Ryan Stipe was great! He took his time with explaining everything and always responded right away with any questions I had. This was my first time buying a car and he made it a breeze and very enjoyable. He still checks up on me to ask how Im enjoying the car and reminds to call him anytime if I have any questions or concerns. My family and I always use the service department at Ray Brandt Mitsubishi. Mike and his team provide excellent customer service. We have been coming here for years with several different vehicles. The mechanics are very good at their craft and I never have to worry if the job is done right. I have never had an issue with any of the work completed here. I feel confident knowing that my car will be fixed the first time without any more complications.
I was very impressed with Mike who works in the parts department I believe. He was very helpful he was very courteous and then when he check to see if there was anything else he could do with me he discovered that there was a recall on the emergency brake handle of the vehicle he was able to get that done and he did it in a timely fashion. Mike is most definitely a valuable person that you have working there and I wish more car dealerships would have people like him.

Sometimes, you wait in a room with other waiting customers and all of them are nice, happy, well satisfied people and neighbors you havent met yet. Drove up and someone greeted me and took all my info for a first time oil change was free had my tires rotated had to pay for that.Took about 1 hourIt was a great visit to Mitsubishi Service.All the people where nice and professinal

They had complimentary fresh coffee and donuts provided for customers in the lounge area. The wait was a little long, but there was a tv there for entertainment so it flew by. Service was good and the employees were nice. They made sure I was aware of what was going on/came out to check on us every so often.

I can’t describe my disappointment with this dealership. We purchased a vehicle that was a 2015 with a few scratches. We were told they would “cleans those up for us” if we bought the car. We trusted the good reviews and purchased the car. When dropping the vehicle off for our “clean up” we returned with paint spots all over where the scratches were. The paint was smeared around the scratches and it looked sloppy. I stated how disappointing it was and my frustration that it looked poorly, and was told that they would not “ touch my car again”. So now I have paint dots all over the car that make my new vehicle look cheap. Very disappointed. Spoke with manager that told me that was how it is. Would not recommend

Was on vacation in New Orleans and my car broke down. Mike McGowan the service manager with help of his team got me back on the road in a jiffy. Even had a great local recommendation to get a poboy. My husband and I visited Ray Brandt Mitsubishi in hopes of upgrading from our 2014 Outlander to a newer model Outlander. Our first encounter was with a sales person, Mr. Ryan. Ryan was very personable and professional. He made his goals, as our salesman, very clear from the outset- to make sure we left with what we wanted and was pleased with his service. Ryan was very patient; before trying to sell us a vehicle, he wanted to know our story, why we were looking for a new vehicle, what we were looking for, what we wanted to pay - all the details, and he listened intently. The very first vehicle Mr. Ryan pulled up to show us had everything we needed and even a few extras. Ryan answered all of our questions to the best of his ability and we could tell he was well studied about the vehicles he sell. We were able to drive away with our vehicle the same night. The sales manager, Bruce Marigny, made the financing process smooth and quick, making sure to get us the best deal to fit our needs. I would also add that the employees at Ray Brandt Mitsubishi work together as a complete team, there were no competitive attitudes which prevented anyone from assisting my husband and I. Everyone came out and congratulated us on the new vehicle and we received help from other employees even though it was not their commission. Nevertheless, when we purchased our first Mitsubishi Outlander, the name of the company was Rainbow Mitsubishi. If I would have known that it was no longer Rainbow Mitsubishi and was now Ray Brandt Mitsubishi I would never have bought my vehicle from them. Responsible, professional and honest employees are vital to a successful business and It was purely the professional and personable attitude of the employees of Ray Brandt Mitsubishi that encouraged me to buy my vehicle. I cant say the same about Ray Brandt Nissan. When buying a vehicle from Ray Brandt Nissan, be careful with the salesmen and managers, make sure to get everything in writing, make sure you understand everything and keep your papers and receipts.

After the initial contact with the salesperson and test drive this car buying experience degraded quickly. I was mentally exhausted and physcially ill after this expereience. Everything from taking hours and hours to do paperwork which included giving us wrong forms to sign while in the sales office, to chasing us down after the sale to have us sign another form.The new car was dirty amd shipping tape residue was still there after we pointed it out in presales process. Not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend this dealership.
