The cashier was very polite and helpful. I also found everything I needed.

They prices dont match the product they had alcohol price on the shelf was 1.00 and when she rang it up it was 2.65 so I got a refund. Poor training. Thats 2 stars need more experienced workers

The snack section is amazing

Very nice since it got remodeled, but there is a worker there very rude never greeted us just stared at us with a blank look, Then has the nerves to follow us outside and just stand there and look at at when we where leaving,

Associate by the name of kaylen could not check and item I was seeking, making me drive to the store cause of her laziness 8:35 pm 5/5/21 bad customer service hopefully someone do something about this since she said she was the only one in store

Overall the store bigger and looks better

We where told that they had Lysol spray on the trucks by the cashier and to come back the following day because they will be out in the morning. We got there early coming to find out there was none. Turns out the manager which is a fair skinned black women is giving the Lysol spray to the employees and not the customer. We shop for senior so we were excited that there would be Lysol so we could give it to them. So sad how our own community could be so selfish. I Will be filling a complaint with corporate and will have a lot of others follow suit.

I’m not pleased with the cleaning of the store there are are lot of things out and scattered all over and the prices and the customer service. Me and my friend went to get a couple things including a pregnancy test. When the manager proceeds to ring us out she scans the test and says ( OMG y’all don’t know how many of these i had to sell, i see what everyone had been doing on there free time ) we both thought is was rude, unprofessional and degrading especially because it’s didn’t have to be for us it can be for anyone

Hello, I have experienced several bad experiences in the Family Dollar on Wood Street, in Harvey.The personal n the store has NO respect for the customers.They need to learn respect for the customers.
