Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only downside is you wont get any money or in-store credit reasonably to trade in your games, even if it is a new release. Your better off selling old systems and games online. But otherwise they have a great selection new or old, and the staff are all gamers that know there stuff.

Was told I can pick up mass effect between 9 and 930 they close. Got there at 917 and they had the doors locked, open sign on, and I called and asked if I can get my game. (I live a 15 minute drive from there) they said they closed the registers at 915. So I say cool. Wont be getting my business anymore cause I dont have to rely on digital orders based on how long someone wants to do their job.

Its a game store not much to right about.... except for the great employees that work here. They actually help you find game that You d like, and give great feed back!

The employees at this store are always attentive and friendly! Theyre able to help me find new games to play that I probably wouldnt have on my own. I wont go to any other Gamestop!

Great GameStop in a tiny town. Good selection and service and staff was knowledgeable. Would return when in the area.

Enjoyed the visit though I wish they had had more exclusive Funkos in (Im hoping to find some Pans Labyrinth one day.

Awesome staff, they never mind the kids checking everything out and really take the time to interact with them even if there is no sale.

Had another Gamestop call and have them hold an item, drove an hour to pick it up, only to have the employees lie about being called, act condescending, and not have the item. Easily the worst experience Ive had, wish I could get the time and the gas money I wasted going here, and for the irritation. Extremely unhappy former customer.

At 7:30 pm Hartford WI game stop 11/19/16 a employee went out of his way to return and give me the other version of Pokemon sun. Even gave me another genesect event card at his own dispense and threw in out of his own kindness threw in a amazing high quality poster of the game. Also for helping us the original pre-order site was at Brookfield mall and Joe helped us work this out. I could not be more thankful for many lifetimes.

Terrible. I had purchased a Nintendo 3DS at this location and went to return it 5 days later because the touch screen was cracked. They would not give me a refund because I didnt have the original receipt and they said they could not print off a new one from the transaction. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Very rude and condescending employees including the manager!
