A real pleasure to visit - very helpful staff

Has most craft products you need, but fall decor is lacking, its not even the end of October and things in season are already hard to find here as they have become replaced by Christmas stuff already.

This is one of the better stocked Michaels in the area I always like coming here when I have time.

Decent products, getting more expensive though.

Wide assortment for organizing, crafting, and decorating. Something for everyone in budgeted price.

I love getting Caron cakes here to work on blankets and other crafts, is always so friendly here as well.

Pricy, bad customer service most of the time. Its hard to find your way around the store and you can find the same items for cheeper elsewhere.

You can get anything you need in here. The customer service is great. I got my graduation pictures done here put in the frame and they did an excellent job

Very clean and well organized store. The sales are usually 50% off and when there isnt a sale there is always a 40% off coupon on their website you can scan for 1 regularly priced item. Several trips spaced over several days may be required to get several pricey items since you can only use the coupon 1 time per day per person.Buying anything online on their kiosk located at the framing counter is a nightmare though and is to be avoided at all costs. This is because wifi is impossible in their store and their tablet is beyond slow as well.Overall I am pleased with their selection. I can always find some treasure to create something new or use in my home as is. I have in the past wished for more real sterling silver or gold jewelry making parts (aka findings) and they have now started stocking more.

Even though lots of products have a pretty expensive price I can guarantee that if you go into this store you will find what you were looking for if youre trying to find something to do in the world of arts and crafts or hobbies to do.

First time visit...looking for precut, double-mat to mount certificate on. Quick find, easy check out and great parking right in front.

This is your average, well kept and organized craft store. If you need help, someone is there for you. I prefer this place over Hobby Lobby in town for arts and craft supplies.

At first glance, when compared with other craft stores, Michaels may seem expensive. This is not necessarily the case. There are ALWAYS excellent coupons found directly on the Michaels website, and every week there are sales giving very deep discounts for entire departments. Their selection of products is unparalleled and the staff is always super friendly and generally knowledgeable about the department that they work in.

I love what Michaels has! My daughter ordered me a happy planner but it was the wrong one. They had no more 2020 in the store, so I had to order another one. They gave me my refund back, except they wouldnt give me my shipping back. Didnt think that was right! I was disappointed!

We love arts and crafts in my family so Michaels is a frequent stop for us. My daughter, mother and myself love coming in on weekends for the various art classes. The teacher is fantastic and incredibly helpful. She makes you feel right at home and is great to brainstorm craft ideas with.

Was helped immediately, as soon as I came in the store a lady was there to assist me. So grateful I didnt have to run all over the place to find an employee as Ive done many times in other stores. Went to back to check on yarn and a lovely young lady named Jessica was most helpful. Again at candles Jessica was there to save the day & went out of her way to find candles in the back to find my scent. What a gem!! Very accommodating & with a smile & willing spirit. Thank you Jessica, you deserve a raise!!

Clean friendly place

Michaels is a perfect place for people who are interested in crafts. You can find anything here, its not cheap but it is a very good quality. When you go there during sale days you can actually get some stuff very cheap.

Dont know,what to say seems like pricing keeps going up and up. Even with the %OFF the pricing is getting ridiculous and whats up with this new,approach on buy one get one 50% off big rip off. Or I think I saw buy one get one free should be buy one get two free then you would be paying what each item is actually worth. Going to have to start shopping else where. Sorry guys.

I enjoy the stuff every once in a while but they sorta sneakily get your email by making it seem like you have to get it to make the purchase go through, then you get like three emails a day from them. Dont give it to them. Ive unsubscribed and I still get emails from them.

Just a normal Michaels. Nothing special, but Im also not into many crafts. If you are, this place has the goods!

Friendly service. Seems the employees are happy to be there. They know the merchandise and arts and crafts. Can be pricey. Look for coupons and sales.

Nice place and really nice customer service

Im very satisfied with the service, efficiency, cleanliness, etc in this store. I am a customer at least once a week, and enjoy coming in every time. The only complaint I would have is that I use a lot of certain types of ribbon, and because I buy them out often, they do not always have replacements soon after.

They send me emails for discounts, but when I go to the store, they dont recognize the discount coupons I come in for. They are usuallly able to give me a different discount of equal or greater value, but why dont they recognize the ones I bring in?

Slow service, but organized for the Covid outbreak. Overall, a decent experience.

Nice store, had the specific paints i was looking for, cashiers easily solved a minor issue with pricing.

Checkout people are very friendly, most of the staff are as well. Ive never had issues in the store and theres always some sort of coupon or special you can get via email. Just be careful when youre walking around the parking lot, the STOP markings are only suggestions here.

This place is awesome for crafts and supplies. The only problem I have is when I go in to get something for a project, I always find more than I planned on getting, or come up with a new idea before I finish the project Im working on.
