Truly wish I could give zero stars. I’ve been using this pharmacy for 6 years to fill my dog’s prescriptions. The front staff is so incredibly rude I dread picking up their prescriptions every 90 days. Well, today is the last time I get stuff from them. Thank you to front desk person Angie C for being so unpleasant and condescending, for not explaining the very simple reason why my one dog’s prescription isn’t ready, and for suggesting she take my other dog’s because they are on the same drug. That would be a lethal dose for her. 40mg and 10mg is a huge difference.

Called ahead TWICE, to ensure medication was filled and ready, only to find out they never filled it when I arrived. Dissatisfied with their services, will be going to CVS from now on.

They should have a program set up with the doctors where as if medication prescribed by doctors cause severe side effects and you have only taken 2 pills and return it to the pharmacist and request that they note this on the records so that it is never prescribed again. It seems like it like they are both ripping you off by not refunding your monies.

As usual the staff was delightful.

Everytime I call to renew my dogs prescription, the rx number they have me type in does not work. Why it doesn’t work I don’t know but every single time I have the same problem and they don’t fix it. Then I have to call the actual pharmacy which is fine but almost every single time I talk to someone with an attitude like it’s my fault the rx numbers don’t work. The pharmacists are very rude and impatient. Yesterday I was lucky to get someone who was nice and said she would call the vet because my dog needed a new prescription and then she was going to call me to tell me the prescription was ready. Well here is the next day and I got no call so I had to call the vet and Walmart didn’t even call them for a new prescription. My dog can’t go a day without his medicine and if I knew the pharmacy was this bad I would not have picked it.

Service is abysmal app is NEVER RIGHT

Told me my script would be done in about a hhr waited about an hr an a half for them to tell me they didnt have what i needed

Cashiers are rude and slow. Hammonton store pharmacy is the worst and I am an easy going woman. I hate it so much I am transferring to another non-Walmart pharmacy. Worst and rudest place ever!

The Hammonton Walmart Pharmacy was great until the old pharmacist retired .The new male pharmacist is rude, not to mention the receptionists,(especially the older, heavy set woman.) If you dont like youre job at Walmart then find a new one, so customers arent made to feel like were a burden on you! Pharmacists should not be yelling at anyone, screaming at them on the phone &/or in the store. That has happened to me,family.friends. I was so humiliated as I waited behind the counter and had about 5 ppl behind me.The lady repeated my information loudly,& then yelled to the higher platform to this new young man pharmacist my medications. Everyone in line behind me, & around me heard the Pharmacist yell out my scripts/doses so everyone in the store now knew all my info. & that I had anxiety issues & def. should not have to worry that there will be a breech in the Hippa Law! People go to Pharmacies b/c they are sick most of the time. No one should be treated in this manner!

They cashiers are extremely rude. I went to pick up a prescription for my 16 month old sick daughter. I got there amd walked around for almost a half hour waiting for the prescription. I then was told 15 more minutes. After that i was told she needed a new insurance card, which i said thats not right we just left thw doctors and it is fine. This is exactly what happened the last time i was there. I tell her it is in the car and i woyld go get it. In the meanwhile i leave the cart full of stuff i intended on buying go get the card and they tell me i still have to wait. First off they could have told me that i needed it for the first 45min i was waiting. I has to leave to pick up my other daughter from work and they tell me o well then it wont be ready when you get back. I was so furious i yelled at them took my daughter and left. I will never shop at walmart again

Sometimes nice sometimes rude I wish I didn’t need medicine but I do I know working can be rough and boring and we all have to do it we just need to learn to look above things and all keep our heads up to see the good in everyone

The cashiers are slow and give you dirty looks at the Walmart pharmacy and they act like they owe you something! Some of the cashiers at the pharmacy dont even know how to do there job they over charge and the one lady is sooo rude

They help you and have cheap prices. They have a $4.00 list of prescription medications.

I would love to give it five stars but the women who work their seems miserable and disgusted that they have to work. Please if you are not happy with your job please work elsewhere
