They carry just about everything there for homes to outdoors automotive ect. You cant go wrong

Try not to check out and bag my own groceries. It is convenient and that is probably the BEST thing I can say about it. Most of the employees are extremely RUDE! Hence, my reluctance to go there unless I am short on time!

My first time visiting this Walmart. Its one of the better ones. I love self check-out. I experienced a quick in and out.

Hate wal mart... lines always long for nothing... associates standing around while we self checkout... they never know anything or where anything is and they never wanna be at work... younger isnt better I love the older people that were let go

We waited an hour for someone to unlock the case for the watches. Back and forth to the customer service desk. Heard over the intercom for the manager to come. Talked to associates in passing, told us it wasnt their department, go ask customer service, then finally one laughed and said that she didnt even think they had a key for the case because she never seen anyone open it. We questioned her credibility because she didnt even bother to stop or look up from her phone. Even after that we still waited another 20 min before we left.

Most of the shelveswere pretty empty the meat department was pretty skimpy and the produce department were missing a lot of products but its getting better at least there was no lines to get into the store

Prompt service and a clean atmosphere. This Walmart made a lot of good changes.

Always short staffed and impossible to get someone on the phone including the manager..A very frustrating store.. Add to that I live on other side of the river so now you gotta deal with heavy traffic on top of a frustrating shopping attempt..Who wants to drive all way over there not knowing if you can get auto service or if what you need is in stock?? They need to hire some good people and pay their employees a living wage..

Walmart at 1501 Manhattan on the West Bank is much cleaner and better stocked than the one on Tchoupitoulas on the East Bank.

This location barely had any registers open. They had more self check out lanes. The check out lanes had a lot of people. There really need to have more people working the registers. Its a shame they have cut people from working the registers and have customers ring up and bag their own groceries. On top of that this location was hot, I think the air wasnt working yesterday. It made my shopping experience uncomfortable.

My review isnt about the customer service, as the workers are always pleasant and helpful. My review is about the broken air conditioner units. Your workers are working in the heat, andyour customers are miserable while shopping. Your employees are working in unfavorable work conditions while wearing a mask to prevent the spread of COVID-19. They deserve better and the customers who spend their hard earned money do too.

Closest store to me n its meehhh. All the isles were lined with carts with stuff on them to stock n boko ppl. Very disorganized

Curbside delivery is quick easy painless go online do your order set a time and date show up through the app youre there they come to the car put in the trunk close the trunk can you drive away

Worst Walmart ever. Only a handful of registers that are manned by actual cashiers. It is pathetic that many if not all Walmarts have decided to cut so many jobs by getting rid of their cashiers, especially the seasoned employees. Since then lines are now always horridly long, at this location, wrapping around the store, they never have anything in stock no matter what time you go, lack of carts, poor customer service and lastly, this location is extremely hot once you leave the grocery section. It has been this way for months now. Just ridiculous and unacceptable for both workers and customers as a previous reviewer indicated.

This Walmart in New Orleans was different, they didnt have many carts. You had to catch someone in the parking lot and get one that way. The rest of the shopping experience was normal enough.

The the associates was very helpful. I asked a question she wasnt sure of the answer and she walked with me to find someone who could. Its rare that I ran into an associate willing to go above and beyond. I wish I would have gotten her name.

Omg what is wrong with these people?? Shelves unstocked..no grocery carts are ever available...the slew of personnel standing in front talking and on their phones while the self check outs all have red lights on. I asked somebody to help and they rolled their eyes...4 check outs with red lights and she is on fa ebook or whatever!! No lane is available for cash purchases but the card reader is malfunctioning. Wal-mart is always hell but THIS Wal-Mart is horrid!!!!

Far too often this store is out of stock on many of the things you would normally go to Walmart to get. Its the closest to our house but how often they dont have what we need we go to the Walmart by Sams Club for most of our Walmart shopping. They also NEVER have carts in the store so grab one from the parking lot before you go in.

I mean, its a Walmart. Not the best, nor the worst. It is that sweet spot right in the middle. They seem to never have shoe sole pads in stock or 26x 26 inch pillows.

I prefer this Walmart over any of them on the Westbank, never have problems and everyone is nice and actually does there job!

All of their laundry soap dish detergent body wash shampoo is under lock and key. I waited a long time after having push the button for a representative to come unlock the glass for me to get Tide Pods. I ended up getting fed up and calling the store to have them page somebody. I dont get any discount for having to bag and check my own groceries.

Always well stocked and a good amount of staff to help. Self checks outs always a speedy process and I have never had a problem with staff.

I love to shop at Walmart the meat is the best I have ever seen.

This walmart is clean and the staff is very nice. The only downside is that it is usually a very busy store and there is a greater chance of having to wait in a line, but this is probably due to it being a nice store.

Brought a birthday cake. It was real good. No mess up at all.

The Walmart on Manhattan Boulevard needs to get their butts together and straight up and help their customers out when they need help instead of making them wait 10 minutes or longer before helping them out. I asked for help twice and did not get no help at all. The employees only stood around and talking to each other instead of helping a customer out in the electronics.

Well besides the Walmart cops following me around everywhere I shopped. I had a pretty good day shopping at Walmart.Its sad that you cant even go shopping at Walmart anymore without a cop following you around everywhere you go. I understand that they are just doing there job. But when youre doing nothing wrong, your just shopping and every time you turn around theres a cop following you. Thats making Walmart Supercenter look bad.

Lunch served to our group quickly with no delays, service excellent, food was delicious from salad to trout Amandine to bread pudding.

Just want to hear Yesterday got a whole bunch of arts and crafts stuff I love their products got a digital coin counting money jar also desk supplies we got markers pencils at a very good price a marker board two of the money jars alarm clock nice outfits shoes for my little boy outfits for myself a big book sack that was on sale for 9.99 when originally it was $18 also in the womens section underwear they have a lot of stuff on sale like I said I love shopping here Im going back tonight and I also get all my groceries at Walmart

Its Walmart, so you know what to expect. This one is a little better than most though.

The produce department is always so well stocked, as is the rested of the store. My only complaint is, the Deli shuts down for 6:00. So, Im either having to get pre packaged cold cuts and cheese or having to drive to a further location.

Shoping at walmart is an experience you never know what you are going to get. There were no baskets available in or outside of the store. The clerk in electronics was not to friendly as if she had no choice to be there.You never know what to expect.

A hell of a lot better than the Walmart in Marrero. Hate that one in Marrero always some problem going on over there. I now travel from Marrero to Harvey to shop at Walmart. That is sad and pathetic. Walmart in Marrero fo better.
