I am going to give this Dairy Queen 5 stars. I come here A LOT. My husband & I and it is super good. Always friendly staff and the place is well kept up. We only had a problem once & it was a manager and she was so mean to her team . We are inside & she was yelling at them the whole time! They have wonderful banana splits, blizzards and barbecue sandwiches! Highly recommended . You can give this Dairy Queen low stars because they don’t have food. It’s a ice cream place!! Some DQ’s do have food not all of them. Not their fault. I love this place & this is the only one we go to ☝️ . Keep it up DQ!

I give this place 1 Star only because I can’t give 0. I stopped by this location recently and our order was wrong. So we attempted to pay the difference at the window to add what we had originally ordered. A worker who appeared to be in a position of authority was extremely rude regarding this. I paid and then I tried to pay the difference to have what I was missing. The worker shut the window as I was trying to pay for what I was missing. I was in complete shock that they would not accept my money and fix there mistake. Furthermore I was in shock at how rude they were. I was extremely polite to the young person at the window so I’m not sure why I was treated like this.

We stopped in after my daughters doctor appointment and got her a blizzard. They had no problem adjusting orders and had 5 ice cream treats made quickly. Four of those being blizzards with extra stuff. Amazing treats too.

Good service. As always great ice cream. My favorite is the dipped chocolate cone.

The drive-thru was pretty fast, workers were nice, and order was correct on the receipt. Problem was I was charged for cookie dough in my blizzard and didnt get any, and charged for shredded cheese on my hot dog and got the melted cheese. I get it though, mistakes happen.

Ill start by saying staff was great, young lady was unable to hear me well via the drive-thru mic so she popped out the back door mid order to assist me hence the 3 stars. However on the other hand, neither the restaurant nor Google maps listing CLEARLY stated this location only sold ice cream and light food (no-fried food or burgers), which is what we waited in the long line for.

My mother and I needed to get a birthday cake for our birthdays as well as my cousin, Taylors, birthday. Staff were nice and professional. They hand wrote a birthday wish for all of us when we asked them to.

They had the cookie dough cake that my daughter wanted it was a little pricey but I got exactly what my daughter wanted. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. It was a very pleasant experience. The store is was very clean and bright. The menu was very easy to read. The cake was very delicious 😍👍👍

I have mostly been using the drive through for ordering. Lines at times look long, but this Dairy Queen is exceptionally fast in processing the orders. The only time I had a problem, the DQ staff resolved the issue with minimal additional wait time for those behind me. Great place for a sweet dairy treat.

This DQ is limited...no burgers, chicken strips, or grill food. Just ice cream and drinks. Then the ice cream was served melted. They cant hear on the speaker so I had to repeat my order 3x and drive to the window to repeat it for a 4th time.

Best place for the whole family to go on a beautiful warm day!

The hotdogs, which is what I normally get, are really delicious especially with coleslaw.

Got this on the way home.. Im lactose intolerant, and got a blizzard. Lets just say, this was a very fun 2 hour drive home with my family. Thanks DQ. (PS. The frosted animal cookie blizzard is amazing! 😁)

Went there tonight and got two triple berry smoothies. Smoothies were not full and were primarily ice/crunchy. Did not enjoy this visit at all.

It was so busy because of this heat wave but I didnt wait long for five blizzards. Great for quick 🍨 to cool you of.

I like this place, however, sometime they are in such a rush when I open my food is as though they through it in the bag and did not take care when making the meal.

Hot fudge sunday

Ive visited this location a couple of times since moving nearby in June. Were always greeted with smiles and a pleasant attitude. The manager is very nice and the whole staff is inviting. This is a smaller scaled DQ but youre bound to be satisfied with your visit. Oh yeah, the ice cream is awesome as always.

They are always running out of whatever.

I told the caisher my order was wrong, instead of making me a new ice cream they just mixed it with the ice cream that was wrong. I just asked for a refund because I cant eat chocolate and there were still chocolate pieces in my strawberry blizzard.

This is the best DQ for food and icecream. Not the largest or fancy. They steam the hot dog buns and add extra to the Blizzard. Very friendly people as well

I ended up riding a few extra miles to this particular location after having such a horrible experience at another location in Hampton, and Im glad we decided to take the extra drive. The customer service was good and our order was delicious! Very clean location as well.Im personally a fan of the strawberry cheesecake blizzard (believe me its awesome)All in all though I can definitely see myself coming to this location a lot more often if they keep up the awesome work!

Hot dogs and buns tasted microwaved. Chillin warm not hot and taste like it was out the can. No fries or Burgers. It was a pointless trip i could have made that at home. My side was Doritos 🤦🏽‍♂️

Great customer service. Before I could even pay, my order was ready. The staff was super pleasant and very courteous.

The manager was on point covering two registers and working hard to get orders out. The employee who was suppose to be running the front register was slow and could not get the order correct nor could he operate the POS machine. He made multiple mistakes till the manager came and fixed the order. Only the manager moved with intensity the other two employees we slow. Also you can hear the drive thru speaker through the restraint. Food was ok. Ice creme was good.

Used to be REALLY good. Over the past few months, they have begun seriously skimping on their Blizzards. Imagine a spoonful of Oreo crumbs, grinded down even further, and mixed with ice cream. My wife noticed the same skimping with their cookie dough Blizzards. Please, step up your game DQ.

Good service but the product wasnt worth what I paid for it. I had the stuffed cookie with ice cream and fudge. $3.89 plus tax is a rip off for the small size of the serving.
