Worked with Alex Mandel to buy a used Fiat Spider 124 recently. Alex was knowledgable, responsive and communicated well throughout the process. No complaints at all, nice work Alex!The dealership itself was nice and clean. Every employee I saw or encountered was following COVID19 safety guidelines. Even though we were there for a specific car it was clear they had an ample inventory of new and used vehicles in nearly every price tier you can imagine. You will not be disappointed about a lack of choice if you go.I would work with Alex and Valenti again on my next purchase. Check them out if youre in the market for a car.

I visited the Volkswagen service department. Located in the same building, as Valenti Hartford. And this Volkswagen is the worst Ive ever gone to. 4 hrs for an oil change. And then wanted to over charge, for recharging the A.C. unit. Which they didnt realize was all the car needed. To fix the warm air, It was blowing. They wanted to remove the bumper. Looking for a problem. That wasnt there.

I went there for an oil change to top off and check my antifreeze levels, Thursday and Friday Ive been noticing puddles in my driveway and at my work parking lot and noticed it was antifreeze leaking out of my car. I never had any leaking from anywhere from my car, now they have to fix it for free

Service needs better communication with customers

The absolute worst dealership! I purchased a car from them fifteen months ago.Ive had nothing but trouble with the car. The car has been to the shop in the last four months, four times! The same light keeps coming yet each and every time its diagnosed as something different that of course isnt under warranty! In turn means Im paying for the repairs! They clearly have no clue whats wrong with the car.I would never recommend this establishment to anyone! I have a call in to Better Business Bureau and motor vehicle!BEWARE
