Easy to park. Store just remodeled looks great! Prices are good and they have a variety of items to purchase. Produce, meat, frozen all good quality here.

My Husband of 6years use to work for this company and I loved the fact that they trained her well in being a professional. It was a bitter sweet thing because she was young but they still had to in still in the customer first no matter what. And if she failed that mission they issued the consequences . The store was always well organized. Thank you save a-lot. Iam no longer with her however Iam glad you contributed to her journey of success.

Ever since the remodel, the selection has been at best sub-par. This used to be my go to store for groceries now its just for emergencies.

Excellent location for locals

Love the improvements and remodel. Dont like paying for a cart. Its not Aldi. But I understand stupid people cant put carts back and I guess employees too busy to go retrieve them occasionally 🙄

Ive been going there for years for my mother. Ive grown tired of the same food selections. They rarely introduce any New items but if youre local and just need the basics like milk, butter, eggs, lunch meat, a frozen pizza, frozen fries etc., Its the place to go. Kyle is the boss, hes nice but can be a bit disinterested and doesnt seem to care too much about... Much lol but everyone else that works there is beyond friendly.

Nice Mall store to run and get a few things but they dont have a lot of name-brand product but the products that they do have are reasonably priced.you will probably not be able to get all of your grocery needs there but you can pick and choose and find a few things and save a few bucks.I personally know their baked goods and their desserts are very good.

Save a lot was and is a nice Store, very nice cashiers & staff, good prices, today when I was shopping I was by the mike cooler and smelled a very strong sent of smoke from marijuana coming from what I believe yo be the rear storage area... the sore is nice and clean, very nice

They say hindsight is 20/20 but I truly wish I would have known what would have happened to me as I would not have even bothered. I was a model employee; adapted quickly, constantly came in for others even at an inconvenience to me, took on other tasks that were outside of my job description etc etc. As a cashier, if you are not one of their favorites you are constantly left on the register by yourself for hours on end while the others get to walk around the store or gossip in the office with the manager(s).The turning point was when a customer that not only verbally but physically assaulted me and I was fired even after reviewing video showing her being the aggressor. This is in addition to being mocked by management and exposed to the effects of the pandemic. Afterwards the managers whom I thought I had a rapport with could not even face me and the higher-ups in HR laughed in my face and told me that the security tape that had my assault on it was their property & i better believe they are larger than life which sounded like a threat . the Hammond location is by far the dirtiest place Ive ever seen. The managers are too busy either on their phones or fraternizing with each other to actually do their jobs. The managers received bonuses and all we got was a letter taped to the time clock. The store manager is immature and incompetent . The assistant store manager is too busy running behind the meat manager to be useful. Not to mention there was favoritism amongst employees and I would like to believe race played a bit into that as well noticing who got the most/prioritized hours and who didnt. As well as I highly doubt the incident would have resulted in me being fired if I were a different color.All in all actually just dont waste your time the pay is extremely low & the favoritism and microaggressions you experience on the daily are just not worth it.

I was exceptionally and pleasantly surprised with how nice this grocery store is. It is a very clean well lit place. It has a very minimalistic vibe also just can’t get over how much I like this grocery store didn’t expect that much.

This store to me is more like a Stop & Shop store. The vegetable selection is not that great, but it does have the basics like lettuce and tomatoes. I like the savings on some of the food items. But I do not prefer shopping here because it does not have the variety that I like. This is a great place to come to however, if you are doing some small shopping.

The Manager AND cashier s are ALWAYS helpful. The. Store is Always Clean.. the selection is great the meat is always fresh. Fair Prices for groceries

Love this grocery store its an easy in-and-out kind of store. The prices are great and the options are many. They have a little bit of everything. You can find most everything here. The staff are kind andf generous. Typically remembering me from visits before. Very personable.

It is the only store open on Sunday in the Hessville area where you can get groceries . They have fresh cuts meats .they sell brand name and Save A Lot brands. They dont cost as much as some of your larger stores. They all so have fresh fruits and vegetables. If you want to run in and out this is the store for you.

Priced very well, even name brands are discounted. Meat is very good, cant pass up the deals. Love it. Only complaint is there is never enough registers open, sometimes the lines get long with only one register open

This is my local grocer and I love it! I save SO MUCH money shopping here for my big family of 8. Also the employees are friendly, quick to serve, and place is clean.

This is my go place, I do all of my major grocery shopping here! I run back and forth probably 4 times during the week to get extras if needed. Its very convenient and the prices are fantastic, I love the positive attitude and smiles I get everytime I go shopping!

Since all the stores in the area are closing down, there are fewer stores to shop at that will be price friendly. You will pay an arm and a leg shopping at Stracks. I really like Save A Lot. They are very reasonable and have great sales all the time. The people are very friendly and are eager to help you. The prices are along the same as Aldis. Aldis is a little bit too mechanical to me.

The produce is always bad and need to go to the trash. For the most part the employees are nice and helpful. The prices arent too bad. This is a place to go to when you forgot to get something from one of big stores.

Its okay for light shopping but theres not enough healthy, low fat selections there.
