During an incredibly stressful time, when Hurricane Ida hit, the one thing I didnt have to worry about was my car. I brought it in a week prior with a complicated situation. Louis, did a fantastic job coming up with a solution to the issue. Then the storm hit. As soon as power was restored I got a call from Louis letting me know my car was fine and they were starting on it right away. During that time, my rental car insurance ran out and Geico wouldnt extend despite the dire situation. Bohn saved the day. My car looks AMAZING! My neighbors commented as well and asked where I got it done. Finally, Im a single woman who really hates dealing with auto repair places. If youre the same, this is the place to go. Its a big, super clean repair shop with a small town attitude! Great job guys!

My car was repaired fairly quickly after an accident, which I appreciated. My service person was Ed. He said if anything was wrong he would make it right. The following week I brought it in because of a malfunction light in n the same area where it was repaired. Ed acted as if I didn’t know what I was talking about and tried to brush me off. He finally realized that I wasn’t going anywhere and the manager assured me that it would be taken care of.

I took my Ford Escape in to have them look at defective paint on my hood and to ask if it was covered under warranty. They took pictures of the defective areas on the hood and said they would file a report to Ford and get right back with me. They never got back with me at all. I since traded the Escape in for a Honda, my first NON FORD ever. They dont care about me so I will be ending my over 45 year loyalty to Ford.
Truck had damage due to Hurricane in Oct. when insurance adjuster came out to give estimate on damage he pointed out some spots of paint that were chipping due to manufacture defect. Truck had 28000 miles factory warranty is 30000. They had to paint areas on truck due to the damage from Hurricane. They did not paint the spots that were still under warranty they claim was not under warranty. In my opinion they were painting already it would have been no trouble for them to paint what was a manufacturing defect. I am a excellent customer I’ve had 3 Mustangs 3 Taureses 1 Truck. This is very upsetting and disappointing that I was treated this way. Right now not happy with Ford.
Overall it was not all that fantastic or as easily as I had expected. I was called in the morning by the rep Johnny that my car was ready for pick up that day but just told to pickup by 6pm emphasizing the doors close then. Since I was working from home the day, I went around my lunch break. I arrived and waited about 10-15 minutes before anyone came to the main desk or even acknowledged I wax there even though two people at the desks in the area I entered the building. Finally someone ’helped’ me by telling me that Johnny was and lunch, back in about an hour but not sure the exact time he would be back. He did give me the paper to sign before seeing my car, which I asked to se first the I would sign. Once my car came up, I checked it with another rep then came back in the building. As you can tell the ‘clock is ticking away’ and I needed to get back home to a work call. I didn’t expect it to take over 45-50 minutes to pick up my car and then I still had to rerun the rental car. After I returned the rental and was bit at Bohn,, Johnny came back. He and walked out to my car and he reviewed the work noting a new instead of used rear glass was used at his insistence with State Farm, which was appreciated. When I, not him, noticed the clock was off and no battery work done, I inquired why. I was almost driving off at this pint6. Johnny then explained when they went to move it the FIRST time, the battery had to be jumped. This was never mentioned to me on amy of our update calls. Why not?? He said he was going to mention. I explained I could have made an appointment with service right after picking up my car from the collision shop to change the battery. The was important to note since the battery can’t be changed any retail shop, like Auto Zone since it is not easily reached (won’t buy another Ford or other brand like that). I could have kept the rental car longer if needed while the battery was being changed. We ended up calling AAA to change it. I had also asked it my car could be serviced while waiting on parts but that could not be done for whatever reason. The point is, better communication could have prevented us a BIG inconvenience all around. Lesson learned!!The day after I picked up my car, I noticed the rear view mirror was loose, which caused me to have to bring the car back after work one day, which I had to leave work early to handle. Seriously? Appears no one bothered to check it before it was ‘ready’. Another hassle.Very, very disappointing!!

My car was delivered there November 17,2020, and I have yet to get my car as of todays date 8 May 2021. I chose to have car serviced at bohn collision. That was a bad decision.

I have a brand new mustang and it started leaking in two places. I brought it into Bohn Collision and not only did they solve both issues, but the care and quality of the work is better than factory. I can’t even tell work has been done. Miss Lorraine was WONDERFUL and was in contact with me the whole way, letting me know every step that was being taken. That’s rare. She went way out of her way to replace a piece that was missing. Miss Lorraine and bohn collision have a customer for life. The manager here is great too. If you have a problem, GO SEE LORRAINE!
Completely disappointed with don Bohn collision. Wasn’t my decision to bring my company van here for body work, but I knew what was in store when it was brought there. I absolutely cannot say anything nice about the experience we had with Don Bohn, as any experience that I had with this place in the past was horrible! It took them 2 months to finish my work van, anywhere else would have been done in 3 weeks tops. Their customer service was horrible as well! Every time my manager tried to get in touch with them, it was a game of tag! Then, they fumbled with the paperwork and tried to overcharge the company when the deductible was already paid in full. This added another 2 week delay. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Don Bohn is the reason why I can’t stand “Ford”. Reason for that is because they sold me a lemon in 2015 with a good heart and totally turned their back on me when I had problems. With all that being said, they don’t deserve even 1 Star, in my opinion....1 star was given because they did a good job on the body work!

Courteous service. Tried to remedy the situation without more expense, but was very forthcoming that this was not going to work once the tech tried. Replaced bumper with Ford genuine parts and color matched perfectly. We are happy to have our beautiful Mustang perfect again.

Went to the dealership because I have a paint bruise on my back quarter panel. My escort does not have a dent. If I did not have arthritis in my shoulder I could buff if out with rubbing compound. But since my car needed an oil change I figured I would get it done there. Yeah right, this gentleman give me an estimate over $1000. They must be losing their damn mind. Someone scraped my car and i went to Bohn Collision for the repair. Rachel was very helpful and courteous. After fixing the scratch, i noticed a little something on the car from them repairing it. I notified Rachel and brought the car back to rectify the issue. They gladly fixed the issue within 15 minutes of bringing my car back...PLUS the technician noticed a minor decorative defect on my vehicle that i never knew was missing on one side of my car (a small piece of decorative stripes—-this had nothing to do with the repair or Bohn) The tech generously fixed the defect! Something that he didn’t have to do. I hope to not need to return to the Collision center, but if i need repairs again-Bohn Collision is the place for me.

Just picked up my friends car. They have a list of things they did to the car that they did not actually do. The car is still damaged and all they did was paint over it. The work is TERRIBLE. This is all after they kept her car for like a month and refused to give her updates. She picked it up and tried asking the lady in the front some questions about her car and was ignored. Will be contacting the insurance company about this fraud! Beware! Take your car else where, not this scam. Oh and all parts are used. You can tell this by the name on the detailed page they provide on the sheet of work they supposedly did page. The company they get the parts from is only used parts. Yet they want to charge for brand new stuff. Sounds like an insurance scam to me! STAY AWAY!
They did a great job on my Ford Explorer XLT.I rented a car, and when i had to bring my rental car back. Mrs. Lorraine, had my SUV ready to go, before the promise time. And a shout out to the body shop guys that worked on my SUV they did a excellent job.Thank you very much.
The staff was very polite and really helpful. My door looks great, they really could have cleaned up the greasy smudges better inside my truck, tape was also left behind. After arriving home from picking up my truck I noticed that the antenna was bent, thanks Ford. Now on the hunt for another antenna, other than that it all went well.

Still waiting on my car after a month and a half, even with the pandemic is hard to believe it takes so long to get the parts needed specifically when is a Ford suv at a “Ford” dealership .
I was serviced by gentleman by name of Mr. Whitehead very professional to the point got my vehicle taken care of expeditiously. Everything came out beautiful on my vehicle, they also gave me a 10% military discount off my final price which resulted in an additional $250 off. I recommend them to all especially military veterans, the discount really saves you money.
My first experience with Bohn Collision a few years ago was wonderful! However, i can’t say the same with my recent experience. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. They were great at texting updates with me the first two weeks. However, they weren’t texting me with correct information. First two weeks, I was receiving updates that all was good with progress and it was done. Then no other text updates. When we called, the update was that it wasn’t done but rather it may be another week or so because they had to order the part. What was initially a 2 week estimate, ended up being more like 6 weeks! Again, it’s ok that it takes a while but I just felt that I wasn’t getting correct information and updates. After getting my car back, the back door that was replaced doesn’t close properly. You have to slam it to have it registered as closed. Then they also had an issue with my left door that they were nice enough to fix but now there’s a noise coming from it. So all in all, wasn’t awful but wasn’t the great experience I had before.

The damage estimator was knowledgeable and courteous. He explained what they were going to do and about how long it would take to do the job.
They took forever to get my truck done, and they keep giving me the run around about it. When I finally did get it back my led lights didn’t work or my fog lights. They don’t know how to answer a phone or call people back if a message is left. I will never go to them again or would I refer people to them. Seems like the only thing they are good at is making excuses.

So I bought my car to get fixed...And it was the worse experience. For one I had to call them to find out about the quote when she told me she was going to call me...my Rental car wasnt ready. I had to make all the calls to them instead of them calling me!!!..in the end I got charged for the rental when my car was suppose to be ready!!...Im so over this place..Never again!!!!

Outstanding customer service.. Fast, friendly and also an approved USAA shop. In under a week I was back in my truck. Mr. Gary helped me understand my out of pocket cost and was willing to do what he could do to earn my business. My 2016 Chevrolet Silverado High Country was returned clean inside and out after the repairs. The workmanship on the rear fender was repaired to an origional equipment equivalent state matching all the OEM replaced parts for the damage in front. I was so scared I would be able to tell that repairs have been previously performed as I have when trusting others for my collision needs. So until youre offered a better deal per quality backed a real customer.... theres no reason not to let Gary take care of your USAA claim.
