I’ve rented here twice now. Always found it clean & cool. Always found the rental process friendly & fast. Staff always helpful!!!

*MOLD* *MOLD* *MOLD* Rented a climate controlled unit for 2 months. When we went to go get our things to move into our house we discovered MOLD all over our belongings. We took pictures, made a claim but was told by the manager there was absolutely nothing they could do but let us throw out things in their dumpster.. We paid $200 a month and insurance coverage for them to just ruin our things..insurance only covers $400 in damages! That will not replace anything.. We lost our son who was only one month old a few weeks ago and now we have lost all of our belongings! Im allergic and can not clean anything myself and do not have the money to pay someone to professionally clean everything. Everything about this place, the people who work and own it are DISGUSTING.

Easy no hassle sign up without a contract. Really clean on the inside. Staff was super nice.

Mark was so helpful he truly saved the Day! My move required some very specific needs. Traveling from far North down to lower 48 with a 28ft trailer. Mark and Life storage helped me find a location where they can drive a big rig and park it. Also helping me with a convenient storage locker loction making unloading easier. Theyre serice is 5 stars the building, grounds and restrooms were very clean. Ill only be doing business with Mark & life storage, they nailed it!!

I recently rented a space at the hammond life storage facility.....i am very satisfied.the manager, mark, was very easy to work with, showed me the space, saved it for me and gave me great suggestions. i am happy with how clean it is and that it is climate controlled. the other places i looked at had wet floors, which is no good for furniture and books. mark also helped me out so that i could get into my space at any time.... a huge help for me.i would recommend this spot for storage any day.

I obtained a storage unit several months ago and cannot say enough about the professionalism of the two female employees. They remembered my last name after I came back a month later to pay my bill. We accidentally left our storage unit unlocked and they called to let us know. The workers are the epitome of excellent customer service, professionalism and taking pride in the work that they do. They are rare gems in the city of Hammond! The storage unit was clean, the building is air conditioned and appears to be well maintained.
