If i could give no stars ⭐️ i would but look people DO NOT GO TO THIS WALMART! Service sucks big time pick up is the worse! They delayed my order for 1 day and a half! And they made me wait 30! Minutes cause they sent me the next day my order ready and turns out it wasnt! Spoke to the manager and she says she has no control over emails sent to client this Walmart is the worse!!!

Most employees allright except one woman that works standing at the door. she confused me with sumone stealng and aftr callng her out she always treats me like garbage. i will do a complaint and if nothng done will go higher up in command! always starring, and one day i dropped my mask and she said didnt have any but stood around a min and watched her hand one out. she never apologized for treatn me like she did and shouldnt treat anyone like this.

It has been newly redesigned with a better selection than before.Its the closet 24 hour Walmart to my home on the West Bank of New Orleans they have a great selection for being the Neighborhood Grocery version and they always have clearance deals. Great produce section also

Exper was plesant. The experience at this Neighbirhood Walmart is usually plesant. No problems. Normally clean and the shelves are well stocked.

I didn’t get her name, but I truly appreciated the lady working the self checkout ona Tuesday afternoon. She moved like lightning to help people get through quickly. She was even pulling people out of the regular lines to help those move faster. Maybe she gets a bonus for cutting wait times, or maybe she’s just a good person who wants to help people.The store itself is clean and organized. I was able to get what I needed and get out without spending a ton of money.

Small checkout are overcrowded and no cashiers ever working maybe one Ive never seen more than one. But a good selection of diff. Items

The store is easily located and is at two main street intersects. Very ample parking. Sheriff deputy on duty.Clean and well stocked with adequate self checkout and cashier assistance. Very good produce section. Fast pharmacy. Meats restocked frequently.

The store is kept clean. Lots of different varieties for all taste. They keep everything well stocked. Never over crowded. No long lines to check out in. I have a wonderful experience each time I need to go shopping.

This place is open 24 hours. I like that.

Seems like theres always just one, and if very lucky, two registers open. In other words, its faster to stand in the long line for self checkout than expect a cashier to check out your groceries for you.

Walmart is my store its closer to my house everyone is so friendly even the police thats there and my pharmacy I get all my medicine they are also professional and friendly and always there to listen and take care of all your needs .. Thanks GuysMonica

I had been looking for disinfectant at all other Walmarts went in there for one thing and there they were a whole 3 level of shelves, so this made me happy. Thanks neighborhood walmart and I live in westwego

Store was crowded but well-stocked, self- checkout was fast with no problems.

Did curbside. Order was 2 hours late. They kept me up to date via text. But other than that everything was great.

Associates were very welcoming. Got in and out of the store for what I needed very fast.

Good selection of products I get supplies for my beard and get all of my groceries from Walmart Mrs denies was very friendly overall five stars if I could give 10 I would good job walmart

I love that its 24/7. But why close all the self checkouts at night?? At night there is only one register open.. its extremely frustrating. Also there all pallets of stuff everywhere blocking the aisles.

The system for cashing checks, etc. was down, but the nice lady at the customer service desk just kept clicking and trying until it finally worked. Very happy with that experience.

Good place to go to be in and out when I need a quick something. There are many self checkout stations available for speed and convenience. The items I need are always well stocked.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The parking lot is full of trash. It doesnt present an atmosphere of someone wanting to go in to shop.

I love this Walmart and thats saying a lot because well its walmart. Friendly staff that actually say hi and ask if you need help. The grocery pickup is awesome, I use it atleast once a week and my order is always out within 5 minutes and 98% of the time has been correct.

What happened? This place used to be great but theyve taken a nosedive the past few months. Expect to find barren shelves, unopened pallets, and long lines. Better off going to the Super Wal-Mart or neighborhood one in Gretna.

I went to cash a check and they were going to but when they tried a number came up for me to call some checking company but instead it was a number to some advertisement company that I had to deny 20 offers before I finally accepted one then they wanted my credit card info I said no and they wouldnt except that then they sent me to a 411 service to get the checking companies number this shouldnt be leagle

I love the deli section, the juice election, and that theyre open 24 hours. They have a decent variety. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lines also move pretty quickly.

Went in here because my grandma medications where suppose to be transferred to this location from another provider due to price of meds. Well, not a good idea. They claimed the other provider (a major chain) said they had no record of her and shes been using this provider since they opened. So we go back to the other provider to inquire why they told them that to find out they NEVER even called to get the information. Beware of the pharmacy here. For a first time experience in a Neighborhood Walmart, Ill definitely not recommend or be returning. This messed up completely getting my grandma medications that is a life or death medication.

Quiet and clean and organized

I like that it is open 24 hours. Its normally quiet as I stop in around 4 am. The same lady is always working the register and is very nice, polite, and professional. The store stays pretty clean.

24 hours...make them a keeper...they also got some cool ppl working there...expect a bit of a price increase due to convenience. If you see a good price oneday it might not be there next time you visit...i remember i saw some flowers for 4.98 one day and two days later they were 7.98..for example🤦‍♂️

Horrible lines!!! Only ONE cashier open and NO self-checkouts after 10pm... Its ridiculous! I literally have spent over 30 mins in line every time Ive ever went after that time, with only one item to buy! Youll see 15 employees walking around chatting with the other, 5/6 outside in a group smoking and talking, almost no one stocking shelves- yet, only ONE checkout open!? Insanity! I avoid this store at all costs!!! 🙄🔫

Open 24/7. The closest one that is open 24hrs. Has almost everything the supercenter has except clothes and linens. Cashiers are always friendly, even at 3 oclock in the morning.

I usually do my grocery shopping at 4am. This is a great Walmart! I do have 2 small concerns though. One a gentleman in the frozen meat aisle had his headphones on trying to rap. My message to him. Dont quit your overnight job. Two the lady who rung us up was apparently tired and going awfully slow. Besides that. I HAD A GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

Very crowded. The shelves are empty most of the time since they went to online shopping. I have no problem but have staff to keep with the load.

Store never follows Walmart guidelines as far as Walmart trucks delivering. Won’t open doors to receive Walmart freight. Will unload outside vendors in doors that have lift gates because they rather sit and scan items instead of unload Walmart freight sat for an hour waiting on a dr. Pepper truck equipped with lift gates when I only had four pallets to deliver workers are very lazy and do everything they can to prolong Walmart deliveries

I love that they opened this neighborhood Walmart because I dont have to travel far to make groceries and get little nick nacks. This Walmart is always clean and I love their meat selection and low prices.

I really like the convenience of this store. I can get in and out normally without having to wait in line. They offer several self checkout line. Eighty percent if the time i can find what I need.

Store has been updated. Some isles cluttered do to restocking of shelves. Check out clerk was courteous and professional. Some store employees were loud, yelling at each other.

To much stocking going on but the cashier was wonderful!!!!!!!!!! And one lady stocking was blocking me and I said excuse me and thank you and she rolled her eyes how rude .if it wasnt for the cashier it would have sucked. The cashier gets 5 stars but the rest 2

Quick & Fast

The store has just undergone renovations and looks nicer but is somewhat disorganized still. The staff has times of being polite but also times of being very unhelpful. There are several self-checkouts which I use every time I shop here and that is a great convenience. The pharmacy staff is great, although I find that they do not keep some of our important, usual meds stocked which has sometimes been an issue. There is plenty of close parking and I can usually park close to the front of the store.

While everyone was scrabbling for toilet paper when the pandemic started, i bought ice cream and a sandwich

Upon my 3am visit to Walmart, I was checked out by a cashier that was significantly less than friendly and lacking attention span as well as her listening skills. Asked her for 5 ones back from my $80.00 change, but was too distracted by engaging in conversation with the man behind me that she completely disregarded my request. When repeating myself about the change, she said the register doesnt open like that and couldnt give it to me. On top of being ignored, discovered I was missing a bag of the most expensive items I purchased. Antibiotic cream, bandaids, and the foundation for my face. I immediately called when realizing this, only to be placed on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and not be answered. I hung up. Will address this accordingly

Contains most items & supplies you need but they no longer price match or compare prices since they have become so large. The employees are payed minimum or near minimum wage and over half are on food stamps since the store does not believe in helping its employees. Most the time when you do need something, an employee is not available or you have to hunt one down. Forget about calling because you will be on hold for too long.
