I ordered a cake for my sons birthday and when i went to pick it up, they didnt have it and wanted me to drive to the one in Hoffman Estates. I made them call over there and found out they didnt have it. Kid looks at me and said sorry. UM.... I paid $40 for a cake .... so sorry is not going to cut it. Asked to speak to a manager, but there was no manager on duty, just crew members. Left with a different cake and got a credit of $11 dollars. NEVER AGAIN! One star is too much to give them.

Soooo slow at this location. Took them 15+ minutes to make 2 basic, no frills, iced coffees and 1 lemonade (and they werent busy either). Im not even exaggerating. And they put the 3 drinks into a flimsy cardboard holder that was too small so one of the drinks was lagged precariously in between almost on its side, and then into a paper bag that ripped on the way out to the car 🙄.

Ice cream cakes are good. Friendly service.

When I came to this place I wanted something and they didn’t have it. All my friends wanted something and they didn’t have it. They also were closed at 8 and the drive thru was the only available thing, but they were also rude to us and left us midway through our order and they didn’t want to work the way they should.

Worst Baskin experience in this shop.First, we wait 30-40 mins wait for our turn because the staff is lazy and slow, and when its our turn, they try to orders others.Second, we order sundaes and ice cream scope, and the guy didnt bother to ask us what toppings we want in a sundae.

Bad customer service by a young lady name Jasminask for a unicorn ice that they advertise on their menu she said we don’t have the stuff to do it. ask for a ice cream on a cup she place it on a bag upside down. Lady has really bad customer service I am a manager of a store and I always teach my employees that customers are #1 no matter what customer is always right.

The workers didn’t want to put ice cream we wanted in Quart, though they have it in menu and they didn’t have it prepackaged. They said because of COVID they cannot put in Quart, but instead can put 3 scoops. Whaaaaaaat? Although, couple of weeks ago in the same location they did put us ice cream in Quart. Do they change policy each week??? That’s hilarious!Edit: Tried one more time at this location on different day. The other worker said, that they can make only Pint, but not Quart, because owner of this location doesn’t want to be out of stock of ice cream! “I don’t want to be out of stock, so I won’t sell you any!”. That is some logic! It’s like doctor saying, “I’m not going to treat you, because I will not have any patients”! LOL

What an awful place, waited like 10 mins to get a simple banana royal, and to top it all off, they didn’t add any of the toppings I asked for. They shouldn’t be putting inexperienced staff to work the business.

No one knows what they’re doing here. the manager just stands and stares at them. spent 30 minutes waiting for 2 drinks inside. they kept asking everyone what they ordered. so unorganized and unprofessional.

They never have anything you want to order from the menu, this is the second time I tried ordering a cappuccino blast and it’s the same answer, either they already closed the ice cream section or they closed it to clean. Even when I order online and it says specifically the type of brew I want with my iced coffee(original blend/medium roast), they always end up using the dark roast. I don’t think it’s that hard to read an order. I would stay away if I was you unless you like to pay for the wrong order or order something from their menu which they never seem to never have.

Worst place never has ice cream(chocolate chip cookie dough)

I stop by today with my family my kids asked for the unicorn ice cream that they are advertising the girl said we don’t have it because or manager said don’t sell it!!! Hire kids that really needs the job it looked like she just don’t like working there I didn’t like her having the rude attitude in front of my kids so we walk out Last time I stop at this location.

So disappointed both times I’ve come here. The first time I was told that mint chocolate chip had been discontinued....I decided to give them another chance on a second visit and ordered a shake. They told me they were out of the ingredients to make a shake. I settled on a coolata and it doesn’t have any flavoring in it. I will not be giving them a third chance, unfortunately.

It says they close at 11 we show up there and are told they close in a few min at 10 at night but can’t take a scoper and wash it which takes a few seconds if i could do 0 stars i would

I ordered an ice cream cake from this location and it was perfect.

If I could give them 0 stars I Would. One of the girl from the night shifts gave me an attitude and gave me the finger. This girl should be talked to and fired. Not coming back here for a while. Dont come to this Baskin robins.

This place is the worse for service period! Never put cream cheese on bagel and the hash potatoes were cold. Had ice cream today and it was half melted.

My son dropped his ice cream, so I ask If he can get a new one. The poss response: if you take a survey you get a free cone, cause we didnt drop it. I said sure, but I didnt ask for a receipt back. He then says ok goes to get an ice cream and says now how do I know youre going to take the survey? The other guy, says hold on Ill get one. Then the pos says to the other guy just give her any receipt and after a bit says just forget it, cause the other guy was taking too long. I honestly dont know how the guy even has his job. If he doesnt like his job he can go look for another damn job. He clearly saw me throw out the ice cream my son dropped on the floor into the garbage. Its not like Im keeping it and getting another for free. Just ridiculous. Wish I got the damn receipt to complain about him on there too. (White guy, blue eyes, dirty blonde hair, blue shirt.)My guess is he was even some kind or a manager, pretty sad.
