I bought several items online & in store when it was 3x reward points. The day I went the system was down so I didnt receive points for either. I stopped in & discussed it with the manager (Shannon) & he was able to go back and adjust my balance so that I received all of my points for both purchases.

Shannon is very helpful, he seems to actually care if you get what you want, he knows EVERYTHING about pre workout.Third time in a couple months no one is opening the store, lost several customes today, literally sitting here watching several people walking away trying to get in .

The young in the store today was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The store is always clean and smelling fresh✨

It’s the morning of Tropical Storm Barry...We’re preparing for what would possibly be a day or more of no lights. I really needed unflavored protein powder at 8:00 am this morning. I first stopped at Walmart ... no luck on the unflavored protein powder. Next stop Walgreens...still no luck. Now it’s 8:15 am so I decided to venture over to Hammond. I was headed to Albertsons and happened to pass a GNC in the same shopping center. I saw the lights in the store were on. Bingo!However when I got to the door, it was locked!The clerk looked up at me as I noticed the sign on the door says store hours begin at 9:00. The time is now 8:30.The clerk came to the door, invited me in before opening hours.Not only did they have my unflavored powder but it was “buy one get one 50% off”. Score!!!I bought 2 bags of powder for less than the cost of one bag at Walmart or Walgreens!! Wow!GNC for the win with customer service and prices!!I will definitely be returning again!!

Store an employee definitely need some work . Horrible customer service an the employee tonight has no idea about company policies, doesnt know how to gnc deliver, doesnt know how to locate what stores have the items I need . 3rd store in this region Ive hit today for Gnc banana lean shake cases an theyve all been out of stock . Poor upper management is obviously failing with out of stocks policy .If only I could give 0 stars for this experience.
