gave me space to do my shopping with my daughter on my own. As soon as she walked away I was pounced on my another optician with brown short hair, I believe to be Erin. She was pushy and wouldnt give us space to shop on our own. I dont like to feel pressured and will likely to go eslewhere where I dont feel pressured and like someone is breathing down my neck.

I am SO happy with my new sunglasses! Erin helped me find exactly what I wanted. It was very busy at the time I went, but she managed to assist others without letting me feel unattended.

I was in last week to get information about changing where I have my eye exams done. Erin was able to bring up my insurance information, schedule an exam appointment and help me to pick out a set of glasses all within a very short period of time. I was amazed at her ability to help so many people at the same time while making everyone of them feel like they were the only one in the store. Thank you very much!

I am so glad I went to Pearle Vision in Hastings. I dreaded going to get my eyes checked and having to go through the hassle of getting new glasses, but Dianas wonderful support helping me out and giving me what I call customer satisfaction instead of customer service was awesome!I know that every business provides their own customer service often without being concerned with the feelings of the customer, but Pearle Vision in Hastings with Dianas support exceeded my expectations from the start and made it really easy for me. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and they treat you as if you are the most important custumer they ever had. Please let them know how much I appreciate their honesty and care. When entering the hastings location you are greeted and welcomed. Nothing more pleasant then a welcoming feeling when entering the building. They are curious and on point about the knowledge of brands and willing to help answer any questions. I would recommend pearl vision to anyone and if you have a chance to go to the hastings location it is a great place to go!!!!

I hate shopping and I hate doctors. Two new pairs of glasses and an eye exam was a pleasant experience in record time as I was in a hurry. Friendly staff and great doc who took the time to answer my questions.
