Went in after AT&T sent me over there because my sim card wont read. All they did was reset my wifi settings and said they couldnt do anything. My guess is it was 4pm and they close at 6pm. Guess they didnt want too work the last 2 hour before they close. To me too come back later nice joke considering they are closed on Sunday.

My daughter sent her phone there for cracked screen and technical problems. The phone came back looking like new! Very very reasonable with their price excellent work, very satisfied with the service.

My iPhone got wet in saltwater while I was on vacation and I would’ve lost all my pictures from that day that hadn’t backed up to iCloud if it wasn’t for JT. He was awesome! And saved my pics! I’m so happy!

CPR took care of my phone problem. Due to the severity of my issue they helped with backing up all my data and getting me into a great low cost refurbed iPhone. Im now good to go and if you have issues with your phone, be sure to check with them before you spend big bucks !!

IPad cracked within 3 days and was never dropped and the screen kept lifting as if it was not installed properly. I had already paid 150 and they wanted me to pay another at this point I’ll just buy another iPad.

Ive used CPR for over a year now. I was extremely happy with their service. I recently had an issue today with my I- phone. I brought it in and picked it up several hours later. Very grateful for that. However, I am realistic too whenever I go into an establishment thinking it may take a day or two so I was glad to get it back so soon. Thanks guys!!!

Told me my phone wouldn’t work the same after water damage had the screen did by someone else and now works as normal. I believe they wanted to scam me out of a still working phone. (Just my experience)

I came in for a cracked screen. It was replaced within an 1 1/2 and looks like new. The guy who helped me was super nice and very professional. I will definitely be back.

Needed to replace my tempered glass on my cellular device. Went into the CPR store and they had the screen in stock in the store. Took the technician less than 10 minutes to remove the old screen, put on the new screen and get me on my way. Would not hesitate to use this store again to replace/repair my device.

Very nice people. Went and made appointment to have my screen replaced on my s10. They ordered the part and said what time to come back. When I came back the next day UPS had not run.No big deal.I figured they would at least call when they got it in. Three days later Im wondering why they havent called. Lol

Great visit. Came for replacement of tampered glass. Phone repair was quick. Technician handle the repair in less than 10mins, phone is like new.

Called to have battery replaced in my phone, was told they didnt have a battery for my phone in stock and it would be better if I brought my own new battery in with the phone. Dropped off my phone and new battery and picked up repaired phone about 4 hours later. That night (about 5 hrs. later) phone shut off and would not restart, returned the next morning and was told it was my problem because I brought my own battery! Went home and removed the battery myself, cleaned the ribbon cable plugs and contact points, re-installed battery. Has worked perfectly ever since, should have done it myself the first time, would still have my $54.00.

Walked in near the end of the night to get my phone screen fixed. The associate at the desk was very friendly. Gave me a no nonsense quote. Long story short .... the phone was fixed in 15 minutes. The screen works very good. They seemed to have used quality a aftermarket screen on the phone as it works like the Apple one. Best experience I’ve had at a phone repair business.

Screen started coming unglued 2 days after. It was replaced. This caused the screen to shatter (no damage to screen protector) falling from knee high.called them and they said they would fix it no problem...well I get there and they refuse to fix it even though I showed them the obvious fault in their work which caused the damage. Would not recommend ever going to this place.

This business has poor customer service skills from there employs not the management. There response to repair things is not in the time frame they claim they will have a job finished by. They are not consistent on anything they say or do from a consumers point of view. Plus I feel as though were going to over charge me for a battery that I could buy from the manufacture for a cheaper price then they were going to sell it too me. I would highly suggest not using this business. If you do BEWARE

Customer service was spot on. Above and beyond. They replaced my screen. Then had a couple other issues the next day nothing to do with their work. Im a local fireman so my phone takes some abuse sometimes and my phone frame was slightly bent and the screen came loose. I had an old phone that was broke but frame was not bent. They offered to do a frame swap and had me back up and running again by the end of the day. Fast service and very professional. I would recommend anyone to go there and I will definitely be back when I break my phone again.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I brought a Droid mini in to the store and got the screen fixed. Not even a month later the screen started coming up in the corner. I brought it back in and they said the battery was getting too hot and melted the glue and they would not fix it. The screen ended up worse than it was before I got it fixed because the whole screen went out. Thought nothing of it until I read other comments on here saying that the same thing happened to them. These people are crooked. I dont know how they are still open.

Terrible service. Left my phone at 11 AM to have the charger port replaced. Came back for it at 5PM to find they did nothing to it. They not only did nothing to fix my phone but spent 6 hours trying to break into my finance apps. I know this because all of them were locked down because someone entered the wrong password more than 5 times. Took me another day to get them all straight and back online. I also see you edited this part of my review out so I am putting it back in so people can beware. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I would not recommend nobody to these ppl, I have a galaxy s5 phone and they messed my phone up worse off than it was, they fixmy USB port but made my phone worse. I havent been able to use that phone in months, 2 to 3 months.

I was preparing to leave the next day on a trip when I dropped and shattered the screen on my 6plus . I had a very expensive screen saver and did not drop it on the face . It shattered all the same .In and Out fixed it within a couple of hours . This professional and reliable business is stellar in my opinion .
