We where charged almost 10 dollars more then the posted prices and they even charged themselves a tip. We got 2 scoops of ice cream and they charged it as a mangoneada, we got regular chips with Valentina they where not preparados and we were charged $7.99 for that when originally they are advertised as $3.29 literally almost $5 more for just adding Valentina ! Horrible customer service on top of that

I would give this place a 1 star. The ice cream seems to take taste like its been sitting for 10 years. And you are not allowed to sit inside. What kind of a business that doesnt sit? They need to get with the program. All businesses is allowed to sit people.

We love coming every week to buy your yummy icecream- it’s delicious. The customer service however is beyond unacceptable. The woman who works here is rude. Every week she doesn’t put butter on the elote and claims they are out. Every single week. If I ask her to bag the elotes for the road she literally chucks the bags for us to put them in. If I ask for napkins she rolls her eyes and has them fall into someone else’s order leaving me with stained napkins. I had to ask for my change as she assumed it as a típ. I’ve tried to contact management but no luck. I think it’s time to visit other stores as this one is a bad experience.

Sunday May 16th. Spent over $30. You would think people would be HAPPY to have their business open nowadays. Lady was rude af. Quiet little place we enjoyed some natural fruit ice cream, some regular ice cream and some elote. Looks family owned and has tables inside to sit and enjoy your dessert. They have lots of options and parking is available.

Horrible customer service! We bought paletas for our whole family and 4 out of 5 of them where expired, the milk tasted sour and even the strawberries were moldy on one. Visited Michoacána for the first time since covid. Things have been rearranged a little. You now must wear a mask to enter, limit 2 to your party at a time. Was very disappointed to see 2 of the 3 people working there wearing masks with their noses completely out. Being that this is a food establishment, it does not make you feel very safe or sanitary when they can’t be bothered to pull masks up, even as multiple customers enter the store. Not to mention we were not greeted and there was a generally unfriendly demeanor. Will try a different location next time.

I love the Paletas, ice cream, Mexican candy but most of all their yogurt and fresh fruit parfaits. They are full of ripe berries, apples, bananas, mango and melons. Topped off with a delicious cinnamon granola that is to die for. The price is on the higher side but you cant beat the quality. If youre looking for a refreshing summer treat to beat the heat, you cant beat one of their many delights.

They have every flavor know to man I especially love the sour sop flavor reminds me of home as well as the papaya all the flavors are well mixed.

If you want good Mexican icecream, this is the logo you should always look for, La Michoacana is almost 100% for sure that the icecream here is always going to be delicious, although, the staff working at this specific place could use a better attitude, just saying, otherwise, really good!!

One of the worst store’s ever. ABSOLUTELY no organization in the store for the costumers. Came in the store and nothing but a chaos! Walked out in 1 minute couldnt handle thier lack of handling the store. Never coming back. Everything they serve looks like its been there for weeks. They need a complete inspection to get things right.

Do not come to this place! Great spot for paletas, ice cream, and elotes. Try the mangoneadas. Delicious. I prefer them with lime sorbet. Kids and adults will find a treat they will love!

Worst experience ever! First off all the staff is rude we came in last Friday the ladies did not even say hello I waited for 5 min to have my order taken the workers where just talking between them. I was on the Michoacana today was with my family we order some corn on the cup the cup was full of water it was more water than corn and it was almost no cheese we requested to put more cheese but it was extra charge we order some chicharron con cueritos chicharrón was soggy it was so nasty to eat it my sister come to talk to the supervisor he tell my sister was the vegetables I personally would not recommend this place especially parents with childrens when I got home I got really sick from this place Ay wont Give One Star Just Give One Because I have to do this review

Horrible corn! I asked for a corn in a cup with mayo and cheese and the cup with filled with water 👎🏼 I paid $6.71 for one cup just to get corn mix with water and cheese. I asked for a refund or at least a new corn the lady was rude and said no.

The taste is from the ice cream is very good, but the customer service is lousy. Yesterday I asked for a banana split and of course the prices increased for a long time, but the size of the portions decreased, there were two men attending and I let them know that they gave me the banana split very small and one of them told me that for another occasion I would give more. Ill never go back, there are other Michoacan women with better customer service.
