I like the top Kat Laundry mats because there are the most readily available places for me to do my clothes. This particular location is not the greatest in their inventory, however it gets the job done. Like I said, I’m about convenience, and this location is centrally located for my life. Those looking for a place to wash clothes. I recommend Top Kay!! 👍🏾

I am impressed by how computerized laundromats have become. I came here by a recommendation from a friend. I had a few large items to clean which my home washer was inadequate to clean it. I needed the use of a very large washer and dryer. They had those kinds of machines. But i was at a loss at how it all operated and unfortunately no one approached and came to my aid. So i had to make due by reading the tiny signs. You first have to buy a store debit card for $2 dollars at a ATM machine. Then you have to load the card with money by feeding it cash or a credit/debit card. Then swipe the card on the washing machines which deducts the cost of the wash from the cards value. I think it would of have been nice if the laundromat added the initial $2 for the card to the cards balance since there isnt a way to use the machines without the card.They do have a couple of flat screens on the wall playing different movies to keep the customers entertained. When I was there they had The Matrix (1999) playing in Spanish. I was there when it wasnt busy. So i was in and out in one hour.

Its an ok place to do laundry if youre in the area. Its like any other laundromat. Not too complicated.

My new go to laundromat when I have large loads. I’ve seen two female attendants so far and they both are friendly and keep the place very clean. Which can be a deal breaker. To wash can be a dollar or two more than the other neighborhood laundromats, but I don’t mind. I can always find a washer and dryer w/o having to wait. Make sure to ask the laundry attendant as the sign advises to ensure you are using your card correctly to receive free drying.

Extremely courteous and helpful young man who saw me struggling to get my cart in the door, he came propped it open and helped lift the front wheels to ease my entry. And he prides himself on keeping it safe and clean!

There was some lady there the other day who was harassing me as I was waiting for the bus to come, I was not even on the property, I was waiting on a neighbors porch for the bus to come which on Wethersfield Avenue, its finicky, its supposed to run every half an hour?But it usually just comes when it wants too! I did not feel like arguing with her so I just turned my back away from her to avoid any conversation (out of sight out of mind)but she needs to focus on whats happening inside the business instead of whats happening next door where she has no say so.

Enid is awesome so helpful I’ve been to this laundromat for about a month and out of the 2 employees that I have to have interaction with she is very help with everything and is constantly cleaning and asking if you need help... the young girl that works there tells you from the desk what you need to do to help yourself she’s nice but not helpful. Enid is great and physically helps you she has great customer service skills !!!! Nice clean place to do laundry! Free dryer with wash.

Once in a while I have to come to the laundromat because the machines at my complex dont work so this is the place I go to. Even on the busiest days I can still find a washer. I usually go when its slower though and the ladies that work there are always busy cleaning the machines and making sure that the place is clean. Thats one of the things I love about this place is that its always so clean and spotless and thats important to me. Nothing is more gross than a dirty laundromat. Theres 3 or 4 different sizes washers and drying is basically free which is nice. I definitely recommend this place.

Never do wash and fold Here “Marisol” the manager/employee washes all the clothes together no matter what color. I purposefully separate all my clothes by color before I drop it off and I received all my white clothes blue. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Personally I think my clothes look dingy once I’ve started bringing them here. I called to speak to her about it and she started to curse at me over the phone. It’s very hard to get in contact with the owner. Please don’t waste your time and money.

False marketing!!!! The banner, the posters in side and out state FREE DRYING. This laundromat is a scam. Fooling all the locals, and to top it off no one to speak to to correct the issue. I had $60.00 bucks in my topcat card and left with $2.30. I was hoping to have enough for the next 2 weeks. Not worth 1 star. Will not return here.

Someone tried to steal our laundry here. The fact remains you should stay with your wash but we loaded and went to the store, came back to the clothes in a dryer. Attendant told us who did it but they left when we first returned.

The laundry is not a problem, the problem is the girl who is working there ... she has a bad attitude and she says things in a bad way. But I dont know where to report it ... my daughters fingers rang like her mosaic, sometimes she sweeps the floor with a bad attitude and thats not a good way to work
