I recently bought a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage and had a great purchase experience with Albert at the dealership office. When I brought my Mirage in for its first oil change today, Mike at the service dept was very helpful and they completed the change and inspection quickly.When I emailed Bryan Mitsubishi weeks ago to schedule an oil change as they are open on weekends, they never responded after 2 replies. However when I emailed Rainbow, someone immediately called me and set me up for an early appointment to accommodate my work. Everyone seems genuinely helpful and never attempted to upsell me unnecessary things.

Take heed to this warning consumer - GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE TO PURCHASE A CAR OR SERVICE!!! My warranty forced in me mad a deal with Mike to put a bad transmission in my car and they tried to make me pay for a rental while Shop was closed which should he been included in. My warranty. I picked up todat. The car made it to the corner and engine light came back on. He told me dont come back and know I see why! Thanks God I purchased a new one this Saturday!!! Rainbow is the worst!! New cars with bad tramissions. Defective and more calls than the law allows!!! So glad my nightmare has finally ended!!! Whew!!!!!!!!!!! over.
Scam artists who dont fix the car they sold me. Rediculous.
I got my car repo-ed after a late payment because I was in the hospital for high risk pregnancy. They did not care about the safety or stress they caused by repo-ing my car for my pregnancy. Had to go back to the hospital the same due and had to be stopped from going into early labor. I even said I caould have the money to them in a week because I was on bed rest, but said they did not care if I lost the baby or not. Do not rent or buy any car from them. They are uncaring and did not even fix my door handle after it broke in just one month unless I paid for it even though it was supposed to be covered. Mrs. Connie has no heart and would rather take away someones car knowing they are sick on bed rest and could lose their child under stress... Its all about money and they have poor customer service. Mrs. Connie is also a very rude lady!
