Cede is the nicest person I have ever met. I would give her 6 stars if I could. Made my upgrade quick and smooth. She also got me an amazing deal on a tablet! Would 10 out of 10 recommend this store!

I went into the Hannibal store to upgrade and was helped by Shane, he made the whole process so painless. It was a very quick trip, he was able to transfer all of my stuff, and was very good at keeping the conversation going, everyone in the store was very friendly. Shane also helped me find all the accessories I needed to keep my phone completely protected and made sure I had device protection before I left the store.

Went in to get phone fixed. Joey was awesome got it all done.

I went into this store to get a new phone, Luke helped me out and even bought back my POS old phone and got me some in store credit for it. I never in a million years thought that it would be worth anything. Everyone there was so great. Go see Luke, he is very tall. Cant miss him.

Having just walked in the front door oh, I was greeted immediately buy a gentleman who offered me help and indeed he did! All my needs were met completely and I was very satisfied with the way he handled the service call I would gladly call him by name but regrettably I forgotten what it was but I would not forget his smile and his firm hand shake when he greeted me.

1-14-19 I was shopping at Wavelengths for a bluetooth headset. The associate at Wavelengths who was helping me told me that if I wasnt happy with my choice I could return it within 15 days. When i paid for the item, she handed me my receipt, and printed another receipt, but told me that within 15 days, I could return the item only for store credit. Today, 1-18-19, I attempted to return the item with the receipt as I was not happy with my purchase. I was met by a different associate, and when told her of my purpose, she told me that bluetooth headsets could not be returned. I asked for store credit, and was again told that bluetooth headsets could not be returned, or exchanged. I would not recommend this store, and will post elsewhere. Not happy with the deceit.
