It had what I needed. Well stocked. Clean. Knowledgable workers. Convenient parking. Susquehanna Township police officer was walking a beat at the center. I dont know whether it has a crime problem, but the community police presence was reassuring.

If your looking for a birthday cake do not rely on them for your need. I ordered a cake for my sons 16th birthday and ordered whipped topping. As someone that decorates cakes for a living they should know the whipped topping lightens the color so choose a color that would be safe for your border. Well instead they decided to try red... Not much surprise they got pink. Now my sons cake is ruined cant be fixed. I had to go to giants a pick one out that wasnt a Steelers cake cuz you need 24 hours notice. But they put Steelers rings to try to help. Save yourself the stress and learn from my experience.

Weis is always a great place to go run and grab..or for a browsing stroll. Never know what great price in just what you need is just in the next aisle. Helpful people. Clean store. Stock people that know where it is and have fun when you dance around each other with carts and baskets. Always a nice pop and stop!

As an associate who works at another store, I will say that the store is not the greatest store in the company, but it most certainly meets all expectations that a customer would hold. The staff is simply wonderful, too.

This store is always neat and clean! Theres also some great bargains and Ive found that its not as busy after 7! This store also has an awesome pharmacy with no lines and pharmacist that know you by name,are always smiling and provide you with better service than youll ever see at the big chains!

In and out quickly for a small shopping

I like Walmart pricing but Weis always has a better variety and theyre not constantly out of stock like Walmart seems to be ever since the pandemic started.

I started shopping at this store when the Jonestown Rd store closed. At first I wasnt thrilled with it but its really growing on me. I love that they have items the other store didnt carry like brioche rolls and bread and bottled tomato sauce. I was glad to see several employees transferred to this store so Im feeling more comfortable seeing familiar faces. Wish they had 1 or 2 more handicap carts available or at least seating inside the store for people who have to wait for a cart. So far I have found employees to be friendly and very helpful.

Its a good supermarket if you have a Weis membership. Other than that everything is overly expensive. I give it three stars. But for the customer service I give it four. They have great customer service.

First time going to the store and I must say the place was quiet. I like the fact it’s near other stores. I feel like some prices are a bit high while some are better than other stores. I felt more relaxed than when I go to Giants. Not a bad store to visit.

I love Weis, but the visit to this location was disappointing. Expired prepackaged meat (corrected immediately). Fresh meats were depleted. At 6 pm, rotisserie chicken since 830 am still in hot foods - is that okay?

The selection was good. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable of products on the shelves. I was new to the area and the store and the customer service staff helped me obtain my personal Weis Markets savings card.

I love shopping here simply because it’s quiet and I can get in and out without too much hassle. I like to check out at customer service from time to time as well. However, the western union service is always a big hassle for me at this particular location. Always a hassle. Anywhere else, no problem. But this location, they don’t have a clue what they’re doing.

I love this store. The store is clean, organized and not overwhelming like Giant. Also, Weis has many great bargains; you get a lot of bang for your buck.

Love coming to this grocery store out of all the others in my area. Its smaller than most and the prices are slightly higher but the employees are very nice and I can always get in and out quickly. The only reason I give it a 4 star rating is because there isnt always a great produce selection.

I am a Weis guy. Glitzy enough but not too glitzy. Big, but not to big. I rely on the quality of their in-store hamburger. I like their friendly staff.

I dont usually shop at Weis Market because I thought their prices were kinda high. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices & cleanliness of the store. My cousin suggested that I download the app so I can really save $. Im glad I did. I will shop there again.

After a long bout with Covid 19 Weis Market reopened their Deli cold cut section where they slice meats & cheese. An elderly clerk behind the counter screamed at me get behind the line. There was some blue tape on the floor, NO SIGN ON DISPLAY. SO HOLD YOUR HEAD DOWN & LOOK AT THE FLOOR IN THIS STORE.

Weis is more expensive and far less clean than its competitors. Walking in you feel crowded. As a former retail manager it glares of bad merchandising.I will say weis prices are accurate where as giants cannot be trusted.

Got 2 salads off the salad bar. The seafood salad was horrible. The chicken salad tasted like it was going bad.

I can do everything one stop and medicine. It is great for family. Excellent

Weis never has enough cashiers, and the people working the customer service desk are busy goofing off or doing nothing. Prices are high. They dont have hot chicken at dinner time half the time.

Love Weis. Except the one cashier Jessica does nothing but talk. We literally spent 30-40 minutes in her line because she wanted to tell us her whole life story. I just wanted to go the hell home.

Close and convenient

This Weiss needs staffed better for the amount of folks who come in using WIC checks and those buying large amounts of groceries with access cards. If you just want something small, like a salad for lunch, be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes in a checkout line!

Weis in Harrisburg (both locations) is terrible compared to their locations in other areas. Their produce never looks very good, the stores are dirty, selection is half of nearby competitors. Better off going to giant!

I really enjoy there selection of items and how friendly the staff is .

You have some nice cashiers but there is some special some of the young ones they dont take there time bagging your food they just throw your food in your bag & you sure dont put meat with your other food & when you say dont put my meat with my other stuff they get a attitude .

Clean and organized.

I love that the Sheetz that uses my gas points is within hearshot. I can get my groceries and gas done in one trip every week. For me, thats a huge plus.Also, the Pharmacists there are absolutely awesome.

Sometimes they have good deals. Some things are over priced. The produce section is really nice.

Customer service is subpar. It is very apparent that the employees who work at this location are not trained on customer service or customer service is not something that is enforced. I would highly recommend the Giant one minute up the road.
