Been coming here for years, but will no longer do so. Twice, the person who notarizes documents was not in the store. Time is precious for me;therefore, wasting it is impactful. I recommend removing the sign saying The UPS Store will do the notarizING for people, and then notify corporate to remove it from their commercials.
Asked if I wanted to insure. Then charged $18 to repack because of insuring. When I called the manager said they could stop shipping and refund shipping cost, but not the $18 for insurance. Will not ship UPS again.

This place is exceptional in professionalism and customer service . I have gone there to get documents notarized. I went to mail a package and the owner /boss there wrapped and packed it for me . He wouldn’t accept any money because he used the recycled box . Instead told me to put few dollars in donation box on counter for charity if I wanted . Haven’t seen this brand of decency, kindness and courtesy for a while . I am happy that humanity decency and honesty still exists in our world .
You simply dont direct the next customer by finger gestures and a mugshot look on your face... Speak instead. Your dealing with customers who support your business... your coworker responded to my salutation while you ignored it... and i wasnt even dealing with him...

Customer satisfaction perfection. I went there to pick up my packages and to see if they laminate some papers. And yes they did to my surprise. So the gentleman worked with me until I was satisfied with the finished product. Extremely helpful to keep me happy. Turned a not so good day into a great day. They welcomed everyperever behind me and worked until they job was done. Even took the extra step to open the door for me while I had a few packages in my hand.
Store workers were extremely petty over a very small strip of tape they wanted to charge me $2.50 to use and then had an issue we me using my own tape.
I’ve been calling for days but no one answers the phone. Need to contact them about a damaged package but I’ve had no luck getting into contact with them and the ups website has also been no help

With the current issues with the flu, i understand theres a scare on it. I walked into ups yesterday and had a dry cough (not sick btw). The ups employee said,you sound like my co worker that called off. I said,maam im not sick.She keeps insinuating that ill be sick like her co worker. So we went back and forth over it and told her i dont have the flu. I left without causing a scene and contemplated even writing a review since this is the first time i had a bad experience here. First of all, when did ups became a place where youre diagnosed for flu. A day later and im ok. Second of all, why youre throwing out your co worker biz. This is bad that i have to write a review on this considering the world issues and panic on the flu. It was insensitive and even more pathetic im dropping off packages and have to defend myself over my own health.
Staff were very friendly, courteous, & helpful. They greet everyone who walks into the store. I felt confident that my package was going to be properly wrapped & delivered.

I tried calling the number listed for 3 days straight with no answer. The 1-800 cannot give out phone numbers to specific stores nor could they tell me if a specific store had the appropriate material I needed... Calling FedEx was a one call stop and they were able to give me all the information I needed, why is this?
Before hand, I had checked the website to make sure of what time they closed. The website had said 4 oclock. I showed up at 3:25 to drop of very important papers and they were already closed. The man on the inside would not open the door for me. 2 other costumers also were trying to get in. Drove 20 minutes for this.
This is the only ups store that I have ever encountered a tape tax. I was told after my packages were scanned that I would need tape in order to ship packages. I explained the packages arrived UPS in the same exact condition and I was returning without opening the packages. The lady at the counter never scanned a tape package for me to purchased so to my knowledge with the pre purchased return barcode I had everything I needed in order to return items. After scanning the second item she informed me that I would need to pay $2.50 per package for tape. I will never return and buyer beware bring your own tape in the event you decide to patronize this business for services. I sincerely hope the $5.00 was worth it first and final visit of this business.
Literally called to confirm store hours. 1st call was answered and put on the counter. I overheard alot of giggles and laughter followed by a very inappropriate conversation between a woman and man, then I was hung up on. I then called back, the phone was answered and I was put on hold again for 35 minutes. Sometimes the store hours that show on the google search are incorrect. The information I required would have taken less than 30 seconds to give.
It was jam packed the day after Christmas, and yet the staff was exceedingly polite and efficient. They even added a little extra tape to one of my packages just in case!
Watch your packages . They added an inch to mine all the way around . By doing this they can add chargeable weight . Cost me 8 dollars extra . you can go on ups website and check how much you should be charged. They also added an extra service fee. I questioned the price and asked if they added anything extra and was told no. After I got back to work I checked and they had added an extra service fee . Not very good practice for a business. I was not pleased at all.

Had a prepaid package that did not come with tape. They wanted to charge me nearly $3 for a piece of tape to go across the top of package. Tape roll on counter and $3 bucks for 6 inches of tape....you have to be kidding me!

Staff is very friendly, however their price on boxes is unreasonable.
My first order was lost so with the resend required a signature (it even said it on the website) but on delivery day I hear a knock and I really think its a requirement for them to be able to run a 2.2 because by the time I made it to the door he was inches away from his truck and its a long breezeway by the way so I ask about the signature he says dont need without even turning around
Arrived at 8:45 in the morning on a Friday to drop off a package. They are supposed to open at 8:30. Store still closed and no one to be seen.
I called the number listed and I got a voicemail saying that the UPS Store voicemail is full. Didnt even know that stores had voicemail set up.
