Awesome experience staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I wish every school had this amazing system! Sure beats spending $1000 each semester on books!

Pretty rude and very unreasonable. Now I owe 120$ to them for a book I literally didnt use the entire semester. Check your books carefully because they dont check well when you check them out and you will have to pay for an employees lack of searching.

Never had any trouble checking out or returning any of my books. Having heard horror stories of students trying to return moldy or destroyed books, I guarded mine with my life, and immediately reported any preexisting damage I noticed in any of the books I checked out.For students complaining about getting charged for damage that was “like that when they got it,” signs on the aisles and registers, associates at the registers, AND automated emails make extra sure that students report any preexisting damage within 10 days of checking out their books, as to not be held accountable for it.
