This place has turned into a circus. I have contacted Customer Service 3 times now, I placed an order at 6:44pm that was supposed to arrive by 8:44pm (E-X-P-R-E-S-S). I contacted customer service around 9pm and then again around 10:30. Both times the agent was unable to gain any confirmation and when they attempted to call the store no one answered. Now it is 7:25am and I still have NO INDICATION AS to where the food I was charged for is going to arrive. It has been over 13 hours since I was charged. WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Terrible experience. We purchased propane tank refill for our grill. They were quick to take our money but after wasting an hour waiting for someone to come outside to make the exchange we forced to get a refund because we were told they had no one there to help us.

I went to the store in Hammonton, I always find what I want n its never over crowed in n out quickly

I’m sure inside was like any other Walmart, but my pick up order experience was awful. I checked in on the app, but after waiting 30 minutes I decided to call.. the number on the sign does not function. I went through the regular phone number and got transferred to “pick up.” It just rang and rang until it hung up. I called again and chose the option to speak with an associate and was immediately transferred to pick up again… no answer. This would be less frustrating had I not been the only person parked in the pick up spots. Does anyone even work this department?

One if the nicest cleanest Walmarts Ive been to... Compared to Lakewood Walmart, this place is immaculate

So Many employees, spread out in the store And very helpful and Friendly the several I spoke to!! Sam Walton would have been Proud( his book Made In America, would Benefit the employees to be Even BETTER with customers.) Also there were very cool hair styles, maybe feature. Them in a WalMart, upcoming ad! Customer Satisfaction

What a cozy and clean little local Walmart this is. I found some cool clearance items for exactly what I wanted. It wasnt busy at all on a Wednesday afternoon. No lines, no fuss.Overall, I was in and out in under 15 minutes and got a nice thank you for coming up my exit. Very nice Walmart experience.

This is the place where they take those People of Walmart pics. It has to be. Also they dont stock their shelves and they never have what you need. Small store.

Out of all the Walmarts in the area is the one I enjoy the most. Has the most inventory and it’s always stocked unlike the eht or Mays Landing one. Also all the workers at this location are very polite, helpful and always have a smile on their face if you could see it .

Didnt have any eggs. We went to Shoprite. Not alot of selection.

I recommend everyone to purchase at Walmart. The prices are fair and you don’t wait in line to pay your items. You can do it yourself

Always greeted with a hello and how are you today at the door. The store is kept clean and stocked. So much better then the one in EHT.

A small and a little dingy. They do have a nice work boot selection. Twice the size of other Walmarts.

Was able to find everything I needed

They only had one line open with a real person on a Friday the express lanes were busy. The girls line was all the way to the back of the store. The girl said no one else came in she didnt even get her break or lunch. Poor business. I would have left but I was shopping for a I close 95 year old. They need more in person people for larger orders.terrible business practices.

Walmart wow see this store every time I go there is bear they just cannot keep up with the demand of food that people are coming in the shelves are in the and the products that youre looking for they dont have and when you try to find somebody its like youre in a ghost town and then they push everybody to do the automatic check out and some people just cant do that so your best bet with Walmart is to the order over the app and have it delivered or curbside pickup

This Walmart is always clean and stocked. Its a smaller Walmart but they still have what you would expect from a Walmart.

This location its a little small compared with other locations but prices are not bad.

Mechanic in auto department was absolutely kind and even though he wasnt able to service my vehicle. He was so pleasant.

Horrible never enough employees working trying to force us the consumers to use the do it yourself registers. Have your employees that are there to work that would help.

This walmart need expansion. They have the basics. No bakery. No outdoor section. No meat or deli. It really sucks to have to go get something that every other walmart has at this location

Never have enough check outs open, and cant even open up the self check outs.

Have electric cart which is a blessing when you have walking difficulties. I found that has less variety of some items. The vegetables and fruits almost none. But other sections are like always: plenty.

Always have the stuff I want and I dont have to worry much about the price

This store seems to sell different items then the one closer to my residents. A lot of times I find better products here then at my location. I love all Wal-Marts.

I like this Walmart in, general, because it is a little smaller and more intimate, but they have more things to choose from. I usually go yo the one in Mays Landing but since my mom and I discovered this one we dont mind the extra driving. As compared to the Walmart in Mays Landing, its a completely different experience because the staff is friendly and I actually heard a staff member offered to move her workstation over if she was in a customers way as opposed to when COVID first started and I almost got into a verbal altercation with a staff member for standing on the little blue box that was right in the middle of the aisle (where THEY put it) and she was VERY nasty to me. I usually dont do well in Walmart but at this one, I can be there without feeling angry or frustrated and no one has ever been rude to me. Ill continue going here. I only gave it 4 stars because they are lacking some food items, but I dont mind because its a better shopping experience.

It was okay. I was disappointed because they were out of baking soda. Odd item to be out of. Not to mention I did self-check out and needed something removed from my cart(double scanned) and the worker acted as if I asked for her first born and was very put out. Not sure I will return to this walmart.

This is a smaller Walmart, great for fast grab stuff and they do have some essentials. They keep it well stocked

Was kinda weird popping here. The guy in the stall next to me was having issues, I gave him moral support, and I told him to see a dr about it. It is not normal to have the squirts with that much power. But at least the bathroom was clean before he got in there

Hammonton Walmart in Hammonton New Jersey is a very good store everybody was friendly everybody was helpful I found everything I needed got assistance when I needed it with no attitude from the young man just a wonderful experience I highly recommend it

This Walmart is terribly run . It’s dirty, unorganized, and I don’t necessarily like going to this one. But because there isn’t another Walmart close . .....( maybe the Walmart on b.h.p. 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️) Hammonton is we’re I go. Need to upgrade to a Super Store like the others!!
