I can never (or rarely) get anyone to cut fabric. There is absolutely NO reason a customer should have to walk halfway across the store to another department to get someone to help...only to be told there is no one to help. Also, when I tried to call the store to get assistance, NO ONE answered the phone AT ALL. Is Walmart too rich to pay attention to customer service? It is bad enough to do self-serve check out (which I actually like) but cannot you please manage the rest of the store. They obviously lost a sale today!!

No stock and rude people including the employees. Its as simple as that. If I could I would give no stars, they dont deserve the one.

This Store Finally Had Exactly what I NEEDED!!! Like three saying goes 3rd TIMES THAT CHARM this was the 3rd Walmart I went to looking for my turtles food. Plus I had already checked Petco and PetSmart.. Crazy Huh how do many places were out of the normal food I buy... Didnt know so many people had Turtles

I Love This Walmart Its Set Up Is Fantastic and I love that there is a McDonalds inside and always organized and clean and friendly staff and its my favorite Walmart in Harrisburg PA.

In the area for business and I needed a universal power cord for my computer. Ordered on mine and paid for it. When I received notification that the item was ready for pick up, I opted to go inside vs curbside, to make less work for the Walmart employee. I entered the store and stood in line at customer service. Only to be directed by a store manager to the orange kiosk at the opposite end of the store. Once I arrived there, there were 2 other customers standing there who said the kiosk isn’t working to scan your phone. Both had indicated they called the service number. When the employee came to deliver their packages I asked politely if he could assist me. He had no Walmart badge on and simply said, I don’t have my scanner with me, you can head over to that door, pointing beyond the produce area, and said, just stand there someone will help you. I proceeded to that door where 5 employees stood taking and socializing. At least 3 of the women made eye contact with me and said nothing. I finally interjected and said, excuse me but I am here to pick up a package and another employee sent me over and said someone could assist me. No one acknowledged me with a response but one lady turned and went into the back. She then returned and said nothing to me. 5 min later a young male employee walks up to me, says nothing but I can see he has a scanner. I say hello, thank you and repeated why I was there. He too said nothing, scanned my phone, said my name, I said yes and he walked away. He did not ask for my ID to verify my identity. He returned with a bag, handed it to me, I said thank you and he said nothing. Just turned and walked away. Not once, was my experience about customer satisfaction. Not once was I greeted in any form of professionalism. Not once was I thanked for anything. Here I am, the customer, who could have requested curbside delivery and instead to help Walmart, I headed in. I’m thinking maybe curbside is the better option. Therefore no need for anyone to actually be a professional or be decent to another human being. My experience involved 8 employees and out of the 8 interactions, zero professionalism and zero work ethic. I know that Sam Walmart would not be very happy with this review and I have to wonder at what point are people grateful for the very job they have. At what point does management get involved to ensure that customer satisfaction still is the priority of any business?

Checking out is almost always a to do. They only keep one (2 on a good day) lanes opened at any given point as will as the self check out you. Theres too many people for this were spending most of our time in the store waiting to check out! Need to either put more people st the registers or add more self check out.

I love, love, love Walmart ever since it was built. I can find any and everything i want, especially for those,s major holidays. It used to be school shopping for my girls, but now its my lovable grandkids. Tk u Walmart ur the life saver of all.

Was looking for liquid IV. Clerk at pharmacy didnt know where it was located and was obviously not interested in assisting me. Next person sent me to completely wrong area. Finally 3rd worker was a very nice and helpful young man who directed me to correct area.

I try to avoid this location as much ad possible. The store is almost always Im dissaray, and no matter what time of day, there will always be terrible lines. It is always over crowded. There store itself is laid out like any other Walmart .

Went to this Walmart because its closer to Elizabethtown area. Went shopping for clothes 🧦👕🩲 & some other stuff to. This is a lot bigger & nicer looking than the one near me on Lincoln Hwy E. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and polite in helping us find stuff since Ive never been there before.

The, shelves were just about bare, a lot of empty boxes on shelves, things all over at places they didnt belong,, like carrots in baby section, eggs in music section and so on, busy, and only 3 cashiers, not everyone likes the self check out!!! This is the worst that I have seen this store, lets work together and get it back in shape Wal mart workers,,,,

Absolutely no help at all. You have all these employees working and barely any registers open and self checkout is all cards only. Regular lines are long because only 3 lanes are open. Won’t be coming here anymore

5-18-21 They had way more Beach Chairs then I expected this time of year! Good selection, Good price!We bought the solid blue chair! I expected they would be picked over by now, things opening up and all! Guess the beach will be crowded this Summer!

The associates are consistently rude and management isnt much better. I recall asking when something would be in stock and an assistant manager said Its called COVID. I feel the truth is because of the high volume of customers at this location, they simply dont care about how they treat you.

I was in this area for the weekend, so I took the opportunity to pick up some spray n wash. This product I believe is sold at Walmart. To my surprise this store had maybe 6 spray bottle on the shelf.. I needed the refill bottles, there was NONE... worse the personnel could not give any answers....

I personally love shopping at Walmart. Great variety with awesome value in pricing. Whether it be food, household products, clothing or electronics in-store or online I always feel like Ive gotten a good deal and am satisfied with my purchases.Cliche but the store could be more organized in some areas. Especially in the ethnic hair product section and a few other places. also Id appreciate a more extensive Vegan selection in this particular location. Otherwise Id say the customer service in this location is pretty good. Ive never had any problems.

Discounts should be given or a rewards program for people who scan their own items. I reconsider going there after work because I shouldnt have to also work for my items I am paying for.

Love Walmart but this store is not great! Its not very clean and the employees are not very nice and they never open cash registers. Some of us dont like to scan and bag our own stuff.... Unless we are getting paid like they are?

Never have enough registers open… they act like people have all day to stand in a long line for a couple items (self check out never accepts cash-another inconvenience), Never restock anything except grocery ; and there’s literally never any associates around to help. This Walmart needs A LOT of work; and a lot more people.

Not a fan of this walmart. It is always overcrowded and under stocked. No employees have a clue what theyre doing. I tried to get a mentors hunting license and the associate that they called over for me was completely oblivious to what he was doing. This is why I usually go to the yocumtown or Palmyra walmarts. Less people and better inventory.

Good sales when I go and self-serve cashiers are properly assigned to customers in a way of orderly way by the employees

Its a pretty good Walmart unless you need Juniors or womens clothing, then youre out of luck. They usually have most everything else, sometimes in an unorganized fashion that often includes the use of the floor. It gets packed during their busy times but they open more registers than usual at those times. Everything of value is locked up tight but there are blind spots if youre into that. But Ive never had a problem here except disappointment in clothing stock and everything being locked up even on black Friday

I love Walmart but this place was unorganized and alot of the shelves were empty. One nice thing there was a older lady at the self checkout and she was great.

Place was disgustingly empty of every thing I wanted. No lavender spray no photo albums and photo making from my phone was not even open April 9 about 2:00. Dont shop there much probably a good reason why. You are slipping greatly in my eyes. I take 2 long bus rides to get there am elderly and disabled and I dont have time to waste on this kind of store. Also 2 grocery prices were higher than Giant where I usually shop. No viable employees to help find anything. I am thoroughly considering not returning. It was so disappointing. Shame on you. I spent all these years since you were 1st built shopping there and I can see the obvious decline. Not happy or pleased at all

Its always crowded being a popular place to go. Wendys is on the left, Sams Club on the right along with a gas station. It houses a drugstore, a market, a restaurant, and a garden center. There are 2 avenues of access, 322 & Grayson Rd. Over Rudys Bridge is Derry St.

Far better than Chambersburg and Waynesboro Walmart.

I must admit that previously, I did all that I could to avoid shopping Walmart stores in my area. Not only because of poor customer service, understaffed, or couldnt find what I needed, but even many of the other shoppers irritated me to no end due to their lack of manners, bumping into you with no acknowledgement sorry or excuse me, phone calls on speaker like everyone wants to hear their drama or business, allowing their kids to run wild, just strait up rude with no respect for other shoppers that DO ACTUALLY HAVE MANNERS & RESPECT FOR OTHERS, its like many Walmart shoppers (in-store anyway) belong to a whole other class of people! HOWEVER, I can honestly say that seems to have changed dramatically for the better, at least in my area (West Shore area including Camp Hill, Etters, and Mechanicsburg locations) in the last 6 months or so. Not sure if it has to do with the pandemic or not, but I hope it continues, as my last 3 trips to different locations were all good experiences for a change!

Great Location right off of the highway and in-between Hershey and Harrisburg.. but its extremely busy at all times of the day. Open 24/7 with a McDonalds inside and a Wendys in the parking lot along with an Aldis grocery store. Directly across is also a Giant supermarket and much more. Perfect area food anything you need.

Over half of them did not work. Only 1 or 2 registers ooens with a employee at checkout. Are there any squared away Wal-Marts anymore? Been a long time since Ive seen one.

I did my first walmart.com order. I was super excited when they switched my order to same day delivery! Im not sure what I expected but I thought my blender would at least be packaged up in some form or fashion! Not to mention I live in an apartment building. People come in and out and people arent always honest and all i see is a random blender in the middle of the floor.. Come on Do better. This location is dreadful to begin with. Unfortunately you dont get to choose where your order comes from I guess. I wont be ordering online anymore.

Service when an item mispriced was good. Shelf price lower than what the scan price was. Tech gave me the shelf price on three items.

One thing that impressed me visiting this Wal-Mart was the diversity of people from different countries. I enjoyed that. Being an inmigrant myself, I felt like I was in NYC, LA or Chicago right in the center of PA.

The Harrisburg Walmart Supercenter is a hit or miss experience, often the products I go for are out of stock. Its a heavily shopped store, so Im not blaming them. The associates working there have really been nice and friendly though, I appreciate them very much. Im not sure how pleasant it is to work there anymore, but they are very accommodating considering how intensely busy this store is all of the time. The reason I gave it 3 stars is only because I struggle to come away with the products Im looking for. It may be pandemic related, I really dont know. A little side note, they have my favorite pharmacy so far. They fill prescriptions VERY quickly, and I only spend about 3 minutes at the counter when I pick up (not counting standing in line, which is generally short to none when Im there). The parking lot is always packed, so expect to be hunting for a spot.

Their prices arent as good or well researched for health and wellness as Giants are nor did they have frozen veggies easily found or potentially even available but they did happen to have a very low cost block of motzerellaotzerella cheese much more cheese for less money than string cheese tubes of motzerella.🙂 They also had ice cream but it does get combed over pretty darn fast 😄 The store brand lowest cost ice cream still tastes pretty great an is usually always present cause its the cheepest kind

This Walmart is a “get in and get out” type of store. You never know if you’re going to get good customer service or an attitude. Good variety but hopefully you can find it on your own because you most likely won’t find someone to help you

Convenient location!!cleanliness 7/10..Employee assistance 2/10... Asked for assistance waited ten minutes for employee and then went to get someone else to determine which car battery, only to be told the car battery I needed, one of the ONLY TWO TYPES THEY CARRY ARE OUT OF STOCK. Lol. Sheesh

Need to make sure the product is priced right on the shelf. I was in their tonight and got a carpet shampooer and it said 89.00 right under the shampooer but it rang up 139.00 and when I said about it they changed it then they wouldnt give it to me for that price I will never shop at thus wal Mart again and the store is really dirty and some of the workers are right down mean to you I will be calling to the mane office

There werent any handicap scooters anywhere! Its a huge store so I couldnt stay to get the things I needed. I picked up 3 things near the entrance

It’s not a terrible store, most of the time my experience there is just fine. But there are times were the customer service is lacking. Whenever I try to ask a worker a question, they always!!! Try to run!!! From me! One time, I simply asked a worker if there was any more card stock paper and she responded very rudely. She asked “what” in a tone like I was wasting her time and said no one has worked in the craft department in months so she can’t help me. Like?? Then get someone to help me?? Another time I tried ordering a laundry hamper for pickup and the email said orders are usually ready the same day or the next day if you ordered late. I waited 4 days and still no update. The website said it was in stock and when I visited the Walmart, I saw about five of the same hampers I tried to order pickup for. So I canceled my online order and the email confirmation said nothing about my refund.

I have not been in Walmart in a while I go there to find me a pair of jeans and a nice shirt I was like oh my God were all the nice clothes used to be were all the stuff that used to be nice you can find you something to wear at Walmart nowhere else you can find something to wear at Walmart theres no clothes here no more I seen big womens clothes kids clothes you know those small section of jeans and stuff like that there but it aint the same Walmart anymore

Its just ghetto. Poor customer service. People cant even speak kindly on the phone. No one is useful. A lot of attitude problems. Like I get it, you work at Walmart. But someone with character would know to be professional, helpful, and kind in any job or posits job they are in. Youll never be at the top with that attitude. But they probably dont want to be, why make more money when that might cause you to lose government assistance? Lazy. Again, I hate coming here. I normally do not but needed something specific for work. Avoid this place at all cost.

Horrible!!! Hardly anyone 1 associate had a price checker. They acted as if they didnt want to help as to some just straight ignored and walked past as if I hadnt asked for assistance! No prices on the items back by the bike racks on bikes or the toys. Just random 1, 2,3 no scue numbers to match up with the items. It was the worst!!! I went there since I was in Hershey to get my two younger boys some birthday gifts!! I purchased a bike, helmets and a hover board etc. Worst ever expected in any walmart or store period!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Every month I come from 60 miles far to buy Halal food but yesterday I got a small problem with WIC card payment.All the thanks to to the cashier PHERSHEY LEE for being patient with me and solve the problem.I came back to give tip but didn’t find her.Keep working hard and god will compensate you.
