Janie, the manager, was very professiona, kind, and thorough. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable from the moment I called to inquire to the moment I signed my paperwork and got my keys 😁

I was really impressed by the clean facility. Janie was very helpful and explained in detail. She was very pleasant and professional and made me feel very comfortable leaving my furniture in storage.

We needed storage quickly, and they made the process super easy. The staff was really nice and helpful. The facility is also really nice (looks brand new). I would definitely give them my business, again!

I was in the process of looking for a CLEAN storage and walked into Cubesmart on Columbia in Hammond. As, I was pulling up to the facility, the manager I believe was Janie was leaving for the day. She offered to walk back into the store and still show me a few units. I was nervous to store my belongings hence the reason I arrived late. However, Janie made me feel very comfortable.
