Staff was very nice and was working there butts off... But this location is way understaffed for its volume. I like the notes gives its some flavor to the place. It was the second slowest Ive ever experienced and that was due staffing and one poor employee had something happen like a pot of hot coffee spill on him. So fellow members were trying to help him. The worst place is Rolla Missouri they consistently are the substandard in everyway especially is speed of service or being open. Sorry getting off my soap box.. Oh last hit the road and my drink was messed up Im pretty sure they forgot to add the shots because my mocha tasted like hot chocolate. Well being out of time I didnt get that straighten out. Maybe next time Im out that way Ill try again we all have off days.

No complaints about the product. I have tried 3 times to pick up at this store and each time it is a complete disaster! It is so chaotic and unorganized. Orders get missed, the mobile orders are just lumped on the counter and you have to touch other peoples product to find yours. I understand they get busy but so does chic FIL a but they have figured out a system that works. This location could really use some tips!

I had NO IDEA what I wanted and the barista was VERY helpful even to the point of telling me what I wanted may be an acquired taste. It was nice to hear that! I got it anyway and it was good. She also let me take a picture of her with a fake crow to joke with a friend. GREAT ATTITUDE and sense of humor. And even though the line was LITERALLY wrapped around the building, they moved fast; even filling the mobile orders!

Great drive thru, a little longer wait than VB but excellent drinks. Ive had mocha and kiwi starfruit refresher, both well made. They warmed my croissant both times without asking - nailed it!

The drive-thru at this location is chaotic. The building is in a high traffic areas, but the building itself has a very tight/small footprint. The drive-thru is designed to loop around the building *twice*, which feels like a lack-of-coffee-destruction-derby.Ive gone through this location now a total of 3 times. Every time Ive been there, theyve handed me the wrong order. (For the record, I just get a simple black cold brew. Nothing complicated). Theyre good about quickly fixing the offer.I think the issue is the building is just too small to handle that high volume of traffic.

I am so disappointed in this Starbucks. I go here all the time and never had a problem. I decided to get delivery today through UberEats, and this is the mess I received. My husband asked for no cheese on his sandwich, and his pumpkin spice Frappuccino was WARM! Frappuccinos are not supposed to be warm. He threw his drink away so I couldnt even take a picture of it. Also, my cookie crumble Frappuccino looks a mess. It looks like someone drank some of it, when I know thats not the case. Whomever made the drinks decided not to fill them all the way! I dont know who authorized this to go ahead to be delivered, but this is ridiculous. Never going to this Starbucks again. I shouldve gotten a FULL refund.

Avoid this location like the plague. It has the absolute worst layout in the city. The employees are nice but I wouldnt go here even if it was the only option. Anxiety and headache inducing and having to circle around the perimeter TWICE to reach the speaker is ridiculous. Starbucks really needs to relocate or renovate this location. It just leaves a bad impression that is hard to go away as soon as you pull in.

This is the slowest Starbucks. Consistently its a 20-30 minute wait in the drive thru lane. Last week I clocked it at 25 minutes and 4 seconds. Baristas are nice but either go inside or be prepared to wait.

Ever since COVID hit they had to take the self serve bar down to minimize risk and I am cool with that, but having to ask for my condiments on the side should not be met with an eye roll. I ask for them because I want to mix my coffee the way I want it instead of too much or too little. Not a lot to ask for yet I get the “look” when I order. I travel all over the east coast and usually I receive great service except here.

Line moved quickly, everything we ordered was available and delicious. I recommend the green tea peach lemonade I believe its called. Very refreshing. Only thing I found bothersome was employees were not wearing gloves while handing anything off and the lids were not covered in any way which made me uncomfortable but other than that no complaints. Friendly cashier though and she was wearing mask.

I always order my green tea matcha frapp with 9 pumps of pineapple syrup. My husband gets VT caramel frapp with caramel crunch. Every single time, its on point! Only pain is the drive through location...it gets too crowded sometimes but it makes sense why. Anyways, I love this spot!!

What a bad experience! It took nearly 15 to get just 2 drinks. The counters were sticky, there were fluids all over the serving counter and the restaurant smelled spoiled. Ill go to the one in the Target before returning.

The only issue with this place is the space. Should be in a better location due to amount of business vs space for parking, drive thru and space for cars to pass through to get to end of line for drive thru. Lines to order can back up and be blocking lines of ppl to exit after picking up order

This parking lot is the absolute most atrocious layout. Whomever designed it isnt very bright. You risk an accident by going here. This location cannot keep up with the demand. Constant line out into Mercury and out into adjacent parking lots, with cars going around the tiny building twice. The staff constantly look stressed out and clearly try their best. My food is sometimes cold due to being in the line and I hate to ask for a do-over. Please for the love of all things do something about this location.

Normally I get good service here, but lately they keep giving me a tall hot beverage when I order a grande.. I took the first one as an accident, but with how frequently this keeps happening its getting a bit ridiculous, and rude. Heres a pic so yall know Im not going crazy. (Left is an old cup) Im just disappointed, I paid for a medium.. (Also, I understand I shouldve said something then, but I also dont like holding the line up, so I explain it to them but keep the tall anyways.)

Usually fairly decent service. The way the building and parking lot was designed is a joke... but that’s probably not their fault. However, this review is because I had part of a sugar packet IN MY COFFEE! Halfway through my drink something started coming out of the lid.... it’s a freaking paper sugar packet wrapper... unacceptable!

When this location first opened about 2 yrs ago it was excellent for a while. Lately I’ve been having horrible experiences going here. Not sure what happened but it’s pretty disappointing. I will not be returning. Messed up drinks over 10 times everyday in a row. Last time I went drinks tasted disgusting had them remade and still tasted bad.

The majority of my experiences at this Starbucks has been great. However, this is my second bad experience here. The location and size of the drive thru are absolutely horrible. The amount of customers and demand of this location requires a better set up to ensure a pleasant experience.Today, I submitted a mobile order and arrived to pick it up only to discover the store doors were locked. We had to jump in the drive thru line and waited 25 minutes to receive a cold Chai Tea Latte. If store pick up is unavailable, it should not be available to select within the Starbucks app. I’m extremely disappointed in my experience and product this afternoon. Please provide better customer service next time.

Friendly people and out of the maybe 100+ times that I have came to this Starbucks I have maybe had 3-5 orders made slightly wrong. (Not enough frappuccino blend or not double blended). Overall though my orders have been on point!Only negative I can really think of is that the drive thru is very hectic during busy times, especially when a customer messes up the line and holds everyone up.

Let me start by saying i don’t generally complain at all because i get it, I’ve worked in food service.But on top of being 15 minutes late on a mobile order that gives you a time frame estimate, when the Barista called my name she quickly set my coffee aside behind their glass and walked away to leave me standing at the counter for over two minutes. Long enough so that she eventually brought another customer their coffee and put it on the correct customer side, this sparked another customer to speak up before i could about my coffee sitting before my eyes. Turns out they were missing 1 of my 3 items and chose this time to ask about a replacement as my other items had been sitting there.It’s not until you watch a barista call your name, look you in the eyes as you walk to the counter, and then place your coffee on the employee side of the counter and leave you to stand at the counter for two minutes that you feel wronged, store needs to work on customer service. I know things are rough with covid but that was just wrong, i don’t even know the lady but she just didn’t care apparently.

I will never patronize this location again. The reason does not lie with the staff.The reason lies in the drive-through lanes being dangerous. I will not cite specific instances, but today I felt endangered by an SUV driver and a large pick-up driver threatening my life while boxing me in so I could not pick up my order.Why cant you HEAVILY PROMOTE people walk in and pick up orders with a small discount so as to LESSEN the impact of safety issues in this chaotic and dangerous drive thru with two lanes encircling this unit??!!All you care about is PROFITS, PROFITS, PROFITS--not caring for your customers at all. LOUSY! Wait line stretching out into shopping center morning, noon, afternoon, and evenings. As of 27 JUL we cannot enter premises to order and leave. A crock! Also, traffic constantly curving around the building to make an order near colliding with people leaving from drive-through. Absolutely no signage whatsoever cautioning people with a “Yield sign”! Starbucks can afford a Yield sign at this “collision course”! ALSO, out of Green Tea - crock! Very popular ... supply chain problem?!

Never been more disappointed in a Starbucks. The way I’ve seen the employees treat each other and especially management to the employees, is sad and wrong. The employees here are not just condescending and rude to each other, but to their customers. After one visit, all I had asked for was napkins since I saw none available, and I was given attitude by one of the employees. On multiple separate occasions, I’ve been disrespected by the workers here as well as seen other customers being disrespected by the employees and I’m disgusted with the “training” you all must have if your management finds it okay for everyone to act that way. Will not ever come back to this Starbucks.

This is more so towards the staff, specifically Jess that was working on 12/5/19. I stopped by this evening. I attempted to pull in from the Mercury Blvd entrance, the car in front of me was turning in as well, in stead of circling the building (like you are supposed to) to get in line, just stopped right their at the mercury Blvd entrance, with her car half way on the street leaving me blocking traffic. I went around her and decided to enter the parking lot from the shopping center entrance at proceeded to the drive thru line the correct way. She was there for 5-7 min blocking traffic. When my turn came two more vehicles did the same exact thing cutting in front of me and several other vehicles in line. I call in to let them know of the issue. Jess answers. I explain the problem and her response is “yeah we know, there is nothing we can do about it”. While I know it is not the employees fault for the poor layout of this Starbucks location, just the lack of concern of the major build up it is causing on a busy street near a major intersection. I replied and said well, can you let the manager know that cones can be put up, so people know to circle the building. Jess replies “yeah we know. We put them up in the morning”. Just a second ago you said there was nothing you could do about it now your saying you have a solution but you only do something about it in the morning, despite the fact that I’m telling you it’s a problem now. When I told her that she literally said nothing on the phone. I don’t know if it is really policy to only have to comes up in the morning or if no one working decided to put them up, but something definitely needs to be addressed.l, starting with Jess.

The staff is very nice. If you go through the drive thru you will most likely get friendly fast service. If you place your order through the app, good luck with getting your order in a timely manner. More than once I have placed an order through the app and still had to wait more than 10 min for my order. Most times it was an order with bakery or a sandwich. My drink would be done, but I had to wait for the other item. You would think if I placed my order 10 min before I got there it would be done by the time I got there. I never have this issue at the Coliseum Drive location. If I need to do an app order Im not doing it for this location again. Drive thru only

I went to Starbucks at 2:00pm waited patiently as I knew it was a busy day. Ordered a caramel Frappuccino and received my drink and it looked terrible. After 30 minutes of waiting, I thought it would’ve tasted better but I digress !!! It looked like someone threw a whole bunch of old drinks in my cup and blended it with ice, then let it sit! All three Starbucks in Hampton have been great. Friendly service and great coffee. Jess is always creative and helpful.
