Love this place! ❤❤❤❤❤I always pair my free item coupon with the 20% off coupon that comes in the mail when thier wallflowers are on sale for $3.50 each... that is the ABSOLUTE best time to stock up if youre on a budget! 💯In this instance, I had to go back to the store because for some reason the cashier who wrung me up decided it would be easier for her to separate my big bag into two orders which is a big NO-NO! (Especially if you want to get the best deal with their coupons!)So after waiting a few minutes for a manger to figure it out, I was entitled to a refund of $12.77... go figure!My GO-TO for scents... 🥰OH, AND BRING BACK WHITE OPAL!!!! LOL 😆

It’s hard to smile in a Pandemic, but my visit to this store made it hard not to. My executive retail management experience causes me to shop a little differently than most. The stores first impression was impressive, the in stocks were green, the entry plan was efficient, and the staff was amazing (fast, fun, friendly). I was helped by a young lady named Wilona (I hope I spelled it right). She made some beautiful suggestions and substituted a flavor that was in stock although I came for another. I was even more impressed to find out that she was management and helping to cover someone’s break. I live out of state, but whenever I’m in the area and need anything Bath and Body works I’ve found my store and favorite manager. 🖤

I went for Aromatherapy Lavender & chamomile foaming hand soap. I love this product but they didnt have any. BUT they did have a great sale on other flavors (5 for $23) so i got lavender & rose water plus 4 others that are just as wonderful.

Store is great! I highly advise you to NOT order online. It takes long and if you have to cancel order or need a refund, its a absolute mess! Save the headache and use the gas. Online ordering the worst!!

We Would Enter and Look Around to Buy Items but When We Had Questions or Needed Help to Get An Item Down from The Top Shelves, The Majority of The Time We Wouldnt Be Acknowledged.

The store was 10 minutes late opening which had several customers wondering why & getting a little upset. Store was clean & employees showed customers where more items were if you needed more of a selection. Always fun to shop at their semi annual sales
