Charged multiple times for the same issue and the mower was never fixed. Charged twice for $240 and the mower kept having the same issues. Was told it was the gas we were using from three different gas stations. We called a third time for the mower and he is now not returning the calls.This is not the first time the mower has not been fixed. It is returned, works about an hour and then stops working. The owner, Ken, is very unprofessional and does not talk well with customers especially women. His business and service has gone down since his mechanic is no longer there and will continue to go down. I think he is charging for service without doing the work stated. Take your mower anywhere else but here.

Drove 20min to find the gates locked, although I called and asked if they would be open. The sign on the gate states they are closed from 11 till noon. I was at the gate at 12:30pm. I called and had to leave a message on an answering machine.

My husband and I love Z Equipment! The staff are always knowledgeable and very friendly. They always have the parts we need for our Husqvarna and when it needs to be brought in for service, they are quick to have it done and back in our hands. We live an hour away, but it is well worth the drive!

Do not buy from here!! The owner seemed like a cool, nice guy when trying to sell us a mower but as soon as it needed fixed and was under warranty he didnt want to look into it. He rode it and called us and said everything was fine. We explained to him you had to ride the mower a while and eventually it would not steer right. Obviously something is wrong with the mower its not like we have nothing to do and all we want to do is load up a mower on our days off and bring it to him for no reason. So a month later we bring it in AGAIN because now its really broke, squirting oil and all. He still hasnt done anything about it. We are picking up our mower and going to fix it ourselves when it was his responsibility. Thats whats wrong with the world now. People are selfish and do not want to follow through with what they or the warranty says if it has to come out of their pocket.
