I strongly do NOT recommend it. My parents who speak little English bought a mattress frame here, unfortunately I do not know the name of the seller who acted like a car dealer from the 90s. The mattress frame was new, packed like new, but not new. Parents picked up the mattress frame in the store. After returning home, just a few miles of driving and unpacking the purchase, it turned out that the material was completely torn and the mattress frame was supposed to be new. Half an hour after purchase, the seller did not want to talk on the phone, saying that a complaint can be made, then it may be considered and the parents will have to pay for the collection of the damaged mattress frame from them.

Excellent service! Brandon at the Hanover Park store was outstanding, providing just the right amount of sage advice. The store was clean and sanitized with a ton of mattresses to try. Delivery was a bit earlier than the window we were given but they called before arriving. Overall, I would return and make another purchase at Mattress Firm.

The representative adam was amazing if youre looking for a bed he is the one to go to he is knowledgeable about all the products, for some reason some stores dont have certain models but he is well informed, he asks questions about sleep habits to better fit you with a product that might better suit you 👍

Adam was excellent. I went in to this location about a month ago after taking their online mattress finder quiz. I told him I was just there to try some out that I wasn’t quite ready to buy. He fully respected my choice and put no pressure on me to buy that day. This store unfortunately didn’t have the purple mattress on their show room to try. I had to go to the Schaumburg location where the sales man wouldn’t leave me alone and kept trying to “get me a better deal”. This exact reason is why I left and went back to Adam. I purchased a mattress from him just last week and it was delivered within a few days. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and wasn’t pushy. I fully recommend him.

I went into this mattress firm on Saturday after seeing that they had a sale online that ended on Sunday. After finding a mattress I liked, I told the sales associate that I wanted to come back tomorrow and make sure this was the right mattress. He told me he didnt want me to miss out on the sale that ended that night. I was confused and pulled up the website and showed him that the sale ended on Sunday. He told me that those prices were different, but that they would price match. So I said that it didnt matter then if I came back the next day. He then tried to sell me on this expensive adjustable frame and when I said no, he began talking about box springs. I then asked, Dont you have a sale for a free adjustable base? He said yes, but it wasnt that really nice one that he showed me and that that one only raised the head not the feet too. I asked why he didnt tell me about the free one and he said that it was his job to let me know about what is best for my health. I told him that it was also his job to let the customer know all their options. I walked out, purchased online, and ended up spending less money than I would have on the exact same mattress in the store.

During purchase my salesman assured me that after my bed was delivered I wouldnt have to make payments until 45 days after it was dropped off. My bed was dropped off 6/26 and I am already being asked to pay on 7/15. Seems like multiple policies just so happened to change right after i make my purchase...

Terrible customer service. Started with them not being able to make the delivery within the 2 hour window specified. After the 2 hour window, I called the store and was told by Marty that he would check. 15 minutes later still no call back. I had to leave for an appointment...an hour AFTER the delivery time the truck showed up at my house. No one was there to accept delivery at that time. I called the store and talked to Marty again and told him to cancel the order. Next day I called again and spoke with a store manager (who said she usually manages the store in Arlington Heights, but was helping out) and wanted to confirm that my order was cancelled and my credit card would be credited. She said it takes 5-10 days. In the meantime the sales person Tom called because he wanted to know what happened...said he heard several different versions of the story. Today - over a week later I called again and spoke with Adam. He was helpful BUT the order still had not been cancelled and my money still has not been refunded.I purchased my mattress from a different mattress store, cheaper price, delivered as promised.

Well, what can I say the best experience ever! They gave me all that I want for a mattress and Adam Lewis taught me so much about beds and really helped me out. I will be coming back for my next bed for sure. Adam is amazing!!

Walked in to the store 10 minutes before closing & Adam had his jacket on... I thought the store closed at 9:00, but it closed at 8:00... Adam took off his jacket, asked me what I needed, what my price range was & helped me pick out the perfect mattress! Adam stayed late to get the order in, financing complete & delivery scheduled... My bed just came (delivery was right in the 2 hour window) & the bed is absolutely perfect! Thank you Adam! & Thank you to both Joses that delivered & set up my bed! He didnt even bother showing us what was in our range.we ended up going to the room place and getting a king for 1400..dont go here unless your buying a $4000 mattress anything less youll be treated poorly
