Very unhelpful people instead of coming to see if I need any help with sizes for shoes I was looking for they were to busy chilling by the register to notice I was even there. Until I finally went up to them and Interrupted there conversation. Also very limited on shoe sizes that they have there not much of a selection in my opinion your way better off at shoe rack in tulare

I went there today and I had great service they helped me a lot after I was finished shopping I left my phone there and they were very helpful in returning my phone before anyone could take it

Bad customer service!

By far the worst shoe store to shop at. Every time you go in they have different rules on what you can and cannot buy. Some days they will let you buy whatever you want and some days they will only let you buy one pair of shoes. It doesn’t make any sense, it would be nice if they had actual policies instead of just making things up.

Friendly and inviting staff. Not enough selection from specific brands like Adidas. They are also limited on sizes, especially on the items displayed toward the front of the store.

Service here is Excellent, Lately they have been a bit low on my size but Ana never has a problem either ordering or helping find a different sneaker.Thanks Ana YOUR THE BEST!!!

Great shoe store

For me employees are the foreground to any business and represent the business as a whole. This store is a prime example as to how bad it can be and how employees can diminish any interest in the store. I walked in to very unprofessional conversations, the employees showed zero interest in the customer (me). I would never shop here because of how the employees treated the customer.
