Excellent service. I came here to scan my Ferrari. The store associate Anthony was very helpful. He gave me a store scanner, unfortunately it was unable to scan my car. Anthony went extra miles to call his friend who came to the spot to bring an advanced scanner to scan my car. Its a big help. Thumbs up to the store and Anthony.
Came here to charge my battery that has been sitting in my garage for a few months (fairly new) they took it in to charge and on the way back to pick it up, guy there told me i need to buy new battery. Took it to oreillys the next day, has been nice and working for a week now. Moral of the story, dont mention that the battery has been sitting in the cold for a while, they want you to waste money.
My experience here was amazing! Yanira was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. She was amazing and I was so impressed by all that she did to make sure my car was ok and that I got what I needed!
Went to the store located in Hanover park today and the sales guy named Anthony was simply amazing. He took the time to come out and show us where the item we bought needed to go. Id been to other well known auto part retailers to no avail, but with this Autozone I was in and out within 30 minutes with the receipt for the reasonably priced part I needed. I got the best service from Tony S. Not only was he willing to help me on his day off, but he was also knowledgeable. Without hesitation he offered to help me with my air filter and gave me some good advice about my cabin filter. The two other guys that were there were nice and friendly but busy. Great customer service by Chris. They had a bit of an inventory issue but did their best, got me to another location for a replacement battery rather than trying to sell me an inappropriate replacement. I really appreciate the honesty. Definitely will return in the future.
I needed a tool that they said was in stock and when I got there it was the wrong tool that they stocked in the wrong place. I ended up having to drive to another store which wasted my time to get done with the job that I have a limited time to get done. They need to update their computer system or website on their inventory. Whoever stocked their tools section needs to learn to read and look at the sizes before placing tools on the hangers that states the size, what type of tool, and price.I also dont know why they only had one person working to help everyone and why he was talking to two of his friends about his brother instead of serving the other customers needing to checkout or parts from the back shelves.I guess working here is easy money or they got desperate on hiring people after the covid-19 pandemic. So if you have a family member or friend that is worthless with zero knowledge then they should try applying here.
Great store! Have been using them for over 10 years l.. joe on the commercial side is by far the best they have had in the time I’ve been using them he gets everything done the right way and always goes the extra mile to get things done! Can’t ask for more from him!
The Customer Service rep, Yanira, is a true professional. She listened well to learn about my car (Honda FIT) and preference of price for windshield wipers (medium price range). She then selected the windshield wipers that I needed (Bosch Micro Edge). Then she even volunteered to install them for me! Yanira represents the best in customer service for AutoZone. She skillfully cultivates customer loyalty. Ill definitely continue to give my business to this AutoZone store!

Chris helped me out when the advanced auto parts store down the road refused to assist with a problem they created (headlight was out, they replaced on 12/24 and would not help when headlight was out again on 12/26). Chris came out and checked the bulbs. He replaced the one that needed replacing and fixed the connection issue with the one that advanced auto parts screwed up. He then double checked both lights before ensuring I was good to go! Great help, great team, great work!!!
Same time last year there was a line of people outside the door for parts...now the store is completely empty. Not sure what happened to Jose or any other of my favorite workers...probably got sick and tired of dealing with this company. Extremely negative environment and it seems like everyone hates their jobs. The new manager seems very arrogant and unpolite. Guess this place is going out of business soon cause every other auto parts store is packed.

Anthony at hangover Park, and I IL store went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed to get back on the road.
Bought some higher end headlights from them for my 2013 rav4, 6-7 months later one of them burns out prematurely (obviously defective) so I call the store to see my options but they didn’t seem to care and told me to take it up with the manufacturer, ended up buying a cheaper pair of headlights from a neighboring auto zone. Only time I have ever been to this autozone and it was an unpleasant experience in the end.

Wonderful experience going in there during COVID to replace my battery. Kenny helped me out -- he was knowledgeable and professional and swapped out my battery perfectly. I came to this store last week to have an engine light done, and I was standing in line for fifteen minutes while they had one employee answering the phone calls and dealing with the line of customers, while the manager (Chris j ) was outside talking with someone for over fifteen minutes. The employee yelled out the front door asking the manager to assist him with the line of customers and mentioned it does not take over fifteen minutes to test a battery outside. I was very disappointed in lack of customer service and management. Mac j ( the employee) did an amazing job taking care of the customers and answering the phone calls

Very disrespectful person at the front desk. Maybe he was having a busy/stressful day, but I was looking for help. He gave me the device to plug into my car to see what the problem was, I told him why he was giving it to me, I didn’t know how to use it, he said anyways it wouldn’t help me with my car’s issue, so I’ve asked him why he was giving me that device anyway. He didn’t care. There were three other salesmen watching this and my son. I gave the device back to him and walked away, he ironically wished me to have a good day.My advise, if you are asking for help or advise about your car, don’t go there, you can find this guy.

Chris went out of his way to assist us with battery issues, worked hard and was creative on hood latch, was extremely patient, and very knowledgeable.I would recommend for everyone to go to THIS AutoZone vs Midas who turned us away with an open sign or Advanced Auto who tested the battery backwards.
Ordered part for store pickup online for Covid-19 precautions. Arrived at store and told to stand in line with other 10 people. Part had already been paid for. Why do they bother offering online in-store pickup if they force you to stand in line. Terrible management and company incompetence in managing covid-19 proceedures. Still waiting on refund!
Having no issues with car asked if my battery can be checked and they were so helpfull. Their staff is so friendly and they help alot.
Chris J. helped me out big time. He helped me assess and resolve an issue that even Firestone was unable to. The free service checks (i.e. engine light check) helped with another issue that another firm offered to check for a $100. Go to AutoZone first, they are awesome.

Very disappointing service provided at this location recently regarding a return. Tried to return some unused parts without a receipt where my info should have been looked up by the clerk to confirm purchase. Instead I was turned away. Turns out after store manager Jose was asked by another store if I was turned away he acknowledged it shouldnt have happened....its Auto Zone company policy!I went back and Jose the store manager unlike before processed my return without a hitch. Store surveillance can confirm my 2 recent visits and hopefully the conversations that occurred.I plan on staying away from this store due to lack of proper service given to me.
I would recommend Chris Jones to Manager of Customer Server of the Year for his attention to my need of being assured that my vehicle will run each day for getting to and from work this winter! He’s a FIVE STAR Guy!!!!
Picked up brake rotor and pads on Sunday afternoon, went home opened up the brakes on my car and found that I did not need them. Went to return the parts on Monday at noon (with the receipt and opened box). The clerk (don’t remember the name) asked me what was wrong with the parts and I told him. After that he kept insisting that I had used the parts as there was grass (?) on the parts. I kept telling him that I barely took it out of the box but he kept insisting that the new parts would never come in a box that way. He finally shook his head and accepted the return.So per him, in less than 24 hours, I installed the new parts, drove around to make them dirty, then took apart everything, uninstalled the rotor and brought it back for return - all to claim $50? Not the best customer experience I have had.
I have a mixed experience in this location. most staffs were great. However, i want to share an incident, i bought the battery and after the month the car wouldnt start so i decided to take out the battery and took it to the store and one of the associate runs the test on the machine and showed me the result and told me the battery is fine. Regardless, I insisted on exchange, this guy provided me the exchange and sarcastically tells his other coworker customer is always right and hands me the new battery and makes additional comment to his coworker, I am going to prove the point. I didnt like this kind of treatment at all, the management should improve on customer service. BTW, as the moment i changed my battery, the car started right away, probably, Autozone should check their test machines.

When I was ready to check out Carlos A was on the computer not attending any customers and he said I can not help you someone else has to check me out!! Shouldnt the customer be firs . This was unexpectable and very poor customer service. I literally only had one item to be checked out

Autozone has treated me fair the entire 15 years of going to the stores. I own a newer Honda Accord, not knowing how difficult the headlight installation is, The manager Joe who was kind enough to walk outside and see if he was able to do the repair, I purchased the new Sylvania bulbs because he said they were brighter. He came inside and told me that they have to be done thru the wheel well, me bummed out, he told me he will do it for me even though he knew he wasn’t supposed to. He was able to get my headlights back to normal in 30 minutes in the cold also saving me money from going to a shop! The manager Joe needs to be accommodated for his work for this and this is why I will return to this location for business for future repairs! Thank you Autozone!

Nobody at this store knows anything about cars. They arent helpful at all, or willing to take 5 minutes to help you find what you need if you dont know an exact part number. Even when you explain exactly what part you need, they will tell you they dont have it but this ones closego to a different store. this place sucks.
I came in for a busted light bulb on a dark and stormy night. Devin helped me out with excellent customer service. Not only did he insist to figure why my bulb went out but installed a new one for me IN THE RAIN! This gentleman is a true asset to autozone and hope his supervisor/superiors see my review and acknowledge his effort towards customer service. I will bring my business back to this autozone just because I know Devin cares.i appreciate it.

This is the worst place to buy parts from as long as Mundo JR. Is apart of AutoZone, he is a very mean person told me to SHUT MY MOUTH HOLE and acted like he was going to come at me over the counter and hit me, when I simply asked for a refund on an alternator that I had purchased about an hour earlier that day, its wasnt even 2 hours out of the store, I asked for my core back and he said it was sent out, I needed it to go somewhere else to use as a core because I was done with Munda J.R, the other guys were very nice, they were able to give me back my core alternator. As I was leaving Mundo J.R was in the parking lot putting on window wipers and yelled at me and said I have your information on my computer see you soon. I feel very threatened and will NEVER GO TO HANOVER PARK AUTOZONE AGAIN!
Good place for auto parts. I mainly shop here for parts due to their rewards program. Their parts are not too bad either. the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. the parking lot SUCKS though... pulling into it from Irving park at the light you immediately have to turn right and its not even notated until you pass the opportunity to turn right! so now you have to go left, circle around then wait for the traffic waiting to exit the parkinglot to pass then go and park. They just need to put a sign that says Do not enter and a big arrow that points to the right on the ground if possible. Also, most people dont even follow the directions so its just a cluster when it is really busy.
They have good service and willing to women with there car.👨🔧

This store is a complete disaster. No such thing as customer service. It doesnt matter if you were in line or not, they will attend to who they feel like attending to. Even a phone call gets priority over customer standing in front of their face. No common sense to even acknowledge the customer. I waited for almost 10 minutes before I left products on the counter and walked out. IF YOU ARE SHORT OF STAFF, HIRE MORE PEOPLE!! I am sure 8+ or 9+ percent of unemployeed people would apprecaite a job. This seems to be the case everytime I have been to that place. If this store was not right out side my home, I would not even go in by mistake. I wrote myself a note on my desh board reminding me not to ever go in that store again. OReillys just became my go to store.On other not, just because I am not hispanic does not mean I dont understand spanish. Next time before you go rambling and swearing in spanish, make sure you are not around a customer. Specially when you are talking about that customer!
Overall i always use autozone. I like their parts and prices but this particular one on Irving park road across from menards is pathetic. If you are in a bind and need parts, advance and oreileys are a block away. Otherwise find another autozone.
