I went to the Boot Barn in Hanford CA on 4-28-21 and was very impressed by the staff. We found the jeans my daughter was looking for with the help of Haley a employee at this location. She was extremely helpful and friendly and made you feel very happy to be at the store. This girl needs a promotion and the world needs more people like Haley. They dont sell Carhartt boots here, which is weird cause they have a big section of the store dedicated to it! So I had to order them! Axel I believe was his name helped me out with my order! Good thing he made me double check what I was buying cause he was trying to charge me $400 for a pair of boots! He accidentally said he punched in 2 pairs! He was very helpful and went out of his way to take my order. Now Im just waiting on the shipment and then I shall rate them as WELL!

Always spend money here. The manager (older man with the vests) has very good customer service skills. I give him credit for running a good store.

They always carry the best boots. Attentive staff. A little on the pricey side but good store.

Two employees when walked in one helping a customer other not did not greet me walked around for about 10 minutes niether asked if I needed help. Store had a lot of debri tags, little papers etc on floor and it was 11:40 am some ends did not have any product on them kinda dissapointing to see for a fairly new store. Did not find what I was looking for and left girls talking up front to bad they may have had a sale.
