I came here for a 65K service on my 2018 Tundra. A 65K service is the smallest kind, basically just a tire rotation and inspection. While waiting, I get a text that takes me to the inspection report and their recomendations. Well, Im instantly skeptical because the highest urgency recommendation is to replace the cabin air filter, which had just been replaced at the 60K service. Also, there were a couple of other things like a transmission flush and differential flush that had also been done just 5000 miles ago that they recommended doing because the fluid waa discolored. Just seemed shady.
Best Toyota ever and very respectful
Bought a car here. They didnt even change the oil. I brought and back and they changed the oil for free. But what they didnt tell me was that they or someone previously stripped out the oil drain plug and they only replaced it with a temporary drain plug. Took it to get an oil change at a different mechanic and they informed me that I would have to eventually replace the entire oil drain pan, a 600 dollar repair. Dont trust them.
Tried to sell a throttle body clean job saying the throttle body was dirty on a relatively new Prius Prime with majority EV miles. They did not remove the mass air flow sensor assembly to look at throttle body. No signs of work there. Work highly suggested on a Prius Prime with majority of miles as EV miles.Said that brakes are blazed and highly recommended brake rotor resurfacing. Its not possible for a 4th generation Prius to need this work this early. I can prove that most all braking is Regen braking. There are logs. The brake rotors are fine and not warped. It is highly unusual for a Prius to need brake work this early.Dealer missed a large warranty repair job. They were too busy trying to sell me overpriced labor and 30-100% mark-up on MSRP parts. Parts department quoted prices way above MSRP for all parts I asked for. Also would not honor price quoted on phone for routine maintenance.Lots of signs around for easy financing for service work. Also some kind of service sweepstakes through a 3rd party prominently advertised in waiting areas. Ive never seen this stuff before at a Toyota dealer. Ive been to several all around this country. This is by far the worst experience Ive had at any 1st party car dealer service department. Also went to the sales floor and made it very clear I was looking at new cars on the showroom floor. No one greeted me.I cannot recommend bringing your car here. Stay away if you value your money.
Well this place helped me out in so many ways.. I wanna thank the one that helped me today, to get me in a car I actually instead of something to just get by with.
Fast, clean, courteous!!
