I had no idea this business was located in the town that I have worked in for 18 years. They are professional and was able to get my iPad replaced in no time at all (like seriously, dropped it off one day and the next day it was in). Thanks NORTECH for the prompt service!!!

I walked into their business today to drop off my Apple desktop computer for a general cleanup. I drove 40 miles out of my way for this, only to be refused service because I had no appointment. I spoke to two individuals whom both stated that I had to have an appointment to even drop off my computer. So, I left and stated that Id go elsewhere. After reading other reviews, Im glad that I left. Their smug attitude showed me enough of their work ethics. Good luck to whom ever walks through their door.

This place should not be in business they are misleading everyone stating they are an Apple authorized repair cent my computer is still under warranty they told me I would have to pay for the repairs. What good is a warranty if they don’t fix it. I will be contacting Apple to let them know Nortech is misleading the public. I will report them to the BBB. I WILL TEEL ALL OF MY FRIENDS TO NEVER USE THIS PACE EVER. TOTAL RIP OFF. I HOPE YOU FOLD UP AND HAVE TO CLOSE. ANYONE WHO SEES THIS PASS IT ON BECAUSE ITS TRUE.

Excellent work. My Mac Book Pro was suffering, it needed extensive work, the display was cracked. plus it had a swollen battery. Now, after Nortech fixed it, my computer works better, than it did, when it was brand new.

If there was a such thing as zero starts, I would choose them. DO NOT go to this place. They will rip you off and find all types of reasons for you to pay a higher price than you expected. I had high hopes getting my phone fixed here and They tried to persuade me to buy a brand new phone when I didn´t have to.

Not only did they charge me $112 MORE than my quote (quoted $280 and charged me $392), when I tried to return the hard drive theyd backed my computer up on to bring the price closer to what Id been told to budget, they refused to give me a refund (even though I hadnt used the hard drive, they had). I was not notified of their return policy before the transaction and this information wasnt posted anywhere in the store so I could be forewarned. The hard drive was severely overpriced and I found the same one on Amazon for much cheaper. I know times are tough with covid but this is terrible business practice and the manager woman I dealt with refused to wear a mask. Go here to be misled, price gouged, and to contract covid.

I’d like to thank Michael and Justin for being great professionals. I had a MacBook Pro that Apple considers vintage (eye roll) that I couldn’t access my data on. After a couple hours I got a call from them saying it was ready to go, it only needed the Sierra reinstalled and it was good to go. I appreciate it so much, because the place I took it to before said there was nothing that could be done and tried to push a new machine on me. Thanks again!

If I could give negative stars I would. Nortech told me it would be 3-5 days before my phone was fixed. It is 3 weeks later and it is just now available for pickup. And yet they still want to charge me full price. Don’t waste your money here. I’m sure as hell not.

This place is a joke brought brand new iPhone 11 in that wasn’t a day old bc of the ringer volume and this is where att sent is when we brought it to there attention. Anyway go in they try to charge us 30 bucks to do a factory reset then another 30 bucks to do the upgrade still no fix. We finally bring the phone to another att store turns out it was just a setting that the guy fixed in 2 seconds. Seems like authorized dealers of Apple should know the how to change a setting and not gouge people.

I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and knowledge of all the Nortech employees! After reading the mixed reviews, I was apprehensive about taking my iPhone camera problem to them, but it was solved and replaced while I waited! I love the appointment system there! They will me my Tech support from this day forward!

Very knowledgeable technical staff. While they have a solid variety of products, they take the time to listen to the customer and recommend solutions based on their needs and not whats necessarily on the shelf or in stock.

I had an appointment, I arrived 20 minutes early they took my phone right in, employee came back and said nothing wrong with phone, I disagreed with him and had call my phone from store phone and he heard my microphone wasn’t working he went to back again with phone, a while later a different guy came back later identified as Justin thourton came back and said my microphone was bad and he would send it off, I told him I couldn’t send my phone off. I came here to get it fixed or swapped. I expressed I was not satisfied with the misrepresentation of being an apple store. I explained to Justin thourton ”the owner” I can’t be without phone, I would now have to go to a real apple store to get my phone swapped out, Justin began to argue that I was crazy that not one apple store in the country would swap your phone. on and on. I asked for the managers name he verbally gave name but when I requested him to write his name and number he refused, I asked for a pen to write down, he became irate and told me to leave his store. As I was walking I stated you shouldn’t treat your customers this way I’m very dissatisfied with the overall customer service and with Justin “the Owner”. I left the store and took a photo of his front door, so I would have the information. I walked a way about 60 feet and I was chased down by Justin “the owner” who was now extremely rude and irate. I again stated my dissatisfaction with his company, customer service and “The Owner”. I expressed that He would not be in business long treating customers this, to which he replied I’ve been in business for ten years!! I ended the conversation seeing it was a pointless conversation at this point. And I walked off. I hope that apple inc. looks at the business and rethinks the authorization of their store. Furthermore I made an appointment at a true apple store for the following Saturday in Baton Rouge, I walked in they took my phone and in ten minutes my phone was evaluated and was swapped on the spot, subsequently the technician broke my phone cover which he replaced and I was out in twenty two minutes with the best customer service you could ask for.Do not waste your time at Nortech in Hammond, LA!

Walked in the store this afternoon on the advice from the ATT store to have my iPhone battery replaced because it has been stuck in an update loop for the past 18 hours after trying to update the phone. The ATT store told me to head over to Nortech because they were an authorized Apple retailer/repair store. When I explained to the clerk why I was there, he wanted to know if I had an appointment. I stated that no I did not and that my phone had just crapped out last night and that they were recommended, so he looked in his computer to set up an appointment for the 22nd of Jan., 6 days later.....as anyone knows most of us depend on our phones to use daily for work, kids, etc and cannot afford to wait 6 days, especially when he told me if would only take 1 hour to replace the battery.I will never attempt to go back to this store again, especially when you can walk into the Apple store at the closest mall where they gladly take walk ins. You may need to wait a while, but Im guessing not 6 days!I guess I should have checked my crystal ball so I would have known exactly what day my phone would break, so I could then schedule before the phone actually broke!Whatever you do, please schedule your appointment prior to visiting the store. Heading to Baton Rouge right now after speaking with someone there.

Worst experience ever. Wasted an hour of my time when this should have taken 5 minutes (even an employee stated that it should have only taken 5 minutes). I was given a loner phone that did not work. I returned to the store and they couldnt provide me with a working phone after waiting over an hour. I do not know how this place is called an authorized apple repair site.

Went here for service- awful, had to deal with a Daniel that didnt know what their Apple support services covered. asked questions about if my mac would be covered if I purchased an apple care warranty and it went from yes, to no to maybe, then I dont know. called back on a Monday to follow-up and he still was clueless. asked to speak to his manager, was on-hold, then got hung-up on. dont waste your time with these people if you want professional I.T. service
