I typically do not post reviews at all but this needed to be addressed. I have always taken my car to the dealership to be serviced. When my car would not start yesterday I knew immediately I would need to make my appointment online. The next available appointment yesterday was not until December 2nd. I thought immediately this must be incorrect so I called on the phone. The lady also confirmed that the next appointment was not until December 2, 2021. When asked why so long, she could not provide a reason so she connected me to speak to a service provider.After a twenty minute hold no one came to the phone. Knowing I can not wait over a month before I get my car serviced, I must look elsewhere for reliable service.
I took my escape in, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. suprise!! not fixed! took it back, for the same issue, and they said now it needed a different fix? So fine, I said go for it. over3 MONTHS later I am still waiting on parts from ford. They have given me multiple dates that the parts should have come in, but no parts and no call to tell me they didnt come in. Feeling like my investment in a Ford was a BIG mistake! Will never buy another Ford. They didnt get it right the first time and now I basically own a worthless hunk of scrap metal. Thanks Ford
The service is average; they do what theyresupposed to do, but I am accustomed to building a relationship with my service provider for my car. I prefer to have 1 person to reach to that takes an interest in me & vehicle. Unfortunately none of the representatives has provided that kind of service and this is the reason I say the service is average.
We made an appointment for an Oil change several days prior to the appointment date. When we arrived on the day of the appointment they told us that they couldnt get to us that day. So we left the vehicle there thinking they would get to it the next day. It was a Monday we went for our appointment it was Friday before the vehicle was ready! We kept calling to find out what was going on, no one would answer the phone or return a call to us after leaving repeated messages. My husband had to call the manager of the dealership to get someone to let us know what was going on. Needless to say we are not happy!
Top notch service, my car has been in their capable hands since I bought it. Would recommend them for basic services.
Al Ortiz was great. He bought my truck i had listed on Facebook marketplace. He contacted me, we met at Bohn and he purchased my truck. Very easy process. Thanks Al.
Even though it took a week to get my Truck repaired. They did a great job, They check over the whole Truck and advised me what was needed, even though most was covered under warranty, But I was more then glad to pay for the repairs that was not covered.
Last two service apportments ended with extreme time delays even with an appointment.
Jackie was a pleasure to work with. So honored to have her assist with my warrant

Mr.John in service has been dealing with our vehicles for the past 15 years. Hes a very patient and nice guy. Even when we are asking a million questions, he takes his time and makes sure to address all of our concerns. I would never bring my vehicles anywhere else. Its hard to find trustworthy people these days, hes a gem.

The last experience was disheartening. I had an appointment and when I arrived was informed they could not do it. I had traveled from the Westbank for the appointment and the Advisor vould hsve check workliist and informed me before hand.
Horrible Experience Once again.First time in the service shop I had money stolen from my center console (I was in a hurry and forgot to grab my cash, thats absolutely MY BAD but it doesnt justify it being STOLEN)Today! I called and made an appointment. The lady I spoke with asked if I needed her to book me a lyft or if I would be waiting. I informed her that I live 2 hours away and would be waiting for my vehicle. No Problem. I show up a little early, wait while 2 guys talked amongst themselves. Finally one asked if he could help. Told him I had an appointment, he pulled it up and proceeded to tell me that theyre backed up for 2-3 days and I could leave my car there. I informed him of the conversation I had with the service operator. I asked why she booked me an appointment and told me i could wait if they were so backed up. His response I dont know why she did thatI told him I just drove 2 hours for an appointment, I would have no way home.He said all of our mechanics are backed up for the next 2-3 daysI also asked if i could just get someone to look at whats going on and give me some information, he said no, theyre too backed up. Too backed up to take 5 minutes to help.I was not the only unhappy customer today. One gentlemen was outside on the phone and very upset with the service department. Another gentlemen inside dealing with another worker, wasnt too happy.Never had this problem with GMC. I want my Yukon back!
Not a friendly place. Didnt feel welcome at all. Not sure if i will return. All i needed was a oil change. No one new the price up front.

These guys hooked me up and it didn’t take that long, about 20 mins for the air bag and another 20 to replace a light. I’ve waited much longer at other dealerships for simple oil changes that should’ve only taken 10 minutes or so, but they would wait me for over an hour in the lobby which can be grueling. The waiting room here is awesome because the bathrooms are easily findable the tv is nice and it’s really clean and it looks super nice. Thanks for the help y’all!
