Jarrod went out of his way to help me find and set up my new phone. He helped answer all my questions and was very nice. Definitely recommend boost.

Terrible customer service. Explained that when I called out other person said the phone was distorted. When they call me no problem. He got out a toothbrush and said sounds like a microphone issue. Asked how a microphone issue could only be a problem one way? He just said again microphone issue. Asked Why I couldn’t see my data usage for previous months to determine if there was a better plan. He told me it was under settings and printed out paper which was just for a total so far this month which I obviously already knew as that was my question. An apology for either of these would have been appreciated and some attempt to actually help.

This place I have not been to personally but I have been by it a lot its store is closed alot and when its not closed its seems to be very busy

Always a pleasant experience

I just switch to Boost Mobile from u.s. cellular last month. This young man is always willing to help you get going and has a smile and very informative. I have observed that he goes the extra mile for his customers. Boost is so new to me that I cant truthfully rate it like a can the store itself. With my switch I got a new, very nice LG Stylo 4 phone. And I love it!

Slow speeds in Hannibal. I know they wse other towers, but Boost seems soo slow in Hannibal. Call clarity is ok👌. The folks over at boost are friendly, so that bumped it a 3. Hope tjis helps. Stay Frosty

Demanding Refused service for no mask

Says open til 7pm. Im here now at 5:26pm. And there closed. 😡 i guess they can make up there own hours. If your Not going to be open your advertised hours please change them

Very nice people, they get you in and out but in a good way, and I saved $400 by switching to them. Service is just as good as any other.

Open until 6pm? Not here. I stopped by at 1pm on a Friday to see a sign in the door saying they would be open until Monday at 2pm. I guess they make their own hours.
