This place is literally the greatest!! You can get new phones for very reasonable prices as well as reliable phone service! You can even trade in different electronics and get your money’s worth!! The environment is great and most importantly the gentleman working there is very professional! I highly recommend this place!

Where do i start with this store.The BEST in the Connecticut area! Hands Down! Ive been a customer since theyve first opened back in beginning of 2019. This is a second store to another location in Worcester MA. The owner Leo is so hands on and honest. Will let you know if you have a unlocked phone or not. he fixes phones and buys used phones. I went in to have the screen of my iPhone SE replaced and Al was extremely friendly and nice and he replaced my phone screen in about 15 minutes. It’s not often I go to a store to get something fixed and can say that I genuinely enjoyed the experience. Great service and genuinely kind and helpful people, and very reasonably priced too! I will be going to Wireless Xperts for all my phone-related needs from now on!

Wireless Xperts did a price match, and said that I can wait while they completed the hour repair of my Note 9. But then after the part arrived, they said they would have to ship my Note 9 to Boston and not do the price match. I was promised one thing and they were trying to get away with doing different. After a long hassle, they finally had someone fix it in the Hartford office and gave me the price match . The ordeal was unprofessional

All those 5 star reviews are FAKE just like their phones! They advertised a phone online, I contacted them and came down, when I got there they DIDNT have the phone! They tried to sell me another phone that was $200 more! I was familiar with the phone so I started checking it out, as I was looking at it the guy started taking the accessories out of the box and telling me that the phone DIDNT come with the accessories!! But it didnt matter because I opened up the phone and saw that it was running a totally different program than the ACTUAL cell phone came with! MISSING FEATURES that are from the factory, etc!! I realized immediately that it was a FAKE, maybe even STOLEN! You would have to do a lot to change the WHOLE OPERATING SYSTEM instead of just going to Settings and selecting Factory Reset! I got out of there!!! DONT TRUST THESE PHONES!!

Great serivice!!! Seen an ad on Craigslist decided to stop by and get another iPhone 6 because my daughter lost mine. Went in they had about 3 or for of them for lowest price I could find. But decided to go with the XR brand new in the box for under $700. I couldn’t pass it up. Would recommended anyone looking for phones to check them out. Looks like they repair phones too. Thanks too the sales man I didn’t get his name but he’s a cool dude if I ended up trying to get another phone I will definitely go there first.Be careful though because sometimes the people they get the phones from aren’t on the up and up and if the phone is still in service with another company you will have problems getting picture messages doing group chats and things like that.
