Always a mandatory stop when we go to Seabrook from Connecticut (about every other month). The ice cream is always good, the staff super friendly. Always a positive experience!

The portions are huge. Prices are great and i have to give praise to the 2 young girls that were there on my visit. 1 customer was bit hard to handle. She said she asked for toppings she didnt actually asked for, they gave her them at no additional charge. She ordered the wrong ice cream for her friend in the car and when she came back in and said they got it wrong, they made her a new one. We all heard what she ordered and she got what she ordered. The girls showed amazing patience durning a time when moat people are lossing theirs. Great job girls!

Had a mini coconut hard serve with rainbow sprinkles ordered for my daughter. We had this yesterday after swimming for a couple hours. The portion was much bigger than expected and worth every dollar. I had to order a smaller size and she couldn’t eat it all because it melted so fast and was much larger than kiddie sizes at other places.

I stopped here while visiting the area and got three scoops in a dish to go. Such good ice cream! It really hit the spot. Generous portion and rich flavor. Good prices too!

Richardson’s ice cream, always delicious! Big portions, great price. However, the store was rather unkempt and scoopers didn’t wear gloves.Update: owner responded that the store is temporarily in transition and that gloves are not required because the cups etc. are disposable.

Just picked up some great ice cream to go. I just read some nasty reviews from adults who are literally complaining about the customer service. This is an ice cream shop people! It’s high school kids who work there! You guys need to get a life for putting that stuff on the reviews. It’s ice cream! Get a life and I feel bad for whoever is married to you 😂😂Stillwells is my local ice cream spot, said from a real Hamptonite.Thanks for the good times and great ice cream!

Best ice cream and frozen yogurt on the beach!!! We always stop by for a frozen treat here. Great prices and you get a huge portion for your money. The frozen yogurt is 95% fat free and youd never know it!!! I even get my dog a french vanilla (mini).

My favorite ice cream place of all. Everyone seems to go to Lagos but in my opinion its overrated and only seasonal. Stillwells has better choice for none dairy unless you dont like Italian ice. Plus open year round. There are two locations. One in Hampton and one in Exeter.

Had 1 teenager working so the line was out the door. No soft serve which passed us off.

Really good ice cream. Portions are quite large, so be aware when you order a small, its like most peoples large. Main reason 4 states and not 5 stars is the price keeps going up and service staff isnt the most friendly.

We came in at 8:30, just trying to pick up a few prepacked items. After waiting for half an hour, the cashier finally got through the line, and informed us that they were closing in 3 minutes and she could not ring us out because she had botched the previous order so poorly.I understand that problems occur, but this was seriously terrible customer service, rude and selfish reactions to personal mistakes, and honestly just dumb. Ive worked multiple customer service jobs, and operated multiple POS consoles, and in no way was the excuse, I need to fix the previous order before I do antything else, sorry were closing, valid.I will never bring business here again and will strongly recommend against anyone else supporting a business that values local customers so lowly.

Frap?We ordered a thing called a frap but it was a milk shake. Was not very good.The place was dirty and counters sticky.I hated the place.A room full of freezers. Thats it. No frills.Wont be back.

The soft serve was practically liquid the last two time I visited here. There are plenty of other places that can figure it out, so I guess Ill go somewhere else.
