My sister-in-law was having problems with her phone, and was very confused and frustrated. She wasnt using her phone because she believed it had been hacked. Audrina was able to patiently, kindly, and effectively check out her phone, change a few settings, and explain to her how to use the phone with more confidence. My sister-in-kaw is now able to use her phone again. Andrina provided truly excellent customer service. Thanks very much!

Fast service. In and out. Very informative and helpful. Very expensive phone accessories. Theres no reason to charge that much for things. Get your new phone and leave. Amazon is way cheaper.

Premier Locations is HORRIBLE. I needed to outright purchase a device, and have my family plan coordinator activate the phone. They wont let you purchase a device for hookup at your convenience. As a Quality Control and Customer Service manager, I am extremely appalled with the manner in which the employee would not produce the alleged policy. Ive been a US Cellular fan for 6 years and have had good service from actual US Cellular locations. DO NOT USE PREMIER LOCATIONS.

A few years ago I wanted a nice digital camera but had no idea what camera to buy. Family had mentioned the Camera Case to me. Loved that they listened to me and only sold me what I needed. I took my Mother in law there when she was looking for a digital camera and she was very pleased with the service and product. I bought a second camera from them a short time ago and was happy to receive the same great service. Will go back again!

Very understaffed. Went for customer appreciation to collect prize, they should have had a greeter to get customers who only got a cup or phone holder out more quickly. Waited half an hr plus...for a cup. They also could have had a sign that indicated the cups were for customer appreciation. Only 3 people staffed for this event & no manager on premise.

Friendly helpful service. Always busy sometimes its difficult to be waited on because of long lines. They could use a little more parking but they have lots to offer in this store. It is handicap accessible and easily accessed from Sumner Street in Hartford Wisconsin.

I had my US Cellular service disconnected abruptly and went to Camera Case. Store Associate Dan L. was incredibly helpful and understanding. By the time I left he had $75 off my bill, my phone turned back on and he gave me a $10 gift card to Subway for my troubles. Probably the best result from a bad situation. Thanks Dan!

Went a few days ago to upgrade my Galaxy S7 to a S9. Sales associate was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. She laughed at us and told us that we really should get the insurance when we refused it. She also didnt try to help us save any money at all. I felt like she was treating me like I was stupid. Will try to avoid this store in the future.

I purchased a tempered glass screen protector at 1:00 PM, i got into my car and drove to my place of business 45 min. I recieved a call, i went to swipe my phone to answer and the screen protector cracked and spiderweb. I called the store and spoke to two individuals. The first individual said they dont offer refunds for screen protectors. I told her it had a lifetime warranty. She said i can pay $9.95 or nothing. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager told me they cant replace a screen protector for doing its job and there was no way my finger cracked it. She said otter box makes thoes and it just cant happen. While i was speaking to her i was holding the screen protector with two fingers and i said, its cracking as we speak. The edges are cracking in andnits falling apart. I said there must be a defect or something wrong its falling into pieces as we talk. She honestly could not believe me. WOW, i guess they got me, I must be lying trying to pull a fast one over on them? I must have smashed my new phone and the screen protector saved everything, not a scratch on it. I will ensure i go out of my way to never purchase anything from this store. Also FYI, the first lady informed me i could pay them $9.95 for a replacement, well just go to the website and get it for $3.95. Guess this store needs $6.00. What a joke, if you have amazon you can also purchase the same product for $20.00 cheaper. Guess i should have waited. What an absolute horrible way to treat your customers.

Reason why my rating is so slow is because I waited for over a half hour to be seen due to having problems with my phone and two people walk behind me and once an employee was done with a customer I was skipped and they were able to walk right out as Ive been sitting here for quite sometime

Terrible customer service. The workers sit and have conversations with customers making no progress while there are 10+ constumers in line to ne helped. Very long pointless wait it is disappointing.
