Good Prices. Customer service is o.k. I bought a gold and tan bedding set that was a lot less than the one I saw at Kohls which was for 120. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Dust up on the vents and walls.

Love this store. But they can put more items in the store. I go out of town to shop. They have better items

Clean store inexpensive prices shelves were empty in some areas

This is the second time in less than a week that we have been there.. the first time was a train wreck! Marsha, the manager on duty, argued with us about patio furniture. When we showed her the brochure and she saw we were correct she said not a word! Wouldnt even get up off the ledge she was sitting on to help us further! Today was such a more productive visit! Crystal was a pleasure to deal with...stopped what she was doing to help me... couldnt have been nicer! When I was paying for my purchase the manager was the cashier. I told her how wonderful Crystal was, and the incident with Marsha the other day. They apologized and said Martha is leaving...guess thats why she felt she could be rude! Overall, it was a good experience the second time around!

This Big Lots compared to the one in Holland, Michigan lacks in inventory. They had some furniture, some drinks, candy, etc but not many of each item. It made for a short trip.

Another fantastic trip following my love around while she picked up a few things for us.

Great place to shop big selection great prices

I called to speak to someone in the furniture department to be put on hold for ten minutes. I called back in which they hung up on me. I call again and the girl said oh you have to call back in 15 minutes they are busy. I asked why they didnt answer and let me know and why did you hang up on me that was rude? Her response was oh ok and hangs up on me again. Very rude customer service. I wouldnt recommend anyone going to this location.

It used to have great toys now its a furniture store more than anything.

Had a bad experience here today. Tried to return a shower rod and I lost the receipt but still had the bar code to scan, they refused to even give me store credit or return the rod. BUYER BEWARE!

Bought furniture and the sales associate that rang us up was tremendous. We were not aware of a 200.00 coupon and she informed us and got us the extra 200.00. She did not have to do this but it was GREATLY appreciated

Love this store, always something different and prices that you can afford! This is my go to place for holiday and seasonal decor! The recently renovated and expanded store has more variety and I will stop here first when shopping as I know Ill get better deals and at times I can cut out all the other stores! One stop shopping rather than making stops at 6 other stores! Awesome variety of everything you need with one stop! Love this store!

This is a nice store where you can get really good deals. When you get the 20% off coupon, its a great time to make a purchase on that big ticket item or stock up on house hold basics, which is what I just did.

Just recently signed up for their customer bonus program. I am so excited they now have that! Very affordable prices and the remodeling looks amazing and more modern now. Im from the south and I have always love shopping at Big Lots around Christmas time for affordable gifts. This location in Harrisburg does not disappoint. It is also the only place I was able to find Blue Bunny strawberry icecream.

A little sparse at this time. Theybhave great furniture and home goods right now. Felt like I was in a Broyhill showroom. I used to live close enough to the Camp Hill big lots to go often. I cant believe how much more expensive it seemed right now. Just bought a plastic kiddie pool for $20. Even target has them for $10 (but theyre out).

It was ok, they gave me 15% off for my birthday. So my total was $18. Something and I paid $16. Then uncle sam tax...🙃 came to $17.00

I would give a 0 if I could !! Been in your store multiple times since the pandemic started and NEVER wore a mask !!! I cant physically wear one but was ordered to put one on or leave !!!! Yeah ok never shopping in your store again !

Big lots is great. Their staff is super friendly, especially Jaime, she has great people skills. Theyve recently gone through a renovation. The change was welcome, the layout just makes more sense now. Their new furniture section is gorgeous, and its got something for everybodys taste. Id give them a five star, but their restrooms could always use a little more attention every time I use them. They arent horrible, just not great. Overall one of my favorite stores, and it pays to get a store bonus card.

I was looking for a cheap universal remote and I went to a store that claims to have good prices and they usually do but they wanted $12 for a cheaply made remote. I found the same one for $6.00 at Big Lots and the cashier was nice and nice goes a long way with me!

This place you cant always trust their products because most of it comes from another country and from what Ive heard from an employee who use to work there said that the products they get have one date on them that the company change it to put an up to date number on the products

I actually like big a lot especially during covid-19 this being one of the places that are are open and then allows you to meet many different needs but I do find with some other stuff they are a bit overpriced
