Everything is well priced here and there is a lot of variety to choose from. And is extremely nice and caring to their customers.

I was rushed out of the store and forced to throw items on the counter I was not confident with buying . They were very very disrespectful. They almost got two hundred dollars out of me but due to their attitude and how I was treated they only landed $60 from me. I refused to be disrespected especially as a paying customer. I will take my business elsewhere.

Had the worse experience when in to buy extensions for the first time so I was on FaceTime with my cuz to she can help me out so I was going around looking for the color the I want and the Asian woman came from no where screaming at me to get someone to buy it for me so I tell her I was going to buy it my self so she decided to tell me “ok no talking phone” so I decided to go to another store when I was walking out she decided to insults me and tell me go back to Mexico and to f... my mother like hello you are immigrants too why would you go there so I had to open my mouth I really hope this place go out of businessPs: next store by was incredible with and understood my situation go to the plaza don’t go here

Just had my own nasty experience from one of the Chinese ladies; As I was looking the ladies seem anxious of course wanted me to make a pricey purchase; but later as took a long time to find the type of hair i was looking for; I decided to just make a purchase, the other lady ask if i need help, and when the nasty lady said you been hear too long; I said okay i will leave nicely. and then she made up lies;but of course never try to argue; and she seem disappointed that she didnt get a nasty reaction back, and I was quiet surprise by her strange behavior. So try to think about how to handle yourself; too many people looking for reasons to shoot or throw people in jail.

I havent lived in this area for 15 years. came back to visit family so i went to my fav old hair store for hair ties. The owners son (whos asian) wasnt paying me any mind but as i soon as i turn around this obese black lady was staring at me through her bifocals. I immediately felt like she was staring at my behind, i dont know if she was lesbian or intimidated but im never going in that store again. Not all black people steal.

This is a great place to shop at when youre looking to create the next hairstyle to elevate your personal vibe. The owner is very friendly and eager to help with any question that you might have. Theres also a section of costume jewelry for those last minute low-budget friendly additions that make every style complete.(Please keep in mind that local stores tend to sell items that are in high demand for that specific locality..☺️).

Very RACIST establishment, the lady followed me throughout the store to make sure I did not steal. These people don’t even know accurate information about their own products but are quick to sell it to us. She didn’t know the difference between a touch up perm box or full perm box and almost sold me the wrong one, busy worrying about me stealing. She then told me the pony tail I bought had a separate bang. I open it up and it’s and attached bang and ponytail. So now I can’t get a refund or exchange because they sold me the wrong product. PRICES ARE HIGH $$$ and they charge more than most stores total ripoff!!!

There are hardly and parking spaces and you have to park on the street. They have some things that are fairly priced.

On more than 1 occasion Ive seen them give unnecessary attitude. Telling a woman of color (who had made a comment about the product being taxed not a rude one or anything) to go back to africa if you cant pay it when i step into this place I fear for my safety.

She is always very helpful and makes sure I leave a happy customer. I have been getting my hair products from her for years she is a really nice lady.

I think the lady who runs this store is very mean and disrespectful. Ive seen her yell and use foul language with customers in the presence of my small children. Be sure you buy the right thing because they dont exchange or return ANYTHING! No Store Credit NOTHING! Great selection but service stinks. They treated me like I was going to steal something following me around as I shopped. Not a fan of their service or business practices.
